本发明公开了一种高速工具钢,在其冶炼过程中加入下列各种元素,各元素的重量含量分别为:碳(C)0.89-0.95%,硅(Si)0.2-0.5%,锰(Mn)0.2-0.4%,铬(Cr)3.8-4.4%,磷(P)≤0.03%,硫(S)≤0.03%,钨(W)6.2-6.75%,钼(Mo)4.7-5.5%,钒(V)1.8-2.2%,钴(Co)1.4-2.5%。本发明高速工具钢具有耐磨性好、韧性好、红硬性好、基体强度高、性能价格比较高等优点。

Description

高速工具钢
技术领域  本发明涉及到一种钢材,尤其是一种高速工具钢。
背景技术  高速工具钢是由铁冶炼而成的用于制作切削工具的特殊钢种,在工业发达国家根据不同切削刀具的性能要求分别研发了几十种不同化学成分牌号的高速工具钢。我国高速钢产量世界第一,但我国常用高速工具钢不足十种,而且是参照了美国、日本、原苏联等国的类似牌号。现普通高速工具钢含碳(C)量一般为0.8-0.9%。这些普通高速工具钢的性能包括耐磨性、红硬性、基体强度等普遍不高。
发明内容  本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提出一种耐磨性好、韧性好、红硬性好、基体强度高、具有较高性能价格比的高速工具钢。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明高速工具钢在其冶炼过程中加入下列各种元素,各元素的重量含量分别为:碳(C)0.89-0.95%,硅(Si)0.2-0.5%,锰(Mn)0.2-0.4%,铬(Cr)3.8-4.4%,磷(P)≤0.03%,硫(S)≤0.03%,钨(W)6.2-6.75%,钼(Mo)4.7-5.5%,钒(V)1.8-2.2%,钴(Co)1.4-2.5%。
由于本发明高速工具钢在其冶炼过程中加入了上述元素,它比一般普通高速工具钢适量提高了碳含量,因而能适当提高淬火后的硬度(约HRC1-1.5度),起到了明显提高刀具耐磨性的作用。同时,由于在冶炼过程中增加了钴元素,虽然钴不是碳化物生成元素,但有强化固溶体强度的作用,少量增加钴的含量却起到了事半功倍的作用,使钢的基体强度得到增加,韧性、红硬度也较高。本发明高速工具钢在冶炼过程中比普通高速工具钢增加合金元素数量不多,因而成本增加不多,但制成刀具后经试验和使用,其切削性能和耐用性能有明显提高,具有较好的性能价格比,因而是一种高性价比的新钢种。
具体实施方式
实施例一:高速工具钢,采用感应炉加电渣重溶冶炼,在其冶炼过程中分批按序加入下列各元素并作化验,各元素的重量含量分别为:碳(C)0.95%,硅(Si)0.5%,锰(Mn)0.3%,铬(Cr)4.2%,磷(P)0.02%,硫(S)0.01%,钨(W)6.3%,钼(Mo)5.3%,(V)2.1%,钴(Co)1.6%。
实施例二:高速工具钢,采用感应炉加电渣重溶冶炼,在其冶炼过程中分批按序加入下列各元素并作化验,各元素的重量含量分别为:碳(C)0.89%,硅(Si)0.2%,锰(Mn)0.4%,铬(Cr)4.4%,磷(P)0.03%,硫(S)0.02%,钨(W)6.7%,钼(Mo)5%,(V)1.8%,钴(Co)2.5%。

1、高速工具钢,其特征在于,在其冶炼过程中加入下列各种元素,各元素的重量含量分别为:碳(C)0.95%,硅(Si)0.5%,锰(Mn)0.3%,铬(Cr)4.2%,磷(P)0.02%,硫(S)0.01%,钨(W)6.3%,钼(Mo)5.3%,(V)2.1%,钴(Co)1.6%。
