Abstract

一种塑料波纹管的车削方法,本发明属于塑料波纹管的加工方法,其特征是通过左右旋丝杠和两滑动体上带动的两组合刀具从内外两方向同时加工波纹管内外沟槽表面。本方法车削的波纹管内外沟槽壁厚均匀、精度高、刀具可控制在0.02毫米以内,波纹等距无轴向伸长量、深浅一致,比单刀加工效率高4~5倍以上。

Description

塑料波纹管的车削方法
本发明属于塑料波纹管加工方法,特别是用于石油化工设备用的机械密封元件的塑料波纹管的加工方法。
塑料波纹管的车削方法在现有技术中,如西德K、S、B公司是在车床上采用单刀分别对内外表面进行加工,该方法生产效率低,尺寸控制困难,影响使用功能。专利文献(US-3611874)介绍了组合刀具加工外沟槽的方法,在切削效率上比单刀切削效率高,切削时径向切削力大,易使活产生弯曲;专利文献(US-4063841)介绍了可换刀片组合刀具,可适用于切槽加工与专利文献(US-4233867)介绍的多用刀片组合刀具,可适用于螺纹加工,沟槽加工和内孔槽的加工,但这两种组合刀具也是单向进刀,径向切削力大,易使加工的塑料波纹管弯曲和变形,所以上述两种组合刀具也不适用于塑料波纹管加工;专利文献(EPO-15300A1)所公开的车床具有对称进刀机构,只适用单刀加工几何形状不太复杂的工件上,对于车削塑料波纹管不适用,因为塑料波纹管几何形状复杂,尺寸精度要求高,槽间的壁厚为0.5毫米,刀具调整上困难。
本发明的目的在于提供一种加工效率高、精度高、质量好的塑料波纹管的车削方法。
本发明的方法是:(1)将坯料除波纹管沟槽以外的各尺寸车出;(2)将加工后的坯料装于车床卡盘之中;本发明的特殊之处在于:(3)由安装在一个手摇把带动左右旋丝杠和两滑动体所组成的进刀机构上的两组合刀具从两方向同时对塑料波纹管的内外沟槽进行切削加工。
本发明与现有技术相比具有如下的优点:
1.加工效率能提高4~5倍以上。
2.刀具保证加工工件的壁厚均匀,其排列组合科学合理,刀具组合尺寸精度可控制在0.02毫米以内,解决了过去测量壁厚时要将加工工件切开进行壁厚的测量对损坏工件的做法。
3.加工质量好,由一次切削加工完成变形小、废品少、波纹等距、壁厚均匀、无轴向伸长量、深浅一致。

本发明的方法的具体工艺过程是:根据塑料波纹管的尺寸、精度和材料要求选择合适组合刀具。塑料波纹管内外沟槽表面加工前。先将坯料按图1除波纹管沟槽以外的各尺寸车出,加工时将加工后的坯料装于车床卡盘上,塑料波纹管内外沟槽表面加工见图2,它是在车床刀架上增加一个进刀机构,该进刀机构由一个手摇把(1)带动左右旋丝杠(2)和两个连接组合刀具刀杆的滑动体(3)与(4)所组成的,其刀具(5)压紧由锁紧螺钉(7)转动下降锥面使导销(6)做轴向移动来完成的。组合刀具进刀机构做轴向移动到工件加工部位,转动进刀机构的手摇把(1)使左右旋丝杠(2)转动带动两个组合刀具刀杆滑动体(3)与(4)做相对移动,从而实现两个刀杆上组合刀具从两个方向同时接触波纹管的内外表面进行切削加工,完成后将手摇把(1)反向转动使两个刀杆同时向相反方向移动便退刀。
本发明方法除可用于波纹管车削加工之外,还可用于如X型密封圈和O型密封圈的加工上。
