技术领域
本发明涉及一种浮球阀,所述浮球阀的滑动件的间隙允许液体在阀室和滑动件之间排出,以冲洗其表面。
背景技术
现有技术中存在许多不同种类的浮球阀。所应用的最基本的领域是自动液面指示器。浮球阀的操作可以通过浮球进行调节,如同其名字所表示的一样。浮球一般为位于阀外部的浮筒,并且通常通过杠杆臂连接到阀上。浮球漂浮在液槽中的液面上,因此如果需要时液体的量以所需的方式打开和关闭阀来控制浮球阀的操作。
发明内容
根据本发明,提供一种清洁型式的浮球阀,以保持阀和其表面清洁。这对于环境来说很重要,流过阀的液体的纯净度很重要。
根据本发明,在阀中,浮球阀的清洁通过将阀的打开和闭合元件定位在阀室中来提供,以便在阀室和闭合元件之间留下间隙,当打开阀时,允许流过阀的一部分液体通过闭合元件和阀室之间的间隙排出,因而冲洗这些表面。例如,这种阀可以为调节净化循环的充填水的进水口的阀,以用于消毒。因此,所述阀通过循环的水量进行控制,其受到所要去除的杂质和所使用的清洁水的影响。冲洗阀的水流过循环的水箱,换句话说,当打开阀时,流过阀的水流到同一地方。另外,当需要时,能够以这种方式使用的阀应该用热水和/或蒸汽进行消毒。
通过上述的阀操作,可以防止杂质附聚在阀室和闭合元件之间的表面上,从此处这些杂质通过阀进入液体循环。另外,通过阻止闭合元件由于杂质而粘住阀室来提高所述阀的功能。
更确切地说,本发明的浮球阀其特征在于:当打开阀时,在阀体的室和闭合元件之间的间隙允许一部分液体流通过所述间隙排出,从而冲洗所述阀体的室和所述闭合元件的表面。

具体实施方式
如图1所示的本发明的浮球阀的基本部分包括用垂直剖面示出的阀体1、和滑动件2、导向凸轮3、杠杆臂4和连接到杠杆臂上的浮式装置(未示出)。在附图中,所述的阀处于打开位置,并且附图中的箭头示出了流过阀的液体的主路径。指向阀的箭头示出了进入阀的液体,远离阀的箭头示出了离开阀的液体。
当阀处于如图所示的打开位置时,液体从阀体1的一端流向阀(进入的箭头)并且通过阀的一侧的开口流走(离开的箭头)。因此,流过阀的一部分液体通过进入的箭头所示方向继续穿过阀、穿过阀室的壁和滑动件2之间的间隙,并通过阀的相对端而离开阀。因而,流过阀室的液体冲洗阀室的壁和滑动件,并阻止杂质附聚到阀上。
阀的操作通过连接到杠杆臂4上的浮球根据液面进行调节。导向凸轮3由穿过杠杆臂的浮球来进行调节,并且部分导向凸轮移动阀的滑动件2。滑动件的前表面设有弯曲的凸出部5,当关闭阀时,所述弯曲的凸出部压靠在阀室前壁上的液体的进口6上。阀室前壁上的液体的进口6的边缘相应地倾斜。因此,当关闭阀时,尽管在滑动件和阀室之间存在间隙,但是在阀室的前表面和前壁之间仍然提供密封连接。
阀的浮球和杠杆臂连接的形式通过阀相对于控制其操作的液面的位置进行确定。因此本发明的阀不依赖于浮球和杠杆臂的任何确定的结合,或者其形式。
根据本发明,阀的闭合元件的形式最好设计成使所述闭合元件的长度基本上大于所述闭合元件的直径。这就确保了闭合元件的正确操作,并且防止由于间隙引起的闭合元件的最终楔住或由于间隙引起的闭合元件的其它相应的扰动。由于闭合元件的最终的横向移动可以通过闭合元件的前表面的弯曲凸出部足以补偿,从而能够保证阀的紧密闭合,当关闭阀时,所述的凸出部也将阀的闭合元件定位到正确的位置。
然而,本发明的阀并不仅仅限于滑动件的确定形式。尤其是,滑动件的其它任选的功能形式为阀瓣和球。
通过阀的浮球的杠杆臂和导向凸轮,能够确定用于关闭阀的足够的表面力,通过所述表面力足以密封紧靠在阀室的前壁的液体进口上的滑动件。
另外,根据本发明阀的技术方案,对阀剖面的径向处的液体出口方向没有限制,但是它可以按所需的方式来选择。
在本发明的一个优选实施例中,浮球阀包括具有大致柱形室的阀壳体,所述室在其一端具有进水口;具有大致圆形剖面的滑动件,在其纵向在室内移动并在其朝向阀的进水口的端面具有一个局部的凸起密封表面,并且所述滑动件具有一个圆形的另一端;在室的一侧朝向进水口的端面处的排出装置;影响滑动件的圆形端部并铰接到阀体上的导向凸轮;连接到导向凸轮上的杠杆臂以及连接到杠杆臂上的浮球。
本发明的浮球阀或其部件并不限于任何特殊的材料,但是应该指出由象聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)这样的含氟聚合物组成或镀上象聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)这样的含氟聚合物的滑动件尤其适合用于本发明的技术方案。
阀优选设有一个凸缘,以便容易安装到液体的进口管上和连接到具有卡口凸缘接合点(bayonet flange joint)的合适位置。在这种连接中,卡口凸缘接合点指的是通过安装到它们中的每一个上的凸缘来连接阀和管,以便具有卡口接头的凸缘彼此连接,如围绕凸缘外部边缘的锁紧环,所述环彼此连接凸缘。

Claims (6)

1.一种用于水的净化循环的清洁浮球阀,所述阀包括阀体(1)、设置在阀体内的闭合元件(2),所述闭合元件(2)的长度基本上大于闭合元件的直径,以及连接到用于控制所述闭合元件的杠杆臂(4)上的浮球,其特征在于,当打开阀时,在阀体的室和闭合元件之间的间隙允许一部分液体流通过所述间隙排出,从而冲洗所述阀体的室和所述闭合元件的表面。
2.如权利要求1所述的浮球阀,其特征在于,阀的闭合元件(2)设有局部凸起的使其本身适应阀的液体进口(6)的密封表面(5)。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的浮球阀,其特征在于,与所述闭合元件的前表面相对的所述闭合元件(2)的端部为圆形。
4.如权利要求1所述的浮球阀,其特征在于,所述阀体的室具有大致圆柱形的形式,并且与所述阀体的室相适应的阀的闭合元件(2)具有大致为圆形的剖面。
5.如权利要求1所述的浮球阀,其特征在于,所述闭合元件(2)的材料为聚四氟乙烯。
6.如权利要求1所述的浮球阀,其特征在于,所述阀设有通过卡口凸缘接头用于将阀连接到液体进水管上的元件。
