Abstract

本发明提供了一种精小型无摩擦多功能阀,由阀体、阀盖、阀座、密封圈、压板、阀芯、衬套、凸轮、阀杆、密封套、压盖、O形圈等零件组成,其特征是:阀座旋入阀体左端,在两者接合处装有骑缝螺钉,阀芯通过衬套支承于阀体与阀盖的通道内,在阀体内腔台阶与阀芯凸台之间装有弹簧,弹簧通过导杆定位,导杆穿过阀芯凸台分别插入阀体与阀盖相应孔内,阀杆与凸轮通过螺钉固定联接,也可以焊接为一体。其有益效果是既可以实现可靠切断,又可作调节用,启闭只需旋转90°,迅速轻便,且启闭时密封面无相对摩擦,使用寿命长。体积小,重量轻,维护保养方便,既可软密封,又可实现硬密封。

所属技术领域
本发明涉及一种管道上既可以截断又可以调节介质流量的精小型无摩擦多功能阀,是一种阀门装置。
背景技术
目前在冶金、石化、市政等领域使用的各类阀门,球阀启闭时虽只需旋转90°,启闭迅速,密封可靠,但只能作截流用,不能作调节流量用;截止阀与节流阀虽既可以切断又可以调节介质流量,但完成一次启闭动作,阀杆需要旋转几十圈,启闭时间过长。
发明内容
为了克服现有球阀不能作调节流量而截止阀与节流阀启闭时间过长等不足,本发明提供一种精小型无摩擦多功能阀,该精小型无摩擦多功能阀既具有球阀启闭迅速的优点,又具有截止阀与节流阀调节介质流量的功能。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是精小型无摩擦多功能阀,包括阀体、阀盖、阀座、密封圈、压板、阀芯、衬套、凸轮、阀杆、密封套、压盖、O形圈,阀座通过螺纹旋入阀体左端,在两者接合处装有骑缝螺钉,阀座上设有两个腰形孔,以供介质流通;密封圈通过压板安装在阀座上,压板与阀座通过螺纹联接,阀芯通过衬套支承于阀体与阀盖的通道内,阀芯与阀体、阀盖之间通过O形圈密封,在阀体内腔台阶与阀芯凸台之间装有弹簧,弹簧通过导杆定位,导杆穿过阀芯凸台分别插入阀体与阀盖相应孔内,导杆除了起弹簧定位外,还起着防止阀芯转动的作用,阀杆与凸轮通过螺钉固定联接,或者焊接为一体,阀杆与阀体之间通过密封套及压盖密封,阀体与阀盖之间通过螺柱、螺母联接。当顺时针转动阀杆时,阀杆带动凸轮旋转,凸轮顶着阀芯,压缩弹簧向左移动,旋转至90°时,阀芯左端密封面与密封圈接触,介质被切断;当逆时针旋转阀杆时,阀芯在弹簧的作用下,随着凸轮的转动向右移动,阀门开启。启闭时密封面无相对摩擦,阀座、密封圈及压板组合的通流表面加工成流线型曲面,流阻小,流量调节性能好,可以通过控制阀门的开度来对流量进行调节。在密封圈处如改为堆焊硬质合金,即可实现硬密封。
本发明的有益效果是既可以实现可靠切断,又可作调节用,启闭只需旋转90°,迅速轻便,且启闭时密封面无相对摩擦,使用寿命长。体积小,重量轻,维护保养方便,既可软密封,又可实现硬密封。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,阀座2安装于阀体1左端处,两者通过螺纹联接,且在螺纹接合处装有骑缝螺钉,密封圈3通过压板4安装在阀座2上,压板4与阀座2通过螺纹联接,阀芯6通过衬套5支承于阀体1与阀盖15的通道内,阀芯6与阀体1、阀盖15之间通过O形圈10密封,在阀体1内腔台阶与阀芯6的凸台之间装有弹簧11,弹簧11通过导杆12限位,导杆12穿过阀芯6凸台分别插入阀体1与阀盖15相应孔内,导杆12除了起弹簧11限位外,还起着防止阀芯6转动的作用,阀杆13与凸轮14通过螺钉固定联接,或者焊接为一体,阀杆13与阀体1之间通过密封套9及压盖8密封,阀体1与阀盖15之间通过螺柱、螺母联接。
本发明驱动阀杆旋转的方式有多样,可以是手动、电动、液动、气动。

1、一种精小型无摩擦多功能阀,包括阀体、阀盖、阀座、密封圈、压板、阀芯、衬套、凸轮、阀杆、密封套、压盖、O形圈,其特征是:阀座旋入阀体左端,在两者接合处装有骑缝螺钉,密封圈通过压板安装在阀座上,压板与阀座通过螺纹联接;阀芯通过衬套支承于阀体与阀盖的通道内,在阀体内腔台阶与阀芯凸台之间装有弹簧,弹簧通过导杆定位,导杆穿过阀芯凸台分别插入阀体与阀盖相应孔内,阀杆与凸轮通过螺钉固定联接,或者焊接为一体,阀杆与阀体之间通过密封套及压盖密封,阀体与阀盖之间通过螺柱、螺母联接。
2、根据权利要求1所述的精小型无摩擦多功能阀,其特征是:阀座上设有两个腰形孔。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的精小型无摩擦多功能阀,其特征是:阀座、密封圈及压板组合的通流表面为流线型曲面。
