技术领域
本发明涉及一种婴儿车，且尤其涉及一种折叠式婴儿车。
背景技术
多年来已经公知了多种用于婴儿的折叠式婴儿车，其只包括三个车轮，即两个后轮和一个在某些情况下作为转向轮的中心前轮。
发明内容
本发明的目的是改进这种婴儿车中安装有所述的转向轮的前下部分的结构。
所述的改进在于在所述折叠式婴儿车的上述区域提供销接(pin-jointed)的搁脚板，所述的搁脚板支撑所述的前轮，其易于处于工作位置和折叠位置以允许实现所述折叠式婴儿车的紧凑的折叠结构。
所述折叠式婴儿车的特征也在于具有允许锁定和解锁所述前轮的转向支撑件的装置，和具有允许制动所述车轮的绳索启动的制动装置的结构。
所述搁脚板的工作位置通过结合在其中的装置被锁定，该装置固定在所述的前腿的下部的板。

具体实施方式
根据附图，所述的用于婴儿的折叠式婴儿车包括具有充气轮胎2的前轮1，其通过搁脚板5安装在相向汇聚的前腿3和4的下部。
所述的搁脚板5由一个金属元件整体形成，且在其后面位置形成有两个凹槽6和7，所述前腿3和4的下端通过插销(cross pin)8安装在所述的凹槽中，从而提供所述搁脚板的销接连接。所述的搁脚板5在其前向位置具有延伸件9，在竖直方向对该延伸件进行穿孔以形成圆柱形通道10(图3)允许安装支撑拨叉12的支撑销11，所述的车轮1与所述的拨叉相装配。
所述的搁脚板5包括在使用时易于将搁脚板锁定在其位置的装置，所述的装置包括由螺栓13形成的紧固装置，所述的螺栓的头部14销接在插销15上(图4)，所述的插销延伸穿过设置在所述搁脚板5的后部纵向隆起17中的孔16，所述的隆起具有端部切口18。圆柱形螺母19与所述的螺栓配合并用作带有凸轮21、弹簧22和安装在所述螺栓周围的垫圈23和24(图4)的控制手柄20的销钉。
在所述搁脚板5的锁定位置，所述的螺栓13装配在设置在板26的上切口25中，所述的板固定在所述腿3和4的端部的后部上。
搁脚板的折叠是通过控制手柄20来手动操作的，该控制手柄20能够抬升并且绕着圆柱状的螺母19转动，该螺母19用作其转动轴线。所述的控制手柄20的凸轮21移动到其较低的和较小直径位置，从而卸去弹簧22的张力，该弹簧22能够使螺母19与所述的控制手柄20一起转动，从而所述的螺母从螺栓13旋下并与板26分离。然后，根据图4中的虚线所示，该螺栓13能够以轴线15向上转动，其保留在搁脚板5的端部切口18中。这样，如图2所示，通过绕着轴线18旋转搁脚板，其能够向下折叠。
参见图6，其为锁定装置的正视图，该锁定装置位于升高的和非活动或非锁定位置。在图2中，控制手柄20相对于图4中所示的位置处于翻转的状态，因为控制手柄20已经绕着螺母19旋转了180°，以减小所述控制手柄的凸轮21作用在垫圈23和24上的压力，其中这些垫圈螺接在螺栓13上，并且对着板26施力。
通过锁定装置27锁定所述支撑销11的转向，所述的锁定装置具有两个轴向位置并设置有外部控制按钮28和在锁定位置与所述支撑销11的孔30相配合的内部销钉29(图4)。
对于锁定装置27，其具有内部销钉29，其插入到支撑销11的孔30中，并且使销钉29与外部控制钮28成为一体。锁定该支撑销11的转动的位置被螺接在销钉29上的弹簧的作用所保持。所述锁定装置27的另一个轴向位置如图7所示。
如图1和图4所示，外部控制钮28在与搁脚板的前部延伸件9相面对的表面上具有与所述的延伸件9的凸型相对应的径向凹入的凹陷。当该外部控制钮28旋转90°时，该凹型不会与延伸件9的突起表面相结合，因此如图7所示，该销钉和控制钮28保持在其突出位置，从而销钉29从支撑销11的孔30离开，该支撑销11能够自由转动。
利用轴承31和32将所述的支撑销11安装到所述搁脚板的延伸件9中，通过由帽盖33保护的螺母固定所述的销钉。
所述的前轮1具有由绳索35启动的盘式制动装置34。
也可以以与上述只作为示例进行描述的实施方式不同的其他实施方式实现本发明，这些其他实施方式也在权利要求保护的范围内。

Claims (2)

1、一种用于婴儿的折叠式婴儿车，其包括：两个后轮和作为转向轮的中心前轮，其特征在于，一搁脚板以销接连接的方式与相汇聚的前腿的下部连接，所述的转向轮安装在所述的搁脚板的前端，所述的搁脚板具有在使用时易于将搁脚板锁定在其位置中和允许将其折叠起来的装置，并且所述的搁脚板包括允许锁定和解锁支撑着所述转向轮的转向支撑件，所述的转向轮具有制动装置。
2、如权利要求1所述的折叠式婴儿车，其特征在于，在所述前腿的下部固定有板，所述的板被所述的搁脚板锁定装置夹住。
