The specific embodiment
Structure of the present invention is achieved in that and a solid section assembly is inserted in a plurality of hollow spaces specific one or more that the cross sectional shape of this solid section assembly is generally corresponding to the cross sectional shape of this specific hollow space.According to such structure, the solid section assembly is placed in any one or a plurality of hollow space, and superficial density can partly create a difference like this. Therefore, the present invention can be applied to easily or even existing hollow sheeting in, thereby suppressed the deficiency of sound insulation.
Hollow sheeting of the present invention can be made with any material, preferably makes with wood substance component. The example of wood substance component has wooden thin slice, wood fibre, wood chip, wood particle.Wood substance component can be made sheet material shape by moulded section (diemolding). As of great use adhesive when the pressing mold, it can adopt any in the mixture of foamable resin binder, the resin binder that does not foam and these adhesives.
This hollow sheeting can be made by the method for moulded section described below. The wood substance component of one fixed qty is sprayed onto in the mould, then that the core (cores) of corresponding hollow space shape is transversely arranged in substantial same plane.Wood substance component with another fixed qty is sprayed onto in this arrangement again. At this moment, carry out a hot pressing.Open mould, take out this core then, thus, the plate that its hollow space is one of the forming is made and has been formed. This hollow sheeting can also obtain by another kind of molding mode described below. Two over against assembly (front members) be plate-shaped (plate-like), a hollow space assembly, its shape is similar to a galvanized steel strap or its end face has the corrugated of independent formation.Should over against assembly link together with in the middle of this hollow space assembly is sandwiched by suitable adhesive.
Below in conjunction with accompanying drawing embodiments of the invention are described.
First embodiment
Fig. 1 is the perspective diagram according to the hollow sheeting of first embodiment, and Fig. 2 is the end view drawing of the part of this hollow sheeting. With reference to the accompanying drawings, a kind of construction material that can be used as comprises as the hollow sheeting 10 of wallboard, floor, ceiling: a pair of straight outer surface 11, it is parallel to each other in fact, a plurality of hollow spaces 12, it places between this outer surface 11, thereby is arranged in substantial same plane.
The shape edge of each hollow space 12 is perpendicular to the direction linear stretch of the paper plane at Fig. 2 place. This hollow space 12 that forms makes among the figure in a lateral direction the divider wall of arranging with predetermined space 13 with an about identical angle, and to replace different direction inclinations. The result is that the shape of each hollow space 12 is approximately trapezoidal. In this embodiment, the first hollow space 12A has a less transverse width W1, the second hollow space 12B has a transverse width W2 greater than transverse width W1, so be arranged alternately along horizontal direction among Fig. 2, adjacent hollow space 12A of Fang Zhiing and 12B alternately change cross section or are inhomogeneous like this.In the drawings, the transverse width W1 of the first and second hollow space 12A and 12B and W2 represent that according to each centre position along the thickness direction of plate it be the reasons are as follows.Because divider wall 13 tilts, purpose is for convenience shown by thickness about separately centre position.Alternatively, divider wall 13 can not tilt yet, can also be revised as to have sinusoidal waveforms, or approximate impulse waveform, so divider wall 13 along on the direction of plate thickness perpendicular to outer surface. As shown in Figure 3, this hollow sheeting 10 can also comprise the 3rd hollow space 12C, and it has bigger width.
In hollow sheeting 10, transverse end 10A has the structure of a sealing among Fig. 1, does not have hollow space 12 to form in this structure. This structure provides the transverse end part of avoiding outer surface 11 along the rigidity perpendicular to the direction bending of board plane, so this conformal performance (shape retention property) is kept.
According to this structure among first embodiment, when single hollow sheeting 10 is considered as an integral body, the first and second hollow space 12A form with 12B has different cross section, thereby obtains this relation: be different corresponding to hollow space 12A with the superficial density of 12B in fact. Therefore, the resonant frequency of the sheet material relevant with the cross section of hollow space or size is not uniformly but disperses on board plane, thus not can effectively not suppressed completely of the sound insulation value that causes by the resonance that CF causes.

Equally in a second embodiment, thickness is that the superficial density or the rigidity in the zone of T1 is higher than the zone that thickness is T2.Therefore, this embodiment has a structure: promptly the resonant frequency of sheet material is uneven on the plane of hollow sheeting 10, has with the identical soundproof effect of first embodiment.
The 3rd embodiment
Fig. 5 and 6 is the 3rd embodiment of the present invention. This embodiment is characterized as: a solid section 15 is formed at the specific region of the hollow space of initial formation. As shown in Figure 6, this solid section 15 can linear be formed at the zone corresponding to a single hollow space, and is perhaps selectable by being stretched over a plurality of hollow spaces 12 formation. In illustrated embodiment, this solid section 15 is linear stretch.Yet the mode of its stretching, extension is not limited to linear a kind of.We can say that this embodiment realizes by the thickness that increases specific divider wall 13.
Same, this embodiment has the effect identical with previous embodiment.
The 4th embodiment
Figure 7 shows that the 4th embodiment of the present invention. At this embodiment, rod assemblies 16 is inserted in the hollow parts 12 as the solid section assembly. The cross sectional shape of this rod assemblies corresponds essentially to the cross sectional shape of this hollow space. Therefore, superficial density also partly creates a difference, thereby obtains above-mentioned soundproof effect. This structure can be applied to previous in type hollow sheeting easily, so the present invention can be applied to existing hollow sheeting. When changing the position that rod assemblies 16 is inserted, but the zone of arbitrary decision just with different surfaces density.
As shown in Figure 8, can also be along crisscross, as place this rod assemblies 16 perpendicular to the bearing of trend of hollow space 12.
As mentioned above, although realize that preferred construction of the present invention, method or other are open by the foregoing description, the present invention is not limited thereto.
Promptly, although the present invention has carried out diagram and description to specific embodiment, those of ordinary skill in the art can be on the basis that does not break away from notion of the present invention and purpose, and according to the desired shape of previous embodiment, position, arrangement, or other carries out multiple modification. As, the foregoing description and modification can be done any combination mutually. The number of rod assemblies 16 can be done suitable increase or minimizing as requested. The rod assemblies 16 of various different qualities can be used for the distribution of superficial density and produce suitable difference.
As previously mentioned, according to the present invention, a kind of hollow sheeting with excellent in performance can be provided, wherein the resonant frequency of this sheet material on board plane is not uniformly but disperses, thereby can suppress the sound insulation deficiency that resonance causes, and that this effect is a conventional art is not available.Because this hollow space is arranged in fact in the same plane, this has reduced the thickness of hollow sheeting.
In this case, be about to the structure that rod assemblies is inserted a hollow space, that part that produces the superficial density of part difference can at random be provided with, and therefore, the present invention can be used to suppress the deficiency of sound insulation value easily.
