Abstract

El invento se trata de un secador-limpiador de redes acuícolas. Este equipo seca con aire caliente, remueve y separa el biofouling mientras las redes ruedan sobre un flujo de aire que ingresa a presión a la cámara de secado desde canalizaciones longitudinales entre los mantos que invierten su flujo de inyección a exhausto dependiendo de la posición de giro, los cuales son rematados en cada punta del secador en un punto común donde sendos distribuidores de admisión y salida de aire orientables permiten direccionar el flujo de aire interior de la cámara interna de secado mientras gira, permitiendo optimizar la presión de operación en el punto de inyección, ajustando la dirección radial de ingreso y salida de aire, todo el sistema configurado para una descarga sin grúa, por gravedad, que mejora el cuidado aplicado sobre las redes.
