Abstract
Un proceso para generar gas de síntesis, el proceso comprende los pasos de a) reformar una alimentación de hidrocarburo en una sección de reformado para obtener en consecuencia un gas de síntesis que comprende CH4, CO, CO2, H2 y H2O e impurezas que comprenden amoníaco; b) desplazar el gas de síntesis en una sección de desplazamiento que comprende uno o más pasos de desplazamiento en serie a un gas de síntesis desplazado; c) separar del gas de síntesis desplazado un condensado de proceso que se origina del enfriamiento y opcionalmente el lavado del gas de síntesis desplazado; d) pasar el condensado de proceso a un separador de vapor del condensado, en donde los subproductos de desplazamiento disueltos que comprenden amoníaco, metanol y aminas formados durante el desplazamiento del gas de síntesis son separados del condensado de proceso por medio del uso de vapor para dar por resultado una corriente de vapor del separador, e) agregar una parte de la corriente de vapor del separador del separador de vapor del condensado de proceso a la alimentación de hidrocarburo y/o al gas de síntesis corriente abajo de la sección de reformado, corriente arriba del último paso de desplazamiento, en donde la parte restante de vapor del separador se purga.
