Abstract
Un método y un dispositivo de decodificación de video para determinar si un modo de predicción de un bloque actual es el modo afín; y cuando el modo de predicción del bloque actual es el modo afín, dividir un bloque de luma del bloque actual en una pluralidad de sub-bloques de luma con una forma cuadrada en función un tamaño de sub-bloque predefinido; determinar un vector de movimiento de luma promedio para cuatro sub-bloques de luma vecinos entre la pluralidad de sub-bloques de luma utilizando un vector de movimiento de un sub-bloque de luma superior izquierdo de los cuatro subbloques de luma, y un vector de movimiento de un sub-bloque de luma inferior derecho de los cuatro sub-bloques de luma; determinar que el vector de movimiento de luma promedio es un vector de movimiento de un sub-bloque de croma actual correspondiente a los cuatro sub-bloques de luma; y realizar la predicción del sub-bloque de croma actual utilizando el vector de movimiento determinado en un proceso de codificación y decodificación de video.
