Abstract

Se refiere a una unidad monodosis (1) para café colado, que comprende una capa superior (3) y una capa inferior (4), las cuales son elementos filtrantes (3a) hechos de fibras de celulosa y otras fibras sintéticas, y trazas de fibras plásticas, constituyendo así un elemento filtrante (3a) totalmente biodegradable, con las capas superior e inferior (3 y 4) selladas de manera circular, formando un borde sellante (5) con una bolsa para café molido (CF) entre las capas, y un dispositivo inyector (2) dispuesto en el centro de la capa superior (3) en un proceso de producción específico de perforación y sellado, así como el proceso de elaboración del café colado en una cafetera, con un esparcidor superior (15b) y una unidad esparcidora inferior (15) ambas provistas de ranuras longitudinales (22) para obtener café colado sin presión
