Abstract

La presente invención describe sistemas, aparatos y métodos de auto-atención que permiten la entrega de productos mediante una operación automática y autogestionada por el cliente. El sistema comprende: al menos un terminal de auto-consulta que proporciona a un cliente un código de orden de retiro; uno o más aparatos de auto-atención para la entrega de productos, que comprende cada uno una interfaz de usuario con medios para recibir el código de orden de retiro y medios para la lectura de un código de autentificación de compra de producto; y un sistema de control que comunica y controla el terminal de auto-consulta con cada uno de los aparatos de auto-atención; en donde luego de la generación de una orden de retiro el sistema controla selectivamente la apertura de compuertas de entrada en un aparato de auto-atención asignado para permitir la inserción de productos al interior del aparato, y luego de una validación del código de autentificación en el aparato respectivo, el sistema controla la apertura de compuertas de salida de dicho aparato para el retiro de los productos. Mediante la presente invención es posible reemplazar los sistemas de atención presenciales que se utilizan comúnmente en el estado del arte, proporcionando una operación completamente automatizada y autogestionada por el cliente, permitiendo así reducir el tiempo de atención por cliente y atender un mayor número de personas con una menor dotación de operadores.The present invention describes self-service systems, devices and methods that allow the delivery of products through an automatic and self-managed operation by the customer. The system comprises: at least one self-inquiry terminal that provides a customer with a withdrawal order code; one or more self-service apparatuses for the delivery of products, each comprising a user interface with means for receiving the withdrawal order code and means for reading a product purchase authentication code; and a control system that communicates and controls the self-consultation terminal with each of the self-service devices; where after generating a withdrawal order, the system selectively controls the opening of entry gates in a self-service device assigned to allow the insertion of products into the device, and after a validation of the authentication code in the respective apparatus, the system controls the opening of the outlet doors of said apparatus for the removal of the products. By means of the present invention it is possible to replace the face-to-face systems that are commonly used in the state of the art, providing a completely automated and self-managed operation by the client, thus allowing to reduce the service time per client and serve a greater number of people with a smaller number of operators.
