Abstract
LA PRESENTE INVENCIÓN DESVELA UN PROCEDIMIENTO Y UN SISTEMA PARA PREDECIR UN CORTOCIRCUITO DE ELECTRODO BASÁNDOSE EN UNA CORRIENTE. EL PROCEDIMIENTO INCLUYE: ADQUIRIR UN VALOR DE CORRIENTE DE UN CÁTODO DE UN PAR ÁNODO-CÁTODO; ADQUIRIR UNA PLURALIDAD DE VALORES DE CORRIENTE DURANTE UN PERÍODO DE TIEMPO ESTABLECIDO; DETERMINAR UN VALOR AUMENTADO DE LA PLURALIDAD DE VALORES DE CORRIENTE QUE VARÍAN CON EL TIEMPO; DETERMINAR SI EL VALOR AUMENTADO ESTÁ DENTRO DE UN INTERVALO DE CORRIENTE ESTABLECIDO; EN CASO AFIRMATIVO, USAR UN PROCEDIMIENTO DE AJUSTE LINEAL PARA AJUSTAR LA PLURALIDAD DE VALORES DE CORRIENTE EN LA SECUENCIA TEMPORAL PARA OBTENER UN MODELO LINEAL; ADQUIRIR UNA PENDIENTE Y UN COEFICIENTE DE DETERMINACIÓN DEL MODELO LINEAL; DETERMINAR SI LA PENDIENTE ESTÁ DENTRO DE UN INTERVALO DE PENDIENTE ESTABLECIDO; EN CASO AFIRMATIVO, DETERMINAR SI EL COEFICIENTE DE DETERMINACIÓN ES MÁS PEQUEÑO QUE UN VALOR DE COEFICIENTE DE DETERMINACIÓN ESTABLECIDO; EN CASO NEGATIVO, DETERMINAR QUE HAY UN PELIGRO DE CORTOCIRCUITO EN LOS ELECTRODOS DEL PAR ÁNODO-CÁTODO Y, EN OTROS CASOS, DETERMINAR QUE NO HAY PELIGRO DE CORTOCIRCUITO EN LOS ELECTRODOS. ADOPTANDO EL PROCEDIMIENTO O SISTEMA DE LA PRESENTE INVENCIÓN, LA PRESENCIA DE PARTÍCULAS GRUESAS EN LA SUPERFICIE DEL CÁTODO SE PUEDE JUZGAR DE MANERA EFECTIVA, EL PELIGRO SE PUEDE DESCUBRIR ANTES DE QUE OCURRA EL CORTOCIRCUITO, LA EFICIENCIA DE LA CORRIENTE DE ELECTRÓLISIS Y LA CALIDAD DEL PRODUCTO MEJORAN SIGNIFICATIVAMENTE, Y SE REDUCE EL COSTE DEL PRODUCTO.
