Abstract
Método que comprende tratar unaa muestra de ADN con bisulfito de sodio; proveer una nanopartícula metálica de entre 40 a 80 nm, que comprende en su superficie un oligonucleótido que reconoce RPRM metilado escogido entre la SEQ ID Nº1 Nº2 y opcionalmente un marcador para fluorescencia, o Raman. Proveer una segunda nanopartícula metálica de entre 8 a 20 nm o un punto cuántico de 2 a 10 nm, que comprende en su superficie el otro oligonucleótido. Hibridar, centrifugar y detectar los híbridos en el sedimento.
