Abstract

La presente invención consiste en un proceso o método de retortado para alimentos listos para comer, en un caso particular, para el procesamiento de granos, como por ejemplo arroz, quínoa o incluso pastas cocinadas que contienen humedad pero a la vez requieren mucho aire en el envase para ser consumido en su forma tradicional (arroz graneado, no una sopa de arroz).
