Vorrichtung zum Öffnen von Konservengläsern mit Deckel und Gummiring. Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfindung ist eine Vorrichtung zum Öffnen von Kon- servengläsern mit Deckel und Gummiring. Dieselbe bezweckt, eine leichte und rasche Öffnung von Konservengläsern zu ermög- liehen, ohne dass eine Beschädigung der zur Verwendung kommenden Gummiringe mög- lich ist.
Dies wird dadurch erreicht"dass ein 'dün ner stabförmiger Körper mit einer axial ver laufenden Rinne versehen ist. Nach Einfüh rung des stabförmigen Körpers zwischen Deckel und Gummiring kann Luft durch .die Rinne in das Innere des Konservenglases ein treten.
Auf der beiliegenden Zeichnung ist der Erfindungsgegenstand in einer beispielswei sen Ausführungsform zur Darstellung ge bracht, und es zeigt von derselben: Fi.g. 1 eine Ansicht von der Seite, Fig. 2 einen Schnitt nach,der Linie A-A der Fig. 1 in grösserem Massstab, und Fig. 3 eine Variante.
a ist ein Holzgriff, in welchem der Stab b eingesetzt ist. Als Ausgangsm.ateiial für den Stab b wird am zweckmässigsten ein Rundstahlstück verwendet.
Der Stab b ist durch die Schraube c in dem Holzgriff a fixiert. In der Axialrichtung verlaufend be sitzt,der Stab eine Rinne d, w elehe im Quer schnitt gesehen beispielsweise rechtwinklige Form (Fig. 2) besitzt. Die Rinne d könnte im Querschnitt :gesehen auch kreisbogenför mig gestaltet sein, wie die Fig. 3 beispiels weise zeigt.
Das freie Ende des Stabes ist mit einer Abrundung e versehen.
Zwecks Gebrauch steckt man den Stab e sorgfältig zwischen der obern Fläche des Gummiringes und .denn Deckelrand ein, wo bei zu beachten ist, Üass die Rinne d dem Deckel des Konservengläses zugekehrt ist. Es wird .am zweckmässigsten eine solche Ein stossstelle gewählt, wo die Innenwandung des Deckelrandes .das Konservenglas nicht be rührt.
Der Stab ist so weit als .möglich ein zuführen, alsdann wird die Luft durch die Rinne einziehen und -das Innere des Glases anfüllen, so dass nach kurzer Zeit der Deckel ohne weiteres abgehoben werden kann. Eine Beschädigung des Gummiringes durch den Stab beim Einstecken ist infolge der Abrun dung e ausgeschlossen. Im Gegensatz zu den bisherigen Geräten ist ein Stochern nicht notwendig, und infolge seiner einfachen Konstruktion dürfte der Er- findungsbegensta.nd bei den Hausfrauen etc., Anklang finden.
Der Handgriff a könnte auch durch eine bügelartige Umbiegung des entsprechend län ger zu haltenden Stabes e ersetzt werden.
