Electro-hydraulic control device for elevators or hydraulic hoists. The object of the present invention is an electro-hydraulic control device for elevators or hydraulic hoists.
The appended drawing represents, in a schematic manner, an embodiment of the object of the invention, given by way of example.
The device comprises a main distributor A, actuated hydraulically and controlled by relay B, electrically controlled.
The distributor A consists of two shut-off or ganes, for example two valves 1 and 2, the first of which gives passage to the pressurized water, brought by the pipe 3 to direct it through the pipe 4 towards the piston of the elevator machine or hoist and the second allows the water that has worked in the machine to exit through the pipe 5 to the discharge pipe.
Valves 1 and 2 are controlled by pistons 6 resp. 7 which act on the rods 8 resp. 9 by means of pressurized water, introduced into the cylinders 10 resp. 11. The valves 1 and 2 as well as the pistons 6 and 7 are provided with return springs 12 resp. 13 and 14 resp. 15.
The pressurized water required to actuate pistons 6 and 7 is supplied by electro-hydraulic relay B connected to distributor A by pipes 16 and 17.
The electro-hydraulic relay consists of two double valves 18 and 19, controlled by solenoids 20 resp. 21, of which the nuclei 22 resp. 23 are articulated to a ba lancer 24, tilting on a central pivot 25. The balance acts by rods 26 and 27 on the double valves 18 resp. 19 fitted with return springs 28 resp. 29. These double valves are constructed so as to be able to give alternating passage of water in two directions.
Pressurized water arrives in chamber 30 of relay B through line 31. After having passed through one or other of the double valves 18 or 19, in distributor A, it returns, at the time of stop of the elevator machine or hoist, at the same valve 18 resp. 19, through which it emerges into the chamber 32, to flow through the discharge pipe 33.
The operation of the device takes place as follows: By pressing an electric button in order to determine, for example, the rise of the elevator, the solenoid circuit 20 is closed and the core 22 is drawn into the coil, which has the effect of causing the balance 24 to move down around the pivot 25 and to press the double valve 18 by means of the rod 26, to make it press on its upper seat. The pressurized water can thus pass from the chamber 30, through the lower seat of the double valve 18, into the pipe 16 and enter the cylinder 10 of the distributor A. The piston 6 lowers the rod 8 of the valve 1 which , removed from its seat, gives free passage to the pressurized water, from then the tubing 3 to the tubing 4, connected to the elevator machine, by starting it. The elevator car goes up.
At the desired stage, a automatic switch interrupts the electrical circuit of the solenoid 20, thus returning the core 22 and the balance 24 to their rest position. The return spring 28, for its part, returns the double valve 18 to its rest position, supported on its lower seat. The pressurized water contained in the cylinder 10 of the distributor A is forced by the action of the return spring 14 into the pipe 16 from where it escapes into the chamber 32 through the upper seat of the double valve 18 and can flow through line 33.
The piston 6 no longer pressing on the valve 1, the latter closes either by the action of the return spring 12, or by the pressure of the water coming from the pipe 3 and the machine stops.
For the descent, the other organs work in the same way. By pressing the electric button, for the descent, the electric circuit of the solenoid 21 is closed. Its core 23, attracted, tilts the balance 24 in the opposite direction and presses by the rod 27 on the double valve 19, in l 'pressing his upper seat. The pressurized water passes from the chamber 30 through the valve 19 through the pipe 17 into the cylinder 11 and lowers the piston 7 as well as the valve 2. The water of the machine can now drain out from the pipe 4 via the chamber 34 and the valve 2 to the pipe 5, which causes the descent of the elevator car.
This being lowered to the desired floor, the automatic switch opens the circuit of the solenoid 21, the core 23 of which, no longer being attracted, allows the return spring 29 to press the double valve 19 against its seat. inferior. The water of the cylinder 11 discharged by the action of the return spring 15 is discharged through the pipe 17 through the valve 19 into the chamber 32 to flow through the pipe 33. The pressure of the piston 7 having ceased, the res return output 13 returns the valve 2 to its rest position and thus stops the flow of water from the machine, so as to cause the stopping of the elevator cabin.
The direction of movement of the water in the device, for the ascent, is indicated in the drawing by arrows in solid lines, whereas, for the descent, the direction of the movement of the water is indicated by arrows. dotted.
Relay B can be attached directly to distribution group A, or it can be placed at a certain distance from the latter, to which it is, in this case, simply connected by pipes 16 and 17.
