Geflochtener Schuh.
Braided shoe. The subject matter of the present invention is a braided shoe, the slip-in opening of which can be made smaller by means of pulling elements which are braided into the shoe. The pulling elements can be braided in such a way that when they are put on, the shoe is shortened somewhat at the same time.
For this purpose, it is advisable to weave the pulling element in such a way that it runs from the rear edge of the slip-in opening on the left side of this along to the front edge, then on the right side obliquely backwards and downwards to the sole and then ascending again obliquely to the rear to the rear upper edge of the slip-in opening, from there on the left side sloping downwards at an angle to the sole and again at an incline upwards to the front edge, to run back along the right-hand side of the slip-in opening again.
The same purpose can also be achieved by a different type of interweaving of the pulling organs, in which the pulling organ runs alternately downwards in front and back downwards. A slot can be connected to the slip-in opening which can be pulled together by pulling the same crossing parts of the braid. The braid of the shoe can be made of hemp braid, bast, wood fibers, straw or cotton ribbons and the like, as well as the train organs. The braid can be colored so that the shoe looks pleasing. The train organs can be colored differently from the rest of the braid.
With the help of the train organs, for example, a shoe of a certain number size can be set to the size of a 'next lower number. This has the advantage for production that only the larger of two shoe numbers has to be produced, which can then be adjusted to the smaller foot without any disadvantage for appearance or fit by simply pulling on the pulling elements, which consist of straw bands, for example .
By loosening the traction organs, the scope of the foot can also be expanded. By interaction of the running in the braid end pulling organs, z. B. the straw bands, abnormal instep heights can also be taken into account to a certain extent abnormal foot widths.
The sole and the upper of the shoe can each form a special mesh. These two parts can be connected to one another by a braiding tape in such a way that this is braided alternately through the edge braid turns of the shoe upper and the sole. During manufacture, this band also forms a pulling element, by means of which the circumference of the shaft and sole of the mesh can be drawn together to fit the last.
The shoe described is particularly useful as a beach and bathing shoe.
