Description

  

      Verfahren    zum Ein- und Ausführen von Körpern bei elektrischen Öfen mit durch       Gebläseluft    gekühlten Apparateteilen.    Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf elek  trische Öfen, denen zwecks Kühlung ein  zelner Ofenteile, z. B. der     Elektroden,        mit-          telst    einer     Gebläseeinrichtung    Luft zugeführt  wird. Erfindungsgemäss wird die     Gebläseein-          riclitung    zur Beförderung auch anderer Kör  per, die ausser :der Kühlluft in den Ofen     ein-          oder    ausgeführt werden sollen, benützt.  



  Besteht beispielsweise das Beschickungs  material des Ofens aus     mittelst        Gebläseluft     förderbaren     Stücken,    wie z. B. aus Metall  spänen, so lässt sich für den Nachschub von  Beschickungsmaterial die     Geblä.seeinrichtung     verwenden. Um dies auf     praktischem    Wege  zu erreichen, braucht man zum Beispiel nur  .die Zuleitung für das Beschickungsmaterial  in die     Gebläseluftzuleitung,    die im vorliegen  den Fall oberhalb des Schmelzraumes enden  muss, einmünden zu lassen. Letztere könnte  dabei auch     in    hohlausgebildete Elektroden  ausmünden.  



  Ferner kann man die     Gebläseeinrichtung     auch zum Entfernen von Metalldämpfen be  nützen, z. B. durch Ausblasen derselben     durch       die     Gebläseluft,    wobei die Abluft noch zur       Vorerwärmung    des Beschickungsmaterials  dienen kann; oder aber auch durch -wechsel  weise Benützung .der     Kühlluftzuleitung    als       Absaugrohr    für die beim     Schmelzprozess    sieh  bildenden Gase.

UNTERANSPRÜCEE: 1. Verfahren nach Patentanspruch, .dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gebläseluft zum Einführen von Beschickungsmaterial ver wendet wird. 2.
