Device for adjusting the stroke of cranks during the course. The present invention relates to a device for adjusting the stroke of cranks during gear. The same is suitable for machines of all types and enables the lifting speed to be increased and decreased.
According to the invention, a screw spindle is rotatably arranged in at least one crank arm, on which the crank pin is supported by means of a nut thread provided on it, the screw spindle being in rotational connection with a rotary member by means of a gear transmission, so that when the rotary member is moved, the spindle is rotated and thereby the crank pin adjusts in one direction or the other on the spindle and thus the stroke can be changed.
In the accompanying drawing, the subject matter of the invention is shown in an exemplary embodiment, and it shows of the same: FIG. 1 a longitudinal section, and FIG. 2 a section along the line AA of FIG. 1. a is the interrupted shaft is and on which on the facing th, formed by the interruption, the crank arms b by means of wedges c are placed. In the crank arms, which are seen with a rectangular recess, so that they look like a frame, a screw spindle d is stored, one of which is a right-hand thread, the other a left-hand thread. On the screw spindles store provided with nut threads, a cylin drical hub approach e respectively. e1 have the bevel gears f and f '.
To the cylin drical approaches e, e1 bushes g1 of the crank pin g are arranged. A connecting sleeve of two bevel gears h and W is mounted on the crank pin g and the connecting rod i. The gears h and h 'mesh with the gears f and f'.
On the gear f sits firmly a spur gear k, in wel Ches the toothed piston l engages, which is arranged longitudinally displaceable on the shaft m, and the latter has a longitudinal groove for this purpose, in which an approach of the tooth piston l engages. n is another gear, which is firmly seated on the shaft m and which is driven by the bevel gear o which is loosely seated on the shaft a and which forms one piece with the gear o1. p is a splined gear on the crankshaft a. This drives the toothed piston q, which is rotatably arranged in a pin r 'seated on the bearing r on the dop which is rotatably seated on the shaft a.
The toothed piston q is in mesh with pel gear s, which rotates as fast as gear p. The gear wheel o rotates due to engagement with gear wheel n when rotating the crank BEZW. of the arm b in the same direction with the shaft a, and are the: gears o 'and s with opposite. Sense of rotation and usually with the same speed opposite and rotate the toothed piston t. The axis of the latter sits in the jacket of the sleeve u, which has a ring gear u 'and which is loosely supported on the connecting sleeve of the gears o and o1. The worm v of the handwheel w engages in the ring gear u1.
If the screw and thus the sleeve u are rotated by the latter and the toothed piston t is displaced as a result, the gear o1 rotates regardless of its existing speed and thereby rotates the gears o, n, l, 7k and f, causing the latter to move unscrewed or unscrewed on the screw spindle and thereby adjusted the crank pin g respectively. changed the stroke. There. the gear f through the parts h and h 'with f' is in rotation connection, the adjustment takes place at both ends of the crank pin with each other. When the gear k rotates, with the same moving up or down, gear l is also taken along as a result of the stop on the edges x. Of course, only one crank arm could be provided, parts h, h1, g 'being omitted.
