A,", bezw.
Template winding for a multi-phase machine, consisting of coils of the same shape. In the main patent 78845 , a template winding for multiphase machines, consisting of coils of the same shape, is described, which is characterized in that, in order to achieve the shortest possible connections between the individual coils, the coils follow the direction of their winding ends three types are produced in such a way
that with the individual types the winding ends are led out of the coils in different ways.
In your exemplary embodiment, as the main file is illustrated by Fig. 3. and that is shown here in FIG. 1, three types of templates A, B, C are illustrated making simple connections for the parts of the winding. When bundling conductors that consist of a few conductors and conductors with a large cross-section, difficulties may arise in 2D when using the three types of coils illustrated in the main file, namely when false conductors cannot be used.
This is particularly the case with the coil according to Fio-. 1 C the case in which the conductors en see cross over in the winding eye. The design space for this crossover is often scarce, so that the required insulation and the connection between adjacent coils can be difficult to accommodate. Difficulties of this kind can also arise with the coil A (FIG. 1) because the bending point of the conductor bent on the forehead bundle, which already takes up space, is in the immediate vicinity of the winding eye lies.
These disadvantages are avoided according to the invention in that the bend z # and any crisscrossing points of the conductor bent from the #D forehead bundle are laid sufficiently far away from the cradle eye,
while at least one of the switchers is bent out of your forehead bundle before entering the Wiekhingsaiige. For example, the arrangement A of FIG. 1 is modified so that the forehead conductor bent out of the forehead bundle is bent 23 already in front of the whorl eye, as shown in FIG. Coils A, ' and Z, Alf' is illustrated.
In the case of the conductor after coil C of FIG. 1, the crossing point is moved away from the winding eye to the side. as shown by coils C, 'and C, "* of FIG.
The coil B of FIG. 1 is then also expediently changed, specifically in such a way that the conductors, which are straight from the slot bundles, are now extended in the same direction are bent away from the forehead bundle, but sufficiently far in front of the cradle eye, in such a way that they form an almost closed loop, as B shows in FIG.
In Fig. 3, the winding arrangement for a three-phase motor is illustrated in which the coils A, B " CI are used. The coils A ,.
A, ", and C ,, C," 'are only differentiated by this. that the coils marked with a " dash are created by reversing the coils marked with a ' dash.
A particular advantage of this arrangement is that many soldering pins are in the immediate vicinity of the key lip and therefore conveniently borrowed. It is not absolutely necessary.
as shown in the winding arrangement according to FIGS. 1 and 2. those with regard to their Wiehlini - end unsymnically fresh types of play -11 and C, both with their spie (yel- figurative reversal uno-, there are also Wichlun- g arrangements possible in which each of the coils .4, and CI is only used in one form,
or one of the coils with its mirror-image uni-r1111,01, the other just plain.
A rocking arrangement of this type is illustrated in FIG. 4, in which coils according to A, 73, and C ”of FIG. 2 are used.
B (, i the templates according to FIG. 2 do not occur in two of the types. A, B and B, overlapping of the conductors, which make misguided conductors necessary.
The crossing of the species C, lies outside of the already large construction area, which demands a great deal of construction, and lets you see it comfortably under- It i, 1 not absolutely necessary, t # that for one winding only coils of the type A, B, C according to Fig. 1 </ B > or only SpOen of the type A, B,
CI according to FIG. 2 can be used, but combinations of all types of coils are also possible. It is essential that the coils are always designed in such a way that the winding ends follow the course of the preformed coil frame over the longest possible path to a point where the two coils to be connected are their smallest and mutual distance, taking into account the accessibility of these Have points for making the connection.
