Le dessin ci-joint représente, à titre d'exemple, une forme d'exécution de l'objet de l'invention. La fig. 1 en est une vue de plan, le graisseur étant représenté prêt à être employé; la fig. 2 représente le couvercle vu de dessus ;
descend directement jusqu'au pied dudit obturateur pour suivre la tranchée o frappée à la base du trou l et dans la per pendiculaire de la saignée rt conduisant ainsi le lubrifiant jusqu'à l'orifice d'écoulement b ;
Lubricator with oil. The present invention relates to an oil lubricator comprising a container closed by a rotating cover with a dust cover controlling a cylindrical shutter.
This lubricator offers a constructive particularity relating to the shutter which is adjustable and interchangeable, being controlled by the movable cover and rendered immovable by the fixing of the cover.
The accompanying drawing represents, by way of example, one embodiment of the object of the invention. Fig. 1 is a plan view thereof, the lubricator being shown ready for use; fig. 2 shows the cover seen from above;
fig. 3 is a longitudinal section along the line rl-B of FIG. 2, while fig. 4 shows the cover upside down ; in fig. 5 is a shutter seen from the front and FIG. 6 this shutter seen from the end, along the line _-1-B of FIG. 5.
The lubricator shown in the drawing com carries a cylindrical container cc intended to be placed by the tubular tenon a 'on the bearing of the member to be lubricated; û is the outlet of the container.
The container is surmounted by a cover c formed by a cha skin so that it is rotatable. A this effect the cap has two edges c 'and c "which are adjusted with gentle friction on a bulge d of the container cc ; the edge c "has double effect, firstly it ensures the retention of the lubricant in the container, then guarantees this lubricant dust which could possibly rise to the upper edge of the container from the outside a.
The top of the cap has a button e controlling a tenon f inside the cover, the end of this tenon being cylindrical and coming, by the effect of a spring g which constantly pushes it outwards, take in round holes h of its diameter, made at the bulge d of container a, these holes being numbered. The bottom of the cover c has a bulge z in which is made a cavity in the shape of an ogive, as shown, i ', in FIG. 4 and in which the head j of a cylindrical shutter k is taken which is adjusted so that it is not rotatable, in a round hole L of its diameter made at the bottom and in the center of the container a.,
the shutter foot comprising grooves wt of different depths hollowed out, for example in the form of a gouge, intended to let the lubricant flow more or less strongly depending on the depth of the groove which appears in front of the groove ii going from the outer end of hole l to its mid-depth, the lubricant thus corresponding from the groove ra of the receptacle to one of the grooves m of the shutter k,
descends directly to the foot of said shutter to follow the trench o struck at the base of the hole l and in the per pendicular of the groove rt thus leading the lubricant to the flow orifice b;
the flow rate being adjusted by the rotating cover c controlling the shutter k by turning said cover so that the knob e which is on the cap is placed above the number p which number the adjustment holes . h (fig. 1), thus making correspond one of the grooves ne. shutter k with the groove rz of the container, but, if we place the button e above said number D, the flow is zero, because this number does not correspond to any groove.
The shutter / i can be interchanged by another shutter having the deeper grooves ïit, if the organ to be lubricated requires a continuous flow, also adjustable.
