Schraubensicherung.
Fig. 4 zeigt die Mutter in senkrechtem Schnitt. Fig. 5 und 6 zeigen Details.
Screw locking. The invention relates to a screw fuse with a nut in the fuse position in a cavity of the screw, hidden ratchet, the teeth of the invention by a coupling member provided on its circumference with axially extending grooves in engagement ge that with the nut through Introducing a driver pin which can be screwed into it. In one of the grooves of the coupling member can be coupled.
An embodiment of the screw lock according to the invention is shown in Fig. 1, 2 and 3 in a diagrammatic representation in the closed position, or in the unlocked position of the items. Fig. 4 shows the nut in vertical section. Figures 5 and 6 show details.
As can be seen from the drawing, a lower part b forming a shoulder is provided on the nut a with a cavity k widened with respect to the threaded hole, which serves to accommodate the coupling member 9, which is on the)
Screw bolts f ending with a screw head are pushed underneath the workpiece parts that are connected to each other. The coupling member y is ring-shaped and engages with ratchet teeth provided on its underside in ratchet teeth of a washer e, which is attached to the workpiece divider to be screwed together, for example through a pin, not shown, which is inserted into a hole c in the disc (Fig. 5) zrr is intended to be.
The ring-like coupling member g, whose ratchet teeth are obtained with those of the washer e by a spring i engaging in the cavity Ir, is provided with a number of axially extending grooves h on its circumference. provided by a semicircular cross-section, which when tightening the nut a one after the other with a hole in the latter, in which a driver pin d (Fig. 3) can be screwed, to cover.
The mode of action of the screw locking device explained above is as follows: After placing the toothed washer e, which is secured with one of the workpiece parts to be screwed together, for example by means of a pin that engages in the hole c (Fig. 5) of the disc (not shown) , the toothed coupling member y is pushed onto the screw benbolzen f, so that the locking teeth of both parts e, g come into engagement with one another (FIGS. 2 and 3).
When screwing down the nut a, b , its enlarged lower part b encloses the coupling member g, so that this, like the ratchet teeth of the washer e, is separated from the enlarged part b of the nut c! are completely covered in their position according to FIG. The spring i holds the ratchet teeth of the washer e and of the coupling member g in elastic engagement with one another.
Before tightening the nut a, b on the screw bolt f , the driving pin d, is brought into alignment with one of the grooves h is screwed so far into part b that it is inserted into the relevant groove 6t and when the nut is tightened the toothed coupling member g inevitably takes with it.
The engagement of the ratchet teeth with one another prevents the screw connection from loosening automatically and unauthorized outside intervention is made impossible because the parts of the fuse are covered. Only when the driver pin d has been screwed upwards.
is brought out of engagement with the groove lt of the coupling member g, the 'nut a, b can be separated from the coupling member, which then when screwing up the nut a in position Fig. 2 and 3 remain.
