Ventillose Kolbenpumpe.

Die rasche Drehung des Kolbens wird in diesem Fall=, durch Hebel 26, ? 7 hervor gebracht, welche als besondere Ausbildungen und Verlängerungen der Kurbelarme 12 ge dacht sind. An der Ringscheibe 30, die mit der Iioll;
Valveless piston pump. The invention applies to valve-less piston pumps of the type in which a pump piston is given a combined lifting and rotary movement within a pump housing provided with inlet and outlet openings.
In known pumps of this type, the rotation was carried out during a considerable part of the stroke movement and took place accordingly for a long time. This resulted in undesirable contractions in the gradually adjusted flow openings of the pump housing and piston.
whereby the efficiency of the Ptinipeii was considerably reduced. This disadvantage is remedied by the subject matter of the present invention.
According to the invention, the preheating movement of the pump piston takes place; essentially, borrowed at the end, i (of each stroke and thus runs quickly here.
For example, embodiments of the subject of the invention are shown in the accompanying drawing.

<tb> <SEP> the <SEP> pump tube <SEP> 35 is connected to the <SEP> of the <SEP> uni casing <SEP>, through which the liquid or the like is conveyed upwards and which can be lengthened as required.
The modified embodiment of the drive device of this pump, which device is expediently used in drilling lochliumpen, is shown in FIGS. 8 to 12.
The rapid rotation of the piston is in this case =, by lever 26,? 7 brought forth, which as special trainings and extensions of the crank arms 12 ge are thought. On the ring disk 30, which is connected to the Iioll;
When the rod 7 is connected by the pin 21, the rollers 28-9 are attached in two places, namely in such a position that one and the other rotate through the levers 26, 27 when the lever is turned # -the crankshaft is hit, so that the ping disk is turned 90 in one or the other direction.
Un .: in the case of a very long pump tube, to be able to recognize the correct position of the drive in relation to the position of the piston and housing openings, a display device is advantageously provided. This device consists, for example, of a cylindrical hood 31 attached to the upper part of the pump housing, the jacket of which has a cutout with a central angle of approximately 90 and the jacket length of which slightly exceeds the length of the pump casing.
In this section of the hood protrudes on the piston rod = useful v ccrschiebbaren and fixed adjustable pin 3 3, which participates in both the up and down, as well as the rotating movement of the piston rod. The positions of the piston in relation to the pump housing located in the shaft are indicated during the day by the area of your movements in relation to the vertical edges 32 of the cutout of the hood; the drive device can therefore be adjusted accordingly.
Instead of the hood 31, two vertical rods can be selected for example. which with. connected to the upper part of the C-housing and stiffened at their free ends by a cross-connection.
FIG. 13 shows a small modification of the drive device illustrated in FIG. The rack and the gear are replaced here by a plate 35a provided with an incision, in which a pin 34a, which is attached to the annular disk 30, engages. The plate can also be slid back and forth in the longitudinal direction in the same way as the toothed rack. "E.
In the case of a single-acting pump, for which, for example, only a cover protruding freely into the pump housing is required and in which the piston has the shape of a cylindrical hood, the lifting and turning movement of the same can be precisely demonstrated : u # hl -will, with a double-acting pump.
