Method and device for the production of cohesive flat structures which have a fabric-like grid on one side. The subject of the invention is a method and a device for the production of cohesive flat structures which on one side have a fabric-like grid, such as B. Projection screens for fluoroscopic purposes.
According to the method, solidifying liquid is poured in an even layer onto a structure with a cohesive and flat, tissue-like grid having surface. The device for implementing the method has a table with a seamless, flat surface, which consists of a tissue-like grid on pointing structure and is bridged by a two longitudinal sides of the table along \ Vagen, from which the above-mentioned structure can be poured over is.
An example embodiment of a device suitable for carrying out the method is shown in the drawing, namely FIG. 1 shows a diagrammatic representation of a rail for the carriage. with the help of which liquid, transparent mass can be poured in a convenient manner onto a large casting table shown diagrammatically in FIG.
Figs. 3 and 4 are vertical longitudinal and cross sections through the table, while Figs. 5 and 6 illustrate details on a larger scale.
A square table et, which is supported by a number of feet 1i, which have an adjusting device b1 for leveling, has a plaster layer d of the same thickness over plates c. Instead of plaster of paris, cement or a stone mass etc. can be used.
However, plaster of paris has proven to be very suitable because it is able to create a mirror-smooth, uniform surface of any dimension that can be covered with a fabric-like structure, e.g. B. painter's canvas and the like; is particularly suitable. The painter's canvas, which is known to have an extraordinarily uniform bond, is stretched onto the plaster layer d completely smooth. The plaster of paris is delimited along the long sides by an edge / c low height.
Rails e are provided on two mutually opposite sides of the table a, on which a carriage g bridging the table can run along with its rollers f.
After the: painter's canvas over the plaster layer d, which the former a solid, level. seamless base offers, is smooth and tight, a person stands on the carriage g and pours, while this carriage is moved across the table, through visible, solidifying liquid onto the previously prepared tissue in such a way that it is a uniform layer forms.
As soon as the liquid has solidified, it pulls matt from the fabric layer, which can be done without difficulty, because the canvas is soaked with a liquid before the infusion, which prevents an intimate connection of the infusion mixture with the canvas, without a flass The amount of infusion is changed by the liquid soaking, which prevents the connection with the tissue.
The result is a structure that is completely transparent, has a thoroughly uniform structure and has a hurried, mirror-smooth surface on one side, while the back shows the fine and uniform grid that corresponds to the painter's canvas.
In this way, a projection edge is obtained that is transparent and flexible and, thanks to its uniform structure and one-sided fine, regular grid, has all the properties that are desirable for rapid projection transillumination to a high degree.
You can also use the Leinvandrnatrize described here casts made of rubber or celluloid or cement, respectively. Make plaster and thereby obtain flexible or rigid structures with a tissue-like grid on one side. Such structures can be used in place of the painter's canvas executed in the example described above by being placed on the table with the rastered side facing up and poured over with the transparent, solidifying liquid to obtain a projection screen in the manner described above.
