Nach Fig. 2 ist arn Schalter d, g,, ferner e, hr und f,<I>il</I> geschlossen. Fig. ') ergibt sich, wenn der Umschalter bei (l, c7, geöffnet Zvlrd;
Fig. 1, wenn er d mit ,r/2 verbindet.
Hierauf wird der Schalter<I>e,</I> nti geöffnet.
Procedure for starting three-phase motors using star and delta connections. A known method for starting three-phase motors, especially those finite short-circuit armatures, is to first connect the stator winding to the mains in star and then, after the motor has reached a certain speed, to switch the winding from star to delta.
When switching from star to delta, the current must be interrupted, the motor is de-energized and fieldless. When the fieldless motor is switched on to full mains voltage, there is then a high switch-on surge which, under certain circumstances, triggers the maximum switch. Fuses by melting or giving rise to other malfunctions.
This circumstance is avoided by the invention in that the winding is switched in stages without field interruption in such a way that L transition conditions occur in which at least the winding of one phase is both the triangle and the star end - Belonged to the community.
This is achieved, for example, by; that the ends of the individual phases lying at the star point are gradually placed at the starting point of the next phase in the cycle. This be special process is shown in Figs. 1-S of the drawing, which represent special facilities for performing the process and how they work.
In your example in Fig. 1, the ends x, y, z of the individual phases, <I> b, </I> c, which are at the star point, are gradually moved to the starting point r, <I> tu, </I> et of the cyclic next phase.
For this purpose three on-switches <I> (7, e, f, </I> are used to which the phase ends lead, of whose opposite poles the one gr, 7t t, <I> ir </I> to the star point, the other 71 - "<I> i- leads to </I> your starting point of the next cycle cycle.
If the switch d. v. f is actuated, so he gives himself the voltage images as illustrated in FIGS. 2-7.
According to FIG. 2, switches d, g ,, furthermore e, hr and f, <I> il </I> are closed. Fig. ') Results when the switch at (l, c7, open Zvlrd;
Fig. 1 when it connects d with, r / 2. In this transition circuit, the windings a, b belong to the delta connection, the windings b, c to the star connection, so b ge also belongs to the delta and the star-end connection. If the switch at e, h.i is opened, the result is a <:
Voltage distribution in the motor according to FIG. 5, where winding a is connected for triangle, winding c is connected to the zero point for star. When switching to connection e, 1a:
The result is the voltage distribution according to FIG. 6, in which the windings rr, b belong to the delta connection. If the changeover age is finally set from <I> f ', i, </I> to i =, the result is the triangle circuit in FIG. 7.
Instead of the last-mentioned changeover switch t ', the end - can also remain finitely connected to the star connection and, when switching to triangle, last: step the end a with the -start !! can be connected by a simple switch.
The circuit does not need to be grounded in the order described. Other Schaltanord arrangements are also possible; For example, a changeover switch can also be placed at the star point instead of at the end of a phase and the opposite poles of the um ", clialtei-s are connected to the beginning and end of this pliasu. An embodiment of this type is shown in FIG.
With this one-way switch, one toggle switch is left out and the end of the phase Libei- a single switch! S finite the beginning of the next cyclically. Phase connected. The switching sequence in this switching device is similar to that described in FIG. 1.
The result is circuit diagrams similar to those in FIGS. First, switch k is kept open and switches <I> cl, </I> 1i, and e, vti are closed.
As a result, the winding is in a pure star connection. The switch d, p, is then opened and the winding a is thereby separated from the star point. At this moment the motor is running with the two windings b and c under current supply in <B> r </B> and ir. The switch 7j is then closed, whereby the motor runs in the so-called V circuit,
- in which the three voltage lines are connected to the two windings b and c. The switch d, @ :. <B>> </B> closed, whereby the end point .c- of phase a is placed at the beginning point 7c of phase c. In this circuit, c belongs to both the star and the triangle-end connection. There is no break in the field.
The switch <I> e, </I> nti is then opened. By closing switch e, na., Only the full push button switch is made.
The switchovers described do not all need to be carried out individually one after the other. It li: i *) under certain circumstances, several disconnections can be carried out at the same time.
In any case, the switching can be done quickly with a suitable arrangement of the switch in a switching drum, so that there is no fear that the motor will decrease in speed with a low field in the single-phase circuit, FIG would stop.
Excessive currents in the individual phases in asymmetrical circuits can be avoided by placing a resistor with a short #, short circuit o before the phase in question, for example in FIG. 8, before phase a. With regard to the fact that it is only set briefly, this resistance can be small, similar to the protective resistances in protective circuits.
Another embodiment of the process results when the motors are built in such a way that the individual phases are subdivided several times and combined to form several star systems connected next to one another that are not connected at the star points, in which these star systems are then sequentially from Can be connected star in delta. This procedure is illustrated by Figures 1-13.
The star connection is wild, several are clialteteti next to each other. at eletn 'star point however unconnected star systems a1, bi, cl, respectively. a-2, b_ ,. c_ ge forms that in turn.
like the hig. f- to 13 times. can be switched from star to delta. It will be first. Fig. 10, the star point of one system is opened and this system switches itself into a triangle (Fig. 111.
Then the star point of the second 8y is opened. Fig. 12; this system are also connected in delta. Here, too, the motor is not de-energized in any part of the selialting process.
Another advantage of this device is that. that the windings are always fed symmetrically. -However, the winding systems show differences in the electromotive force against each other, which would result in an equalizing current. This balancing act will, however, never reach the height
like the current surge that occurs when the fieldless motor is switched on. Utn the equalizing flow). if it has an undesirable height, keep it low, you also came here to switch resistances in the individual phases. This resistance will also have to be measured similarly to the usual protective resistances.
In the case of this exemplary embodiment, the changeover from star to delta is carried out in two main stages by dividing the star-connected winding into two systems. If more main stages are to be achieved, the star-connected winding can also be broken down into nielir systems.
