Electric liquid heater, in particular for liquid containers provided with a drainage device. The present invention relates to an electric liquid heater, in particular for liquid containers provided with a drainage device.
In the accompanying drawing, an exemplary embodiment of the subject of the invention is shown, namely: Fig. 1 is a view of the same in application to a liquid-containing barrel, Fig. 2 is a partial side view, partly in section, Fig. 3 and 4 two different types of application .
In the illustrated embodiment, a sleeve is designated with a cambered bottom at one end and which serves to receive one end of the tube b. The part of the tube b located in the sleeve a carries liing disks c at a distance from one another and is isolated on its circumference.
Resistance wires are wound around the pipe part b located in the sleeve a, so that two, possibly more, radiators d and e are formed, which are connected in series so that only one or

<tb> Then <SEP> run, fit <SEP> in to <SEP> the <SEP> Heizl @;
irpei, <SEP> like <SEP> from <SEP> Fig. 1, sink to the bottom of the barrel, and connects the contact pins 1 in a known manner to an electrical line (not shown) so that it is in the barrel Liquid is heated.
If the barrel F, as can be seen from FIG. 3, only has a low liquid content, so that it has to be brought into an inclined position in order to be able to drain the latter, the activation of the heating element is sufficient to heat the liquid - tec7. If, however, as can be seen from FIG. 4, the barrel F is completely filled with liquid, the heating element, as shown in FIG. 4, is hung into the barrel; Both heating elements are also switched on, so that the contents of the barrel heat up relatively quickly.
The liquid warmer described is particularly suitable for heating liquids in barrels and boilers; for example, liquids located in wooden barrels can be warmed up relatively quickly, and because the wooden wall of the barrel is a poor conductor of heat, no significant heat losses occur. The liquid warmer according to the present invention can advantageously be used for heating thick oil, whereby such oil becomes thin and can be removed more easily from the container.
The liquid warmer described offers the advantage of simplicity and convenient handling.
