Die bisher in Restaurationsbetrieben und dergleichen verwendeten Rechnungsbehelfe, wie Einschreibebücher, Marken, Bons und dergleichen, arbeiten, wie bekannt, vollkom men unzuverlässig. Sie können durch Ein tragen falscher Daten, absichtliches oder un absichtliches Verschweigen einzelner Po sten, doppeltes oder unrichtiges Verreclrn(@!i usw. sowohl die Gäste und (las bedienende Personal, als auch den Betrieb selbst enip- findlich schädigen.
Die vorliegende Erfin dung sticht diesen Übelstand durch Schaf fung eines neuen Rechnungsblattes zu be seitigen, das durch Vorsehung mehrerer von einander abtrennbarer Blatteile nicht nin- jeden irrtümlichen oder absichtlichen Feh ler in der Verrechnung ausschliesst, sondern auch eine genaue Kontrolle für den Betrieb, den Gast und das Bedienungspersonal gewährleistet.. Das neue Rechnungsblatt be steht der Erfindung gemäss aus einem mif Preisrubriken ausgestatteten Hauptteil, meh reren von diesem abtreiinba),ren, das heisst.
ohne Hilfsmittel leicht lösbaren Bestell zetteln und einem ebenfalls abtrennbaren lionti ollzettel, der einen Vordruck zur Ein-. (ragung einer Endstimme aufweist.
In der Zeichnung sind Ausführungsbei spiele eines derartigen Rechnungsblattes veranschaulicht. rig. 1 zeigt ein R.echnungs- Wa.tt für beispielsweiso sieben Posten in un- ansgefiilltem Zustande; Fig. 2, 3 und 4 zeigen einzelne Teile des Rechnungsblattes gemäss Fig. 1;
in den Fig. 5 und 6 sind Rechnungs- lilätter für eine grössere Zahl von Best.ell- posten veranschaulicht.
Das Rechnungsblatt gemäss Fig. 1 besteht aus drei Teilen, und zwar einem Hauptteil x (weisse Fläche), mehreren von diesem ab trennbaren Bestellzetteln ?1 (schraffierte Flä che) und einem Kontrollzettel N (punktierte Fläche), der vom Hauptteil x abgetrennt werden kann.
Der Hauptteil x ist mit Preis- rubriken n, <I>b</I> zum Eintragen der auf die einzelnen Besfellposten entfallenden Beträge, sowie mit einer Rubrik c zum Eintragen der Endsumme aus-estat.tet. Firmenauf- druck, Unterschriftszeile für den Kellner, sowie der Vordruck für die Eintragung der Tischnummer vervollständigen den Haupt teil :r-.
z"eb en dein Hauptteil x, zweckmiissig neben den Preisrubriken a, b, sind die Be- stellzettel 11 angeordnet; sie sind mittelst. der hän,-z#perforier ting <I>cl</I> vom Hauptteil<I>x</I> ab trennbar gemacht und untereinander durch Querperforierungen f verbunden.
Zum bes seren Eintrage=n der Einzelposten sind die Preisrubriken a, b durch Querstriche unter teilt und korrespondierend mit den Bestell zetteln y mit fortlaufenden Ziffern 1, 2 usw. v er=scben.
In der untern Ecke des Rechnungsblattes ist, der Kontrollzettel N angeordnet. Er dient zur Eintragun-- der Endsumme und isl, durch Querperforierungen g vom letzten F3estellzettel und Hauptteil ahtrennbar ge- maclrt. Der Konfrollzettel besizt weiters noch einen Vordruck zur Eintragung der Tisch nummer.
Dain Fig. :i gezeigte Rechnungsblatt ist, ähnlich ausgefaltet wie das vorstehend be- schriebene. Es besitzt. gleichfalls einen Hauptabschnitt x, mehrere Bestellzettel ,ii Lind einen Konfrollzett.el z. Der bedienende Kellner nimmt. ein Rech nungsblatt, zur Hand, notiert auf dem Be stellzettel 1 die erste Speise, auf dem. Bestell zettel 2 die zweite Speise und auf dem Be stellzettel 3 das bestellte Getränk.
Gleich zeitig vermerkt er in den den Bestellzetteln korrespondierenden Preisrubriken<I>a, b</I> die Kosten der einzelnen bestellten Speisen, bezw. Gehä.nke, sowie die Tischnummer atif dem Hauptteil x und dem Kontrollzettel .;.. Nun. trennt der Kellner die ausgefüllten Bestellzettel 1, \?, ö ab und bestellt auf Grund dieser die vom Ga:
.ste gewünschten Speisen, bezw. Getränke in der Küche, bezw. in der Schank. Die übrigen Bestellzettel - bis 7 mit dem Hauptteil und dem Kontrollzettel verbleiherr beim Gaste. Bei Nachbestellun gen des Gastes schreibt der Kellner (las Ge- w ünschle auf den Bestellzettel<B>4</B>,
den Ko stenbetrag für die nachbestellte Speise in die korrespondierende Preisrubrik und trennt hierauf den Bestellzettel 'x vom Hauptteil x ab. Wünscht der Gast. abzurechnen, so wei den die Beträge in den Preisrubriken , b addiert., die Summe auf den Teilen x und z vermerkt und der Kontrollzetfel z. mit deri restlichen leeren Bestellzeiteln 5, 6,

Dic vorstehend beschriebene Handhabung gilt anclr für die Rechnungsblätter gemäss den Fi=. 5 und 6.
Diese Pechnungsblätter werden jedoch nur in solchen Fällen ver- @ven(let, bei welchen aller Voraussicht nach vorn Gaste eine grössere Zahl von Speisen und Getränken bestellt werden dürfte (zum Beispiel Gesellschaftsmahlzeiten usw.) Auch bei den B-echnungsblättern gemäss den Fig. 5 und 6 verbleibt der Hauptteil x in den Händen des @aa.stes,
die Bestellzettel w an- denn in die einzelnen Betriebsabteilungen, während der Kontrollzettel vom Kellner beim. Bezahlen zurückbehalten wird.
Die vorstehend beschriebenen Rechnungs blätter können entweder einzeln für sich oder aber im Blocke verwendet werden und mit fortlaufenden Ziffern (vergl. die Zahl 23 in den Fig. 1 bis 3, bezw. 18 in Fig. 6) ver sehen sein.
