Abstract
Für die Herstellung von Rundballen für landwirtschaftliches Halmgut (Gras-Heu-Stroh) werden Rundballenpressen eingesetzt. Für die Herstellung von Siloballen werden insbesondere Pressen mit kombinierten Wickelgeräten eingesetzt, wo durch Pressen und Wickeln in einem Arbeitsgang erfolgt. Integrierte Schneidwerke sind mehrheitlich Standard (Schnittlängen theoretisch ca. 45mm). Ausgehend von einer Rund-ballen-Press-Wickelkombination, durch den Aufbau eines Halmguthäckslers (2) für landwirtschaftliches Halmgut, kann wesentlich kürzer geschnitten werden (Schnittlänge theoretisch 15mm), wo durch es möglich ist, Häckselsilage in einem Arbeitsgang in Rundballen zu verpacken. Die Herstellung von Häckselballen hat den Vorteil, das durch Pressen von gehäckseltem Halmgut wesentlich höhere Pressdichten erreicht werden, was eine bessere Silagequalität zur Folge hat. Konstruktion des Halmguthäckslers (2) eingebaut längs (quer zur Fahrtrichtung). Durch die erfolgt die Halmgutaufnahme (3) vom Boden mittels Pick-Up seitlich neben der Häcksel-Press-Wickelkombination. Durch die seitliche Halmgutaufnahme (3) wird das Halmgut durch die Beschickung des Halmguthäckslers (2) mittels Förderband (4) aufgelockert, was eine gleichmässigere Beschickung des Halmguthäcksler (2) zur Folge hat. Durch die Zuführung des Häckselguts zur Presskammer (1) mittels Pendelbewegung des Auswurfkrümmers (6) wird eine gleichmässige Beschickung der Presskammer (1) erreicht. Des weiteren ist eine optimale Übersicht auf die Aufnahmeeinrichtung (3) gegeben, da von der Schlepperkabine aus eine gute Übersicht vorhanden ist. Zum Transport wird die Halmgutaufnahme (3) (Pick-Up-Förderband), befestigt an einem Hubarm, senkrecht hochgeklappt.Round balers are used to produce round bales for agricultural stalks (grass-hay-straw). The straw material is picked up from the ground by means of a pick-up next to the chopper-baler-wrapper combination. Due to the side straw material pick-up (3), the straw material is loosened by the feeding of the straw chopper (2) by means of a conveyor belt (4), which results in a more even loading of the straw chopper (2). By feeding the chopped material to the pressing chamber (1) by means of a pendulum movement of the discharge spout (6), an even loading of the pressing chamber (1) is achieved. Furthermore, an optimal overview of the receiving device (3) is given, since a good overview is available from the tractor cab. For transport, the straw material pick-up (3) (pick-up conveyor belt), attached to a lifting arm, is folded up vertically.

[0001] Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine landwirtschaftliche Rundballenpressen für Halmgut (Gras/Heu/Stroh) The invention relates to an agricultural round baler for stalks (grass / hay / straw)
[0002] Für die Herstellung von Rundballen aus landwirtschaftlichem Halmgut werden Rundballenpressen (1) eingesetzt. Für die Herstellung von Siloballen werden insbesondere pressen mit integriertem Schneidewerk eingesetzt. Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zu Rundballen zu produzieren mit der Aufgabe dass das Schneidwerk durch ein Häcksleraggregat (2) ersetzt bez. vorgeschaltet wird. Der Schneidrotor dient nur noch der Beförderung des kurz gehäckselten Halmguts in die Presskammer. Durch Aufbau eines Häckselaggregats (2) vor der Rundballenpresse (1) quer zur Fahrtrichtung wird die Halmgutaufnahme seitlich vor der Presse vorgenommen. Mittels Pickup (3) (dem Pickup Halmgutaufnahme vom Boden) ist ein Förderband (4) nachgeschaltet (3+4 auch Bandschwader genannt) welches das Halmgut in das Häcksleraggregat (2) befördert. Der Pickup und Förderband der an einem Hubarm befestigt ist wird zur Transportstellung senkrecht positioniert (Zeichnung Nr. 2). Die Beförderung des kurz gehäckselten Halmguts von Häcksleraggregat (2) in den Einwurfschacht (5) erfolgt durch den Auswurfkrümmer (6) dieser so konstruiert, durch ein Exenterantrieb (7) mittels links und rechts Bewegung. Wodurch eine gleichmässige Beschickung der Rundballenpresse (1) mit dem Häcksel-gut erreicht wird. Round balers (1) are used for the production of round bales from agricultural stalks.
