Abstract

The invention relates to a device for fixing a bracelet strand (2) to a watch case (1), the device being arranged to be fixed to a bar (4), the bracelet strand (2) being attached to the bar (4) by means of fixing means (3). According to the invention, the fixing means (3) are formed by a support (30) integral with the bracelet strand (2) and a pull tab (31) arranged to cooperate with said support (30) so as to close the support ( 30), the support (30) comprising a channel (32) capable of receiving the bar (4). The fixing means (3) comprise a pair of magnets (300, 310) arranged on the support (30) and the pull tab (31) so as to hold the pull pull (31) against the support (30) and allow the pull tab (31) to pass from a closed position in which the bar (4) is held in the channel (32) to an open position in which the bar (4) is free.

Description

Description

Field of the Invention The present invention relates to the field of watchmaking or jewelry. It relates more precisely to a device for attaching a bracelet to an object, in particular a watch case.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION Generally, the straps, in leather or in metal, are fixed to the horns of a watch case, by means of a bar formed from a tube, in which are mounted. two pistons movable in translation, and an elastic member disposed between said pistons and tending to drive them out of the tube. Said bar is mounted in a housing provided for this purpose at one end of the bracelet, and the pistons are engaged in blind bores made opposite in the horns of the box.

The establishment and removal of a bracelet using this method of attachment requires the use of tools to fit and maintain the piston. Such an operation requires a certain skill. In addition, when we have managed to introduce the bar between the horns, we must find the hole made in the horns to allow the spring to introduce this pin.

We know for example from document WO 2016 148 800 a watch strap comprising a strand and a fixing mechanism integrated at one end of the strand. The clasp mechanism includes a concave member defining a channel at the end of the strand, and a closure plate configured to move between a first position in which the plate covers the channel, and a second position in which the plate is retracted for leave at least part of the channel uncovered by the plate.

Such a fastening device includes too many parts, which can affect the proper functioning of the device and involves replacing the bracelet when a part breaks.

In addition, such a method of attachment does not allow good integration of the bracelet to the middle, days or defects may be visible at the junction box / race b let.

Summary of the invention The present invention overcomes these drawbacks by proposing a device for attaching a strand of bracelet to a watch case, the device being arranged to be fixed to a bar, the strand of bracelet being attached to the bar by means of fixing means.

According to the invention, the fixing means are formed by a support integral with the bracelet strand, a pull tab arranged to cooperate with said support so as to close the support, the support comprising a channel capable of receiving the bar, and in that they comprise a pair of magnets arranged on the support and the pull tab so as to hold the pull tab against the support and allow the pull pull to pass from a closed position in which the strip is held in the channel towards a open position in which the bar is free.

- The width of the support is less than the width of the bracelet strand;

- The support comprises guide rails of the pull tab;

- the pull tab includes a manipulation button;

- The strand comprises a recess arranged to receive the manipulation button, said recess also acting as a stop when the zipper is in the open position;

- the support and the pull are made of stainless steel;

- the bracelet strand is made of a flexible material such as rubber or textile.

Such a fixing device is in particular intended to equip watches having non-magnetic properties.

Detailed description of the preferred embodiments [0012] FIGS. 1 to 3 illustrate a wristwatch as well as detailed views of the device for attaching the bracelet to the watch case 1 according to a preferred embodiment of the invention. The device for fixing the bracelet to the watch case 1 comprises the bracelet strand 2 and fixing means 3. The bracelet strand 2 can be made of textile material, rubber, leather, or even plastic.

According to the invention, the fastening means are formed by a support 30 integral with the bracelet strand 2, a zipper 31 arranged to cooperate with the support 30 so as to close the support 30, the support 30 comprising a channel 32 suitable for receiving the strip 4, and in that they comprise a pair of magnets 300, 310 arranged on the support 30 and the pull tab 31 so as to hold the pull tab 31 against the support 30 and allow the pull tab 31 to pass from a closed position in which the bar 4 is held in the channel 32 towards an open position in which the bar 4 is free.

The end of the bracelet strand 2 covers the fastening means 3 so that the latter are visible only from below and are therefore invisible when the watch is worn. In a particular embodiment, the bracelet strand 2 is molded onto the fixing means 3. Obviously, a person skilled in the art can also consider sticking the strand to the fixing means.

Similarly, the bracelet has at its end a portion 20 of shape complementary to the shape of the channel 32 to hide the latter. Those skilled in the art could also consider leaving channel 32 visible.

The fastening means 3 comprise a support 30, which is preferably made of stainless steel, the support 30 having a channel 32 arranged to receive the bar 4, and maintain the bracelet strand on the latter.

Advantageously, the width of the support 30 is slightly less than the width of the bracelet strand 2, the support 30 being therefore invisible when the watch is worn.

A pull tab 31 is provided to close the support 30, this closing pull tab is also made of stainless steel.

The pull tab 31 is mounted against the support 30 by means of guide rails 33 arranged on each lateral edge of the support 30, so that the pull tab 31 is flush with the support 30 and that it can move on this last, the guide rails 33 starting at the end covered by the bracelet strand 2 and ending at the groove formed by the channel 32.

Advantageously, the support 30 and the pull tab 31 each comprise a pair of magnets 300, 310 to define a closed position when the pull tab covers the channel 32 and an open position when the pull tab 31 is retracted and releases the channel 32.

Recesses are respectively formed in the pull tab 31 and in the support 30 so as to receive the magnets. The magnets 310 of the pull tab 31 and the magnets 300 of the support 30 are respectively of opposite poles and are positioned face to face when the pull tab 31 is in the closed position. The magnets 300, 310 thus form a lock and also allow the pull tab 31 to slide from the closed position to the open position when the wearer manipulates the pull pull 31, then to return to the closed position when the wearer releases the pull pull.

So as to have normal operation of the device, the pull tab 31 and the support 30 are made of a material insensitive to magnetism to avoid any interactions with the magnets.

In order to release the bracelet strand 2 from the bar 4, the user manipulates the pull tab 31 by means of a manipulation button 34 and move the pull tab 31 to the open position.

The magnets thus advantageously replace the springs conventionally used in devices of the prior art, which makes it possible to reduce the number of components used and to eliminate the risk of breakage of a component.

The manipulation button 34 is arranged to be actuated by the wearer and open the device. The manipulation button 34 is in contact with the wearer's skin when the watch is worn. Advantageously, the button 34 is made of a material identical to that of the pull tab 31, such as stainless steel for example, and forms an element in one piece with the latter. The manipulation button 34 has polished edges to improve comfort when the watch is worn.

The strand comprises 2, on its face in contact with the carrier, a recess 21 of shape complementary to that of the button and which is arranged to receive the manipulation button when the pull tab is in the open position, said recess acting as stop when the zipper is in the open position and thus defining the possible stroke of the zipper for the passage into the open position.

To mount the strand 2 on the watch 1, the wearer manipulates the pull tab 31 via the button 34 and pulls or pushes on the latter to slide the pull tab 31 and make the channel 32 accessible. The wearer then positions the bar 4 in the channel 32 and releases the button 34 so that the zipper 31 returns to its closed position thanks to the magnets 300, 310.

Of course, the present invention is not limited to the illustrated example and is susceptible to various variants and modifications which will appear to those skilled in the art.

Claims (8)

Claims 1. Device for fixing a strap strand (2) to a watch case (1), the device being arranged to be fixed to a bar (4), the strap strand (2) being attached to the bar by through fixing means (3), characterized in that the fixing means (3) are formed by a support (30) integral with the bracelet strand (2), a pull tab (31) arranged to cooperate with said support ( 30) so as to close the support, the support (30) comprising a channel (32) arranged to receive the bar (4) and in that they comprise a pair of magnets (300, 310) arranged on the support ( 30) and the pull tab (31) so as to hold the pull tab (31) against the support (30) and allow the pull tab (31) to pass from a closed position in which the bar (4) is held in the channel (32) to an open position in which the bar (4) is free. 2. Fastening device according to claim 1, wherein the width of the support (30) is less than the width of the bracelet strand (2). 3. Fastening device according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the support (30) comprises guide rails (33) of the pull tab. 4. Fastening device according to one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the pull tab (31) comprises a manipulation button (34). 5. Fastening device according to claim 4, wherein the strand (2) comprises a recess (21) arranged to receive the manipulation button (34), said recess (21) also acting as a stop when the pull tab (31) is in the open position. 6. Fastening device according to one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the support (30) and the pull tab (31) are made of stainless steel. 7. Fastening device according to one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the bracelet strand (2) is made of a flexible plastic material such as rubber or textile. 8. Watch (1) comprising a fixing device according to claims 1 to 7.
