PRIOR ART Relaxation pools have been known for a long time and it was only with the invention of the jacuzzi whirlpool that the whirlpool with massage jets and air supply in private areas, in hotels and public facilities really got going. Common to all is that they have a correspondingly large and sometimes complex shaped tub, which are equipped with appropriate nozzles and the user can control them as desired. Such a SPA is described in the design patent US D683,039S. A SPA with exchangeable nozzle inserts can be found in US Pat. No. 5,754,989 and US 2007/0 289 057 A1.

A seat with outflow nozzles for a swimming pool, which is foldable, is described in patent WO 2013 079 736 A1, as is a floating seat bed with a device for outflowing water for massage purposes in patent US 6,209,148 B1. In rooms, a pool and jets filled with a portion of water can also trigger a massage function by directing the water jet against a waterproof membrane and perceiving the water pressure as a massage effect by the human body, as described in US 2006/01 129 074 A1. Massage jets are also used in SPA pools, which additionally have a rotating function, as described in US Pat. No. 6,470,509 B1.

The invention is based on the object of attaching one or more reclining seats to a SPA or swimming pool as independent massage and relaxation means, which are equipped with water and air jet elements and are adjustable in inclination, by means of a roll-up mechanism, spring elements and forced control. Various technical means can be attached to the recliner seat, be it an electro-mechanical vibration device or a local heater, as well as various, easy-to-equip nozzle inserts, such a recliner seat can be moved to the wall of the spa or the swimming pool to save space and parked there as can also be folded out sideways, horizontally.

In swimming pools, reclining seats are little in use, because a swimming pool is a place where people normally swim and a lounger would otherwise take up too much swimming space. That is why relaxing in firmly anchored bubble loungers is held at a separate location, with all users of the system using the same bubble or jet program with the same water outlet strength and water temperature.

The invention should not only treat the individual in the wellness area to something special with regard to relaxation, but should also be able to specifically address the patient in therapeutic use. The central point is that the reclining seat in the swimming pool can be folded away when not in use, thus leaving space in the bathroom for swimming or for games, and that the reclining seat can be raised again if necessary, e.g. by means of buoyancy chambers embedded in the reclining seat, similar to that described in patent application WO 2014/179 899 by the same applicant, or a telescopic variant as described in PCT application CH 2015 000 188. Depending on the buoyancy volume in the buoyancy chamber, the torsion spring, the cable, the reclining seat can , which is attached to the holding bracket at the pool edge by means of a pivot bearing, can be folded up and held in various tilted positions, ie as a seat up to intensive leg elevation, all this advantageous in the water.

If necessary, each of the parts can be separated separately using a locking device in the seat adjustment mode, e.g. only the legs are raised and the whole body is brought into a quasi-horizontal position in the lying mode.

The adjustment of the inclination of the reclining seat is provided on the one hand by means of an electrical rope length adjustment and buoyancy body or a spring means and on the other hand by means of a forced rope control and the locking means already mentioned above.
