Abstract

Die Urinierhilfe ermöglicht einen praktisch sterilen Vorgang des Wasserlösens, weil dadurch keine Berührung der Genitalien weder mit der Toilette noch mit den Händen mehr nötig ist. Die Urinierhilfe besteht aus im Wasser löslichem Material, wodurch sie nach Gebrauch umweltfreundlich abbaubar ist. Für die Anwendung faltet der Benutzer den ausgestanzten Lappenteil (6) so, dass dieser vom Schutzring (7) in einem Winkel von ca. 45° absteht, damit der Benutzer sein Glied in den Ring (7) schieben kann, während die Urinierhilfe an der WC-Brille (12) temporär befestigt ist. Bei der Miktion wird durch den Lappenteil (6) ein Auftreffen von gestreuten Harnstrahlen und Harntröpfchen auf den oberen Schüsselbereich verhindert, und ein allenfalls auf den Lappenteil (6) auftreffender Strahl kann gerichtet auf den Toilettenboden fliessen. Namentlich sind auch Kinder von unhygienischen Sanitäranlagen betroffen. Ihr Immunsystem ist weit weniger resistent gegen Bakterien und Viren als dasjenige eines ausgewachsenen Menschen. Oftmals ist eine zusätzliche Reinigung zumindest des Toilettendeckels durch den Benutzer vonnöten und wird von gesundheitlichen Institutionen im Fall von öffentlichen Anlagen sogar ausdrücklich empfohlen. Jedoch kann bei dieser oberflächlichen Reinigung unmöglich der eigentliche Viren- und Bakterienherd unterhalb des WC-Deckels desinfiziert werden, da keinerlei solcher aggressiven Desinfektionsmittel dem herkömmlichen Toilettenbenutzer zur Verfügung stehen. Insbesondere werden Klosettbecken während des Urinierens durch Männer im oberen Randbereich, unterhalb des Randes der Schüssel, verschmutzt. In jedem Harnstrom lösen sich feinste Harnpartikel bis ganze Harntropfen, deren Bahn vom eigentlichen Harnstrahl abgelenkt wird und die dann im oberen Bereich der Klosettschüssel bzw. des Urinals auftreffen. Der Wasseranteil dieser Harntropfen verdampft nach einer gewissen Zeit, doch die darin enthaltenen Bakterien bleiben haften. Männer sind die Hauptverursacher dieser Art der Verschmutzung von Klosettschüsseln, da bei ihnen der Harn über ihr Glied ausgeschieden wird und dadurch der Harnstrahl bei der Miktion zwei zusätzliche Freiheitsgrade gegenüber dem von Frauen besitzt. Speziell auch in Alters- und Pflegeheimen ist eine solche Vorrichtung vonnöten, da das Immunsystem älterer Menschen ohnehin schwächer ist und diese somit leichter Viren und schädlichen Bakterien zum Opfer fallen können. Ein ähnliches Verhalten herrscht auch bei Anlagen, die im Freien stehen und kaum Wärme isolieren, wie das bei provisorischen Sanitäreinrichtungen z.B. auf Baustellen der Fall ist. Ein System, bei dem durch wenige Handgriffe eine hygienische Vorkehrung getroffen werden könnte, durch die das notwendige Wasserlösen in öffentlichen Einrichtungen steril gemacht würde, könnte einer Vielzahl von Menschen Erkrankungen ersparen, und damit auch sonst verlorene Arbeitszeit und -geld. Der Papierbogen wird nach Verwendung zusammen mit dem Toilettenpapier den Ablauf hinuntergespült, wo er sich nach einiger Zeit auflöst. Diese hygienische Vorrichtung ist jedoch umständlich in der Handhabung aufgrund ihrer Form und Grösse. Letzteres macht sie auch umweltbelastend. Die Vorbereitung ihrer korrekten Stellung auf dem Toilettenring wie auch ihr Entfernen erfordert einen zeitlichen Aufwand und die Beweglichkeit des Benutzers. Somit kommen ältere Personen als Anwender nicht in Frage. Je nach Papiersorte ist die Haftreibung ungenügend, wodurch der Benutzer auf dem Toilettenring rutscht, was wiederum eine Verschiebung des Urinstrahls auf eventuell ungedeckte Schüsselstellen zur Folge hat. Auch müssen je nach WC-Anlage entsprechende Ekelgefühle überwunden werden, die mit einem Aufsetzten des Bogens über die eventuell geruchsintensive WC-Schüssel einhergehen. Wie schon die Vorrichtung wie in [0008] beschrieben verhindert diese Schutzfolie ein Auftreffen des Harnstrahls auf der Frontseite der Toilettenschüssel, wobei die Folie als Trennwand fungiert, dank welcher der Schüsselbereich dahinter sauber bleibt. Die Folie kann mit einem Desinfektionsmittel behandelt werden, wodurch der Vorgang des Wasserlösens steril ablaufen kann. Diese Vorrichtung ist zur einmaligen Verwendung gedacht und besteht aus abbaubarem Material, welches sich nach dem Herunterspülen im Abwasser auflöst. Durch diese Schutzfolie bleibt ein Kontakt zwischen den Händen und den Genitalien jedoch unverzichtbar. Weiter ist auch die Haftung der Schutzfolie nicht vollkommen, sodass es zu einer Verschiebung der Folie kommen kann, wodurch ihre Schutzfunktion zunichte gemacht werden kann. Für ältere und gebrechliche Menschen wird das bündige Aufkleben auf die WC-Schale zu einer wahren Herausforderung, welche die Handhabung erschwert bis gar verunmöglicht. Zudem bleibt dem Benutzer die Konfrontation mit der allenfalls übelriechenden WC-Schüssel beim Festmachen der Schutzfolie auch nicht erspart.
