Abstract
Es sind eine Schichtanordnung, eine Heissgaspfadkomponente und ein Verfahren zum Herstellen einer Schichtanordnung offenbart. Die Schichtanordnung (100) enthält eine Substratschicht (102), eine Keramikmatrix-Verbundschicht (104) und einen nichtmetallischen Abstandshalter (106) zwischen der Substratschicht (102) und der Keramikmatrix-Verbundschicht (104), der eingerichtet ist, um eine oder mehrere Taschen auszubilden. Die Heissgaspfadkomponente (101) enthält eine Nickel-basierte Superlegierungsschicht (102), eine Keramikmatrix-Verbundschicht (104) und einen keramischen Abstandshalter (106) zwischen der Nickel-basierten Superlegierungsschicht (102) und der Keramikmatrix-Verbundschicht (104). Der keramische Abstandshalter (106) ist entweder an der Substratschicht (102) oder an der Keramikmatrix-Verbundschicht (104) oder an beiden mechanisch befestigt, und der keramische Abstandshalter (106) ist mit der Substratschicht (102) oder der Keramikmatrix-Verbundschicht (104) haftend verbunden. Das Verfahren enthält ein Sichern eines nicht-metallischen Abstandshalters (106) zwischen einer Substratschicht (102) und einer Keramikmatrix-Verbundschicht (104) der Schichtanordnung.
