Abstract

Foam material body comprises a foam material element and a surface coating integrally surrounding the foam element, where the surface coating comprises a primer layer, which closes pores of the foam element, a protective layer, which prevents penetration of water into the foam body, and an optionally paint layer. The protective layer is an elastomer layer, which has a layer thickness of at least 1 mm, preferably at least 2 mm. Independent claims are included for: (1) a seating furniture, preferably a bed, chair or cube, comprising the foam material body; (2) a WC-seat (27) comprising a toilet seat (29) comprising a seat surface and a WC-lid (31) comprising a seat surface, where the WC-lid is fixed to pivot on the toilet seat, the seat surface of the toilet seat and the WC-lid are coated with a foam layer (33a, 33b), and the WC-seat is covered by an integral surface coating; and (3) a bathtub comprising a bottom, where the bottom encloses first and second side walls, the bottom of the bathtub at its inner surface is coated with the foam layer and the bottom and the side walls of the bathtub at its inner surfaces are covered with the surface coating.

Die farbgebende zweite Komponente bewirkt, das sich während des Schichtauftrags feststellen lässt, ob alle Schaumstoffporen verschlossen sind, da sich die Farbe der Grundierschicht 13 von der Garbe des Schaumstoffelements 13 unterscheidet. Zweckmässigerweise wird eine zweite Komponente gewählt, deren Farbe zur Farbe des Schaumstoffelements 13 stark kontrastiert.
