Description
Technisches GebietTechnical area
The invention relates to a snow gliding board with a trained on a bottom sliding surface, the snow gliding board has a front upwardly bent tip and is bounded by lateral edges.
Stand der TechnikState of the art
Known Schneegleitbretter have in the front region on an upwardly bent tip, so that the tip of the Schneegleitbretts while driving does not dig into the snow and the Schneegleitbrett can easily slide over the surface. When driving on the runway, i. with a relatively hard layer of snow, a relatively short tip slightly bent upwards is sufficient. For driving in deep snow, wider and more upturned peaks are often used to prevent the tip from sinking into the snow due to increased buoyancy. However, such Schneegleitbrett is again less suitable on the track, because it has more mass in the front and thus generates a higher rotational resistance. Also, such a peak in deep snow, especially at low to medium speeds, produce too much sliding resistance. It can also lead to a "pulling out" of the curve or to undesirable "gripping" especially in the break harp or wind-pressed snow. Normally, a ski "grabs" when it tilts (corner or downhill). This can happen unintentionally with the break harp as soon as the tip cuts into the harp and the ski assumes a direction of travel due to the tip, which is not really intended. In addition, the ski can sink irregularly in the Harst, depending on how stable the Bruchharst blanket is formed. In general, the ski can already be guided in the desired direction. However, it is always slightly distracted, which results in an unstable and exhausting driving style. A trouble-free gliding in the intended direction is made difficult.
Darstellung der ErfindungPresentation of the invention
The object of the invention is to provide a snowboard with a front upturned tip, which is suitable for deep snow as well as slope rides. In particular, the deep snow runs are to be improved.
This object is solved by the features of claim 1. Accordingly, the tip of the above-mentioned Schneegleitbretts on a front extended portion which is shaped such that in plan view, the lateral edges of the extended portion each change the direction of rotation in a first and a second inflection point.
For the purposes of this application is with the lateral edge of the outer contour of the snow gliding board in plan view respectively. Planar projection, such as in Fig. 2, meant. Preferably, the lateral edge of the side surface of the Schneegleitbretts.
[0006] Typischerweise weisen moderne Schneegleitbretter, z.B. Typically, modern snow gliding boards, e.g. Carving skis, a waistband in the middle area. The lateral edge of the snow gliding board therefore has a negative radius in the middle region with respect to a longitudinal axis of the snow gliding board. In the front area of the snowboard the direction of rotation of the edge changes and the negative radius becomes a positive radius. This area forms the top of the snowboard. In the present application, therefore, a negative radius is understood to mean a curvature of the lateral edge, in which the edge is inwardly curved, ie concave, with respect to the longitudinal axis of the snow gliding board. A positive radius is exactly the opposite - the lateral edge is curved outwards with respect to the longitudinal axis, ie convex.
The snow sliding board according to the invention has, in a preferred embodiment, a tip with at least two sections. The front extended portion, also referred to below as Tiefschneißitze, which extends from the first inflection point to the end of the tip, wherein the second inflection point between the first inflection point and the end of the tip is, and a rear portion which the range of the tip to the first Turning Point corresponds, also referred to below as the piste point. The first turning point thus forms the transition from the piste tip to the deep snow peak. Thus, in the plan view, the portion of the piste tip has a convex shape laterally, i. the edge is laterally curved outwardly from a longitudinal axis of the snowboard with a positive radius, and the portion of the deep snow peak has a concave shape laterally in plan view, i. the edge is curved laterally to the longitudinal axis of the Schneegleitbretts with a negative radius inwards. The tip, in particular the section of the deep snow tip, can thus have a kind of waist.
The front elongated portion of the tip, the so-called deep snow peak, generated by its shape little sliding resistance in deep snow, so that a «clean cut» is generated by the snow layer. As a result, the snow sliding board according to the invention has less sliding resistance in deep snow than conventional snow gliding boards suitable for deep snow. These conventional deep snow skid boards typically have a wider and more upwardly bent tip than snow skis suitable for ski runs.
In a conventional suitable for deep snow Schneegleitbrett the tip has a positive radius. This leads to the unwanted "gripping" described above, especially when driving in Bruchharst or wind-pressed snow, because the «curvature» counteracts the curvature of the top of the desired direction of travel. Such unwanted "gripping" when driving in Bruchharst or wind-pressed snow is prevented by the inventive snow sliding board. At the same time, the deep snow tip guides the snow gliding board towards the surface.
In a further preferred embodiment of the invention, the front, extended portion of the tip is tapered from the first inflection point in the width towards the front. The distance between the first inflection point and a tip tip may be about 20 to 40 cm, preferably about 25 to 35 cm, more preferably about 28 cm. In addition, the front end may e.g. rounded or square shaped.
In a further preferred embodiment of the invention, the snow sliding board preferably has a waisted central region and seen in plan view, the lateral edges change the direction of rotation in a third inflection point. This third turning point defines, so to speak, the transition of the waisted area of the snow gliding board to the top of the snow gliding board. The distance between the third inflection point and the first inflection point preferably has a length of 18 to 38 mm, particularly preferably about 28 mm.
In a further preferred embodiment of the invention Schneegleitbretts the front elongated portion at the narrowest point has a width of about 50 to 70 mm, preferably about 66 mm, and at the widest point a width of about 110 to 120 mm, preferably about 117 mm, on. The rear portion has a width of about 120 to 167 mm, preferably about 125 to 155 mm, more preferably about 129 to 135 mm at the widest point.
In all embodiments, the lateral edges at the front extended portion may have a maximum curvature with a negative radius less than 29 m, preferably less than 14 m, wherein the curvature of the lateral edges forward to the second inflection point can continuously decrease , The front elongated portion of the tip may be integrally formed on the snow sliding board or detachably connected to a snow sliding board suitable for snow skiing. The curvature of the tip upwardly may increase toward the front, such that the leading end of an unloaded in-plane snow gliding board, preferably about 80 to 110 mm, more preferably about 85 to 100 mm, still more preferably about 90 mm from the plane is spaced. In the transition from the rear section to the front section, the distance between the snow sliding board and the plane is preferably about 15 to 25 mm, more preferably about 18 to 23 cm.
Das erfindungsgemässe Schneegleitbrett kann weiter vorzugsweise in allen Ausführungsformen auch eine Torsion, wie aus EP 2 248 560 bekannt, aufweisen, Preferably, in the plan view, the first, second and third inflection points in each embodiment are each arranged mirror-symmetrically to the longitudinal axis of the Schneegleitbretts. The snow sliding board according to the invention can furthermore preferably also, in all embodiments, have a torsion as known from EP 2 248 560,
Preferably, the snowboard is ski, e.g. Carving skis, with the conventional lengths of about 150 to 210 cm and widths in the waisted middle range of about 72 to 140 mm. The snow sliding board preferably has a thickness of about 5 to 15 mm.
The snow sliding board according to the invention has the following properties and functions: - The snow sliding board has a lower sliding resistance during straight and cornering in deep snow on; - the snow sliding board is steered in deep snow towards the surface; - the snow gliding board can glide smoothly in the intended direction in deep snow (no "pulling out" of the curve, no unwanted "gripping" in the break harp or wind-pressed snow); and - The lower mass in the tip area (compared to conventional snow gliding boards for deep snow) leads to less turning resistance on the slopes.

Wege zur Ausführung der ErfindungWays to carry out the invention
In Fig. 1, an embodiment of the front portion of an inventive snow gliding board 1 is shown with an upwardly bent tip 3 in a side view. The snow sliding board 1 has a sliding surface 2 on the underside. The front region of the snow gliding board has a so-called rocker over a length of about 500 to 850 mm. That the front portion of an unloaded, on a plane (dashed line in Fig. 1) lying Schneegleitbretts is slightly biased upward. The curvature of the upturned tip increases towards the front. The area of the tip 3 is bounded by a front end 6 and third inflection points W3, W3. The first inflection points W1, W1 and the second inflection points W2, W2 are explained below. The distance of the front end 6 of an unloaded, on a plane (dashed line in Fig. 1) lying Schneegleitbretts 1 to the plane is about 88 mm. At the first turning points W1, W1 the distance is about 18 mm and at the third turning points W3, W3 about 44 mm.
Fig. 2 shows the front portion of the snow gliding board 1 of Fig. 1 in a plan view. The snow sliding board 1 is limited by lateral edges 4, 4 and has a waisted central region 8, which is shown only partially in Fig. 2. The area of the upturned tip 3 is limited by the third inflection points W3, W3 and the front end 6 of the tip 3. In the turning points W3, W3, the direction of rotation of the edges 4, 4, i. the negative radius in the central region 8 of the snowboard changes to a positive radius. The third inflection point W3, W3 forms the transition of the waisted middle region 8 of the snow gliding board 1 to the top 3 of the snow gliding board 1.
The tip 3 has two sections. A front, extended portion 5, the deep snow peak, and a rear portion 7, the piste tip, in the front, extended portion of the lateral edges 4, 4 respectively pass through a first inflection point W1, W1 and a second inflection point W2, W2. In each case, the direction of rotation of the lateral edges 4, 4 changes in these turning points, so that they have a negative radius between the first turning points W1, W1 and the second turning points W2, W2. The section of the deep snow peak 5 thus has a concave shape laterally in plan view, i. the edge is laterally curved inwardly toward a longitudinal axis A1 of the snowboard 1. The front, extended portion 5 of the tip 3 is bounded by the two first inflection points W1, W1. The front end 6 of the deep snow tip 5 has a polygonal shape, but may also be rounded. The rear portion of the tip, the piste tip 5, is bounded by the inflection points W3, W3 and the inflection points W1, W1. Thus, in plan view, it has a convex shape laterally, i. the edges 4, 4 are laterally curved away from the longitudinal axis A1 of the snowboard 1 with a positive radius to the outside. The first turning point W1, W1 thus forms the transition from the tip of the runner 7 to the deep snow tip 5. The deep snow tip 5 thus has a kind of waisting.
The piste 7, except that it is not rounded front, corresponds approximately to a conventional tip of a snowboard. The distance between the turning points W3, W3 and the turning points W1, W1 has a length of 18 to 38 mm, preferably about 28 mm.
The deep snow peak has a length, i. the distance between the inflection points W1, W1 and the front end 6, of 250-350 mm, preferably about 280 mm. The curvature of the edges 4, 4 decreases towards the front, wherein the edges between points W4, W4 and the turning points W2, W2 over a length of about 85 mm parallel to the longitudinal axis.
The Schneegleitbrett 1 is at the turning points W1, W1 about 115 mm, at the turning points W2, W2 about 66 mm and at the turning points W3, W3 at least about 120 mm, preferably 129 mm wide, with this information to can vary up to +/- 10%.
