Abstract
The dispenser has parallel H-sectioned vertical guides made of plastic or light metal and fixed on a vertical support. Spacing between the adjacent guides is 30 mm. The support is constituted of a rectangular piece of a rigid material e.g. aluminum, acrylic glass and medium density fiberboard, where the piece has a thickness of 3 mm. A horizontal locking system having a groove is arranged on a lower part of the dispenser. The locking system retains coffee capsules in the lower part of the dispenser, where the capsules are introduced between the guides from an upper part of the dispenser. An independent claim is also included for a method for actuating a wall dispenser used for manually dispensing coffee capsules.
Description
The invention relates to a manual wall dispenser conical coffee capsules.
Currently, there are several capsule storage systems, but they are not distributors in the strict sense. The principle of a dispenser is that the capsule removed must be replaced immediately by another.
[0003] There are also real distributors, but they have a low storage capacity. The fact of being placed on a horizontal surface limits this capacity. In addition, some make it difficult to control the amount of remaining capsules.
The object of the present invention is to combine the appearance of a display and the utility of a dispenser.
The invention consists of a rectangular piece of thin, made in a light and rigid material, such as a medium density fiberboard, acrylic glass or aluminum, according to the preferred embodiment . On this piece are fixed H guides, also made of rigid material such as plastic or light metal.
The figures represent:
<Tb> Fig. 1. <sep> section of a vertical guide
<Tb> Fig. 2. <sep> cutting of the locking system / vertical terminal guide
<Tb> Fig. 3. <sep> cut vertical guides (in b, the spacing between the guides)
<Tb> Fig. 4. <sep> cut of the set, top view
<Tb> Fig. 5. <sep> front view (in c, space to extract the capsule)
<Tb> Fig. 6. <sep> section of the set, profile view
These guides must, on the one hand, provide a depth of 4 to 6 mm (Figure 1, a) to allow the caps of the caps to overlap, the top of which slips under that of below.
On the other hand, the distance between the guides (fig.3, b) must be at least 30 mm, to allow the capsules to slide easily without allowing the capsule to fall out of the guides.
A locking system, also serving as a receptacle for the capsules, is fixed horizontally at the bottom of the invention. It has a groove holding the lid of the capsule and preventing the fall of it. A modified variant of a vertical guide will preferably be used for a better visual impression of the invention.
A space (Fig. 5, c) must be provided between the lower part of the vertical guides and the locking system. This space varies according to the depth of the vertical guides (it is 13 mm for a 6 mm deep guide, 15 mm for a 4 mm deep guide).
This space allows to extract the capsule by raising slightly and then pulling towards you and down.
The size of the complete device may vary depending on the material used for the vertical guides, but it does not exceed much that would occupy the capsules it contains if they were placed side by side.
The invention is modular in that the height and width may be a function of the need of the user (within reasonable limits to limit the weight and bulk of the invention). It is thus possible to produce dispensers of 3, 8 or even 15 columns of capsules, each of which can contain the same number of capsules. The illustrated example (Fig. 5) is 8 * 10 capsules.
The advantages of such an invention are as follows:
One piece device without any moving parts
Distribution ensured by gravitational force alone
Visibility of the remaining content
Space saving on the horizontal surface of the worktop
Large storage capacity in relation to the size
Variable size according to needs and choice of finishes
