The invention relates to the field of crop production and in particular the cultivation of wine and fruit crops as trellis plants. It relates to a device for attaching wire harness for use in constructions that serve as a trellis aid for the guided plant growth.
Constructions for climbing aid are known, for example, as wooden poles with various forms of hooks for holding wire work or, for example, as metal piles with eg integrated hooks, which are usually arranged at regular intervals, sometimes on two sides of a metal profile .. It is , transferred to the wood or metal piles and thus on the hooks for holding the wires a large load of attaching to the wires plant parts, especially while they bear fruit. This is why metal piles with integrated hooks have proven particularly useful. However, in viticulture and fruit trellises, the use of wooden posts is still very widespread, with a plurality of hooks for attaching the wires must be attached to each of these.
The wear and weakening of the hook, even the tearing it out by the plant load, requires a large maintenance and repair costs every year.
The present invention has for its object to provide a device for fastening wire plant, which can be used together with existing structures, for example made of wood, as a climbing aid in crop production and in particular in viticulture and orchards and overcomes the disadvantages mentioned above, or the application possibilities expanded.
This object is achieved by a device for holding wire plant as defined in independent claim 1. The dependent claims define advantageous embodiments of the invention.
The inventive device consists of a profile with integrated holding elements for holding wire plant, which can be mounted on existing piles, posts, walls or other substructures. A great advantage of the device according to the invention is that the low-maintenance holding elements, which are integrated in the known metal piles, can be transferred to other optionally existing support structures without great material and time expenditure.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the profile is a sheet metal bending profile in which the elements are punched for attachment of wire plant as claw-shaped hooks from the sheet and bent into claw-shaped hooks. Due to the appropriately selected size and shape of punch and die of the punching tool different shapes can be determined, which may vary depending on the application.
For example, embodiments suitable for smaller tendrils, which carry a relatively fine wire plant and a relatively low plant load, are equipped with correspondingly smaller and less conspicuous claw-shaped hooks, for larger loads the same structures are carried out correspondingly robust. In applications such as viticulture and in applications for facade cladding, the profile made of sheet metal or plastic can be produced in a color-coordinated manner.
Further preferred embodiments will become apparent from the dependent claims. Characteristics of the method claims are analogously combined with the device claims and vice versa.
In the following, the subject invention will be explained in more detail with reference to preferred embodiments, which are illustrated in the accompanying figures. Each show schematically:
<Tb> FIG. 1 <sep> seen an embodiment of the claw splint with inflected edges from the back. The punched out claws point to the front.
<Tb> FIG. Fig. 2 shows the claw splint of Fig. 1 from the front with protruding claws for inserting retaining wires.
<Tb> FIG. 3 <sep> the claw splint from the side and the clipping B in
<Tb> FIG. 4 <sep>, for example, the form of a claw.
<Tb> FIG. 5 and 6 schematically show the embodiment according to FIGS. 1-4 attached to a conventional wooden pile and
<Tb> FIG. 7 <sep> and FIG. 8 show two similar but different embodiments.
The reference numerals used in the figures and their meaning are summarized in the list of reference numerals. Basically, the same parts are provided with the same reference numerals in the figures.
Fig. 1 shows a profile with curved edges for surrounding a corresponding substructure such as, for example, a pile or a surface with corresponding groove-shaped recesses for receiving the bent edge may be different depending on the substructure of the bending radius, depending on the adjustment , Fig. 8, however, shows a profile without bent edges for a flat substructure; but it is also suitable for attaching, for example, cambered substructures, the profile can be bent relatively easily in length. The profiles may be made of any suitable material. The figures show the embodiments in a stylized manner.
Fig. 1 shows the profile discussed above, a claw rail 1, and has the following elements: leg sides 2, which are the longitudinally bent edges, retaining holes 3 for attaching the profile to the substructure, the base 4 from behind, pointing in the mounted state on the substructure, the claws 5, pointing in this figure to the other side, ie you can see the opening of the punched out material.
Fig. 2 shows the same profile from the other side, the claws side, with the base 4 from the front and outwardly projecting claws 5. Also, you can see the leg sides 2 and the holes for attachment to the substructure.
Fig. 3 shows the profile from the side where you can see the claws 5 well and Fig. 4, a section B of Fig. 3 shows a single claw from the side. In this figure, the claw has an inclined claw base 6 to a bend, from which a retaining extension 7 expires. In this claw shape, the wire introduced above into the holding extension 7 and finally loaded by tension is clamped. After relieving it remains clamped and can not easily slip out of the claw, for example. By wind on the empty wire.
5 and 6 show a profile, as shown in Fig. 1, placed on a pole, shown here as a wooden stake. In addition, one recognizes an inserted into a claw 5 wire 9, which is not yet pressed into the clamping position. The claw splint 1 is not yet attached for better illustration, which can be seen in Fig. 5oben by a distance between the profile and wooden stake. If you now screw the claw rail firmly, you can see how the legs 2 dig easily into the base wood, which allows a good grip. Of course, this is not the case with a metal pile, but a certain amount of clamping effect still occurs. Usually, however, metal piles are flat on one side, so that a flat claw splint is suitable for attachment.
Together with Fig. 7, the profiles show three wires inserted 9 in the clamped position, ie at the very bottom of the claw base 6. In the flat claw rails without lateral inflection 2, which is due to the profile in the Let bend length, more mounting holes 3 must be provided. But they can, as already said, easily adapt to a substructure, be it house or other walls.
The profiles can have any length, any claw distances, any number of mounting holes, they are literally multiuniversal. For attachment to, for example, existing vine posts lengths of 50-100 cm are a good choice. The claw distances should be between 20-30 cm. The claw width is adapted to the usual holding wires, which can have different diameters. The profiles can be arranged at freely selectable height and / or distances on the substructures.
