[0001] Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf einen aus zwei Teilen bestehenden Pflanzen-Roller, als Ersatz für den bekannten Unterteller, mit Wasser-Auffang- und Ablass nach dem Oberbegriff des Patentanspruchs 1.
[0002] Bekannt sind Pflanzen-Roller jeder Art, welche zum Stellen und bewegen von Pflanzen dienen. Bereits bekannt sind Pflanzen-Roller mit einer Kunststoffeinlage als Pflanzentöpfe zur Direkteinpflanzung gedacht (US6 655 084). Auch gibt es Versionen ohne Rollen mit Bewässerungssystemen integriert, welche modular aufgebaut sind und mit dem Prinzip der Bewässerung durch ein Luntesystem, ähnlich dem Hydrotopf (US5 341 596).
Andere bekannte Systeme gibt es, welche Flüssigkeit sowohl im Innern als auch äusserlich aufnehmen, bei welchen jedoch das Reinigen der innern Kammer verunmöglicht und einer sehr grossen Verstopfungsgefahr bei der Einlass- und Auslass-Öffnung ausgesetzt sind (US5 819 469). Andere Systeme sind meistens zur Befeuchtung und zum Transport von Pflanzen oder Topfpflanzen ausgelegt (US4 638 595, US5 309 670, US 585 931, US2 002/0 017 056 A1). Auch gibt es verschiedene Systeme, welche für den kommerziellen Anbau von Pflanzenkulturen gedacht sind.
[0003] Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung ist es, eine einfache, mobile Aufstell-Vorrichtung für Kübelpflanzen für Indoor und Outdoor zu konstruieren.
[0004] Diese Aufgabe ist durch die kennzeichnenden Merkmale des Patentanspruchs 1 gelöst.
Vorteile der Erfindung folgen aus den abhängigen Patentansprüchen sowie aus der nachfolgenden Beschreibung und eines in den schematischen Zeichnungen dargestellten beispielsweisen Ausführungsbeispieles.

[0006] Die vorliegende Erfindung besteht darin, dass durch die spezielle Formgebung mit konischen Wangen die Topf- oder Kübel-Pflanzen ohne Unterteller aufgestellt werden können und dass bei Überwässerung das Wasser in einem Reservoir aufgefangen wird. Damit ist gewährleistet, dass sich das Wurzelwerk nicht im Wasser befindet (Fäulnisverhinderung, Pilzbildung, Schädlinge usw.) und somit die Pflanzen nicht erkranken. Dieser Tatsache wird mittels eines am Reservoir angebrachten Ablassschlauchs zusätzlich Rechnung getragen, indem eine individuelle Entleerung vorgenommen werden kann. Durch die einfache Formgebung des Pflanzen-Rollers kann bei Bedarf eine mühelose Reinigung durchgeführt werden.
Durch die abfallenden Aussenseiten und die Anordnung der Laufrollen wird ein Kippen verhindert.
[0007] Die Fig. 1 zeigt das obere Element 6a des Pflanzen-Rollers umfassend ein Gehäuse mit einer konischen Wange 1 und einer darin eingearbeiteten Vertiefung, die als Wasserreservoir 3 dient, und einem Wasserablass bestehend aus einem Kunststoffschlauch 4, welcher verschliessbar am Reservoir 3 an einer Öffnung 7 angebracht ist. Das obere Element 6a kann aus visuellen Gründen (farbliche Darstellung) beliebig ausgetauscht werden.
[0008] Die Fig. 2 zeigt das untere Element 6b des Pflanzen-Rollers, das als Träger des obern Elements 6a dient. Das Element 6b besteht aus einem stabilen Ring, an welchem die Träger 8 befestigt sind. An den Trägern 8 sind die Laufrollen bzw. die Lenkrollen 2 angebracht. Diese Rollen 2 verleihen der gesamten Konstruktion ihre Mobilität.
Auf das untere Element 6b kann das gewünschte obere Element 6a (farbliche Darstellung) aufgesetzt werden. Die versteifend wirkenden konischen Wangen 1 bilden mit dem unteren Element 6b zusammen eine stabile Auflage und eine tragfähige Einheit.
[0009] Selbstverständlich ist der Pflanzen-Roller nicht auf die in den Zeichnungen dargestellten Ausführungen eingeschränkt.
[0010] Ohne den Schutzbereich der vorliegenden Erfindung zu verlassen, können beispielsweise Gehäuseform, Rollenbefestigung, Montagematerialien oder auch Komponenten des Entwässerungssystems sowie Montageabläufe davon, sich in ihren Arten, Formen, Farben und Anordnungen, je nach Bedarf, verändern.
[0011] Die Konstruktion wird mit höchstmöglicher Genauigkeit hergestellt.
Nur mit präziser und qualitativ hochstehender Fertigung der Teile und Komponenten können in der Montage die Ziele der Erfindung des Pflanzen-Rollers, ohne Verluste von technischfunktionalen Werten, erreicht werden.

Are known plant scooters of any kind, which serve to set and move plants. Already known are plant roller with a plastic insert as plant pots intended for direct implantation (US6 655 084). There are also versions without rollers integrated with irrigation systems, which are modular and with the principle of irrigation by a Luntesystem, similar to the hydrotap (US5 341 596).
Other known systems exist which receive liquid both internally and externally, but which make it impossible to clean the inner chamber and are exposed to a very great risk of clogging at the inlet and outlet ports (US Pat. No. 5,819,469). Other systems are usually designed for moistening and transporting plants or potted plants (US Pat. No. 4,338,595, US Pat. No. 5,309,670, US Pat. No. 5,858,931, US Pat. No. 2,002,017,056 A1). There are also various systems which are intended for the commercial cultivation of crops.
Object of the present invention is to construct a simple, mobile installation device for potted plants for indoor and outdoor.
This object is solved by the characterizing features of claim 1.
Advantages of the invention follow from the dependent claims as well as from the following description and an exemplary embodiment shown in the schematic drawings.

The present invention is that by the special shape with conical cheeks the pot or tub plants can be set up without saucer and that in case of overhydration, the water is collected in a reservoir. This ensures that the root system is not in the water (decay prevention, fungus formation, pests, etc.) and thus the plants do not fall ill. This fact is additionally taken into account by means of a drain hose attached to the reservoir in that an individual emptying can be carried out. The simple design of the plant roller can be carried out if necessary, an effortless cleaning.
The sloping outer sides and the arrangement of the rollers prevents tilting.
Fig. 1 shows the upper element 6a of the plant roller comprising a housing with a conical cheek 1 and a recess incorporated therein, which serves as a water reservoir 3, and a water drainage consisting of a plastic tube 4, which closable on the reservoir. 3 attached to an opening 7. The upper element 6a can be exchanged as desired for visual reasons (color representation).
Fig. 2 shows the lower element 6b of the plant roller, which serves as a carrier of the upper element 6a. The element 6b consists of a stable ring to which the supports 8 are attached. On the carriers 8, the rollers or the castors 2 are attached. These rollers 2 give the entire construction their mobility.
On the lower element 6b, the desired upper element 6a (color representation) can be placed. The stiffening conical cheeks 1 together with the lower element 6b together form a stable support and a stable unit.
Of course, the plant roller is not limited to the embodiments shown in the drawings.
Without departing from the scope of the present invention, for example, housing shape, roll attachment, mounting materials or components of the drainage system and assembly operations thereof, in their types, shapes, colors and arrangements, as needed, change.
The construction is made with the highest possible accuracy.
Only with precise and high-quality production of parts and components can be achieved in the assembly, the objectives of the invention of the plant roller, without loss of technical functional values.
