The invention relates to a tubular conduit member, in particular for the transport of liquid, pasty, abrasive, erosive or even gaseous materials, having a circular outer cross-section and a main pipe opening.
State of the art
Known pipes are usually made of concrete or plastic and have an inner and an outer diameter, wherein the two diameters are arranged centrally to each other.
The resulting wall thickness is identical across the diameter.
From DD 136 527 C an eccentrically shaped tube is known, the pipe wall is partially reinforced by the offset of inside and outside diameter.
In DE 8 912 378 a double tube is presented, which consists of an outer tube and a media tube extending therein, wherein between the medium tube and outer tube, a gap space remains free, which is suitable for the passage of a sewer pipe.
Disadvantages of the prior art
The known from the prior art tube shapes allow safe transport of a material to be conductive.
This is ensured by a partial pipe thickening in the eccentrically shaped tube or by double tube walls in the double tube.
If, however, parallel to the pipelines other lines, such as transport lines for separated conductive or other materials, telephone lines or other data lines must be laid, is provided to place in the vicinity of such piping systems further conduits, which the desired materials or cables take up.
These pipes, which run separately from the actual pipe, must be specially manufactured and delivered, laying requires additional work steps.
Object of the invention
The object of the invention is to provide a tubular conduit member, except for receiving and transport of, for example, liquid, pasty, abrasive, erosive or gaseous materials for transport separately conductive materials or and for receiving cables in the before described form is suitable.
Solution of the task
According to the invention it is provided to further develop an existing pipe such that at least one further pipe opening is provided within the outer diameter in addition to a main pipe opening, which is an integral part of the actual pipe,
which forms a conduit in the pipeline system and is suitable for receiving transport materials or cables or the like.
Advantages of the invention
The inventive line element is suitable for example for the transport of parallel but two separately conductive materials, such as wastewater and fresh water, within a pipe.
In contrast to the installation of two separate pipes, the work requires less work steps when laying such a combination tube. The combination tube requires a smaller volume in the floor.
In a preferred embodiment, the conduit member has a circular main tube opening whose diameter is greater than half the diameter of the outer cross section and thus occupies a substantial part of the cross-sectional area of the conduit element.
Within the tube wall, one or more further tube openings are provided, which, in contrast to the main tube opening are not intended for the transport of material, but serve to receive preferably electrical supply lines. The diameter of these further tube openings is preferably made significantly smaller than the wall thickness of the tubular conduit member in order not to endanger the stability and the tightness.
A particular embodiment shows a non-centric arrangement of the outer diameter of the conduit member and the diameter of the main pipe opening, so that areas with different wall thicknesses arise. It is envisaged that in piping systems in the bottom area a greater wall thickness is provided as in the head area.
As a result, on the one hand sufficient space in the floor area created to insert conduits in such line elements, and on the other hand, the stability of the line elements is increased. If necessary, the thicker wall thickness can also be present in the head area, so that the empty tubes are guided in the upper tube area.
Preferably, the further pipe openings are admitted during the casting of a concrete pipe or the injection process of a plastic pipe.
It may prove to be beneficial to form the conduit element in several parts, so that it consists of an outer tube member and at least one inner tube member which rests at least partially on the inner wall of the outer tube member. Preferably, the at least one further tube opening is designed in an inner tube element.
A conduit element may in this case be manufactured in two steps, the first step of which is the production of a known tube and in a second step the tube is lined with one or more inner tube elements in which the additional tube openings are located. The structure is characterized modular, so that an outer tube element can be filled with so many and designed inner tube elements, as required by the installation situation.
In a preferred embodiment, only one inner tube element is used, which completely lines the outer tube element.
In this construction, no sealing problems occur because the inner tube element itself may be a conduit element according to the invention, which comprises further tube openings in addition to the main tube opening.
A pipe system of line elements according to the invention can also lead air to cooling or heating purposes in the main pipe opening. Preferably, the main pipe opening with respect to the wall is liquid and gas tight.
Further advantageous embodiments will become apparent from the following description and the claims.

It shows:
<Tb> FIG. 1 <sep> is a section through an exemplary embodiment of a conduit element according to the invention.
Description of an embodiment
Fig. 1 shows a section through an embodiment of an inventive line element. 1
The center of the outer diameter 3 and the diameter of the main pipe opening 5 are offset by a distance 6 against each other, so that the wall thickness 7 in the Floor area 8 of the conduit member 1 is a thicker than the wall thickness 9 in the head area 10. In the bottom portion 8 of the wall 11 further tube openings 12 are provided. Its diameter 13 is significantly smaller than the wall thickness 7 in this area.
It consists of an outer tube member 14 and an inner tube member 15, wherein the inner tube member 15, the inner wall 16 of the outer tube member 14 completely lines.
The main pipe opening 4 and the other pipe openings 12 are mounted in the inner pipe element 15.
While the main pipe opening 4 is suitable for the transport of liquid, pasty, abrasive, erosive or gaseous materials, not shown in the figure, the other pipe openings 12 serve as a conduit preferably for receiving in the figure also not shown electrical supply lines.
