<tb>fig. 1<sep>è una sezione longitudinale del detto esempio realizzativo con l'arpione con il quale termina una delle due leve inserito fra i denti di una cerniera;
<tb>fig. 2<sep>è la stessa sezione longitudinale della fig. 1 con l'arpione disimpegnato dai denti della cerniera per effetto dell'azione di uno dei due tiretti di cui è munito il cursore;
<tb>fig.
[0001] The present invention relates to the technological sector of the hinges, and, more particularly, to those members, said sliders, which perform the closing and opening of a hinge respectively by connecting and releasing two rows of teeth parallel to each other facing one another .
More specifically, the invention relates to sliders of the type provided with two pullers, provided with connecting rings, arranged on opposite sides with respect to the plane of the hinge, exerting a traction on any one of which the cursor is moved in the desired direction. , disengaging from the teeth a locking member which, when inserted between them,
prevents unwanted movements of the cursor itself.
[0002] An exemplary embodiment of these sliders according to the state of the art is described in the patent US-A-4 123 828 of the YKK.
In the hollow body of the slider two interfering levers are housed, in contact with each other and connected to the already mentioned rings of said two pullers.
These levers are arranged so that, operating as said with any of the two pullers, a locking pawl is disengaged from the teeth, of which one of the two levers is provided.
Since it is necessary that, once the slider has been moved, the said pawl re-locks with respect to the teeth of the hinge, elastic means are housed inside the slider which, when the action of one of the pullers in the said lever ceases, reinserts the said harpoon between the teeth.
[0003] In the YKK patent cited above, and more generally in the State of the Art, these elastic means consist of an elastic body to the bending, mounted inside the hollow body of the slider,
which is in contact with the lever bearing the aforementioned harpoon so as to oppose the movements of the lever itself which involve the extraction of the same harpoon from the teeth of the hinge.
However, the use of an elastic body (a flexible lamella in the YKK patent mentioned above) involves relatively long and uncomfortable assembly operations, which, given the relatively low production cost of a two-rod slider, entails a significant increase in it. percentage.
[0004] The inventor of the cursor object of the present application has sought a simple, economical and reliable solution, and has devised a cursor of the type described above,
in which the already described elastic means which determine the return of the harpoon in its locking position are constituted by an elastic bending lamella forming part of the lever itself which ends with the aforesaid harpoon. This lamella has an end integral with the lever in question, and faces an inner wall of the hollow body of the slider, so as to be interposed between it and the lever itself and to oppose with its elastic resistance to the movements of the latter which cause the extraction of the aforementioned harpoon from the hinge teeth.
[0005] The object of the present invention is therefore constituted by a cursor for hinges with two pullers as described in the attached claim 1.
A preferred embodiment of the cursor of the invention will now be described in more detail, also referring to the attached drawings, in which:
<Tb> fig. 1 <sep> is a longitudinal section of said embodiment with the harpoon which terminates one of the two levers inserted between the teeth of a hinge;
<Tb> fig. 2 <sep> is the same longitudinal section of fig. 1 with the harpoon disengaged from the teeth of the hinge due to the action of one of the two pullers with which the cursor is fitted;
<Tb> fig. 3 <sep> is the same longitudinal section of the previous figures, with the harpoon disengaged from the hinge teeth due to the action of the other puller with which the cursor is fitted.
[0006] If we consider fig. 1 shows how the slider 1 with two pullers 2, 3 of the invention is similar to those of the known type as regards the arrangement of its parts:
in a hollow body 4 two levers 5, 6 are arranged at the L, mutually interfering and in contact at one end, housed on opposite sides with respect to the area occupied by the teeth Di (only schematically mentioned in the drawing).
To each of the two levers 5, 6 is connected the ring 2r, 3r of the pullers 2, 3 so that, by exerting traction on any one of these (see Figs. 2 and 3), one provokes, directly or indirectly , a rotation (arrow R) of one of the levers, the one indicated with the reference number 5 in the figure, which determines the extraction of a harpoon 7, with which it ends, from the teeth Di, between which it is interposed at the end to block, as mentioned, the slider 1 avoiding displacements which could cause an undesired opening or closing of the hinge (not shown as a whole).
This system is also known in the current state of the art; the innovative side of the invention consists in the fact that on the back of the lever 5 carrying the harpoon 7 there is integrally connected an end 8e of a flexible blade 8, formed and positioned so as to be facing an inner wall 4p of the hollow body 4 of the cursor 1. By rotating said lever 5, as shown in figs. 2, 3, the elastic resistance to bending of the blade 8 is overcome, and the harpoon 7 is extracted from the teeth Di.
When it ceases to exert a force on one of the pullers 2, 3, by means of their terminal rings 2r, 3r, the elasticity of the lamella 8 brings the lever 5 and the related pawl 7 back to the initial locking position illustrated in fig. 1.
[0007] The lever 5 can advantageously form, as in the example shown, at one with the blade 8, so that the lever / blade assembly can be produced with a single operation.
In order to confer greater reliability and a longer duration over time to the component parts of the slider 1 of the invention, the inventor suggests making the levers 5, 6 and the slat 8 in a metallic material, for example steel, with good characteristics of resistance to bending with fatigue, or in a plastic material.
It should be noted that the blade 8 can be arranged as in the drawings,
or else have an end integral with the free end 51 of the lever 5 carrying the harpoon 7 (case not shown).
