<tb>Fig. 1:<sep>eine Teilansicht eines Längsschnittes nach dem Stand der Technik;
<tb>Fig. 2:<sep>eine Teilansicht eines Längsschnittes gemäss der Erfindung;
The invention relates to a device for measuring the temperature of the role of a heating godet according to the preamble of the independent claim.
Hitherto conventional and also built by the applicant devices for measuring the temperature of the role of a Heizgalette are constructed as follows: A sensor is attached to a probe carrier and projects into an air gap in the role of the rotating part of the heating galette. In the area of the tip of the probe, a measuring element is arranged. The air gap is located between the short-circuit ring, the actual heat generator and the roller shell, which forms the wrap around with its outer surface. The short-circuit ring is an optimal heat conductor, which conducts the heat generated in it well and gives good to the surrounding roller shell.
Since you need the most accurate measurement of the temperature of the role, more specifically the role of coat, the air gap extends from the side to almost in the middle of the wrap of the roll shell.
These known devices do not meet the latest demands on the accuracy of the measurement of the temperature of the heating roller for the purpose of faster control of the heating power. This accuracy is not achievable with said device.
The invention has as its object to provide a measuring device which significantly improves this accuracy. The goal is that the new device is also suitable for modern textile filaments, which are transported by means of hot godets, pre-stretched and prepared for special processes.
These must be brought to the most accurate self-temperatures.
The object is solved by the invention specified in the claims.
The invention will be described below in conjunction with the drawings. Show it:
<Tb> FIG. 1: <sep> is a partial view of a longitudinal section according to the prior art;
<Tb> FIG. 2: <sep> is a partial view of a longitudinal section according to the invention;
<Tb> FIG. 3 <sep> a view of the probe or the heat sink; and
<Tb> FIG. 4: <sep> a view of the probe in another variant.
For this purpose, only one measurement of the role 2, so satisfy the rotating part of a Heizgalette, which coincides as exactly as possible with the surface of the roll in the wrap 23. The roller 2 consists of an inner concentric short-circuit ring 21 and an outer concentric roller shell 22. The textile filaments take over the temperature only from the surface in the wrap 23 on the roller shell 22 and therefore have at least approximately this temperature.
However, because heat flow from the heat generating shorting ring 21 toward the removed surface of the roll mantle 22 takes place in the material of the roll 2 and heat energy is also absorbed by the textile filament, the temperature in the region of the air gap 3 according to the prior art (FIG the temperature at the surface in the wrap 23 correspond. In addition, the air gap 3 falsifies the measurement result by affecting the heat flow within the surrounding material. In the arrangement of a sensor 14 according to the known prior art (Fig. 1), a temperature is measured, which is directly influenced on the one hand by the heat-generating short-circuit ring 21 and on the other hand by the material of the roll shell 22, which is known materialimmanent completely different heat conduction properties.
It is obvious that due to the large material thickness and the geometry of the roll mantle 22, the heat flow in this itself runs uniformly, which leads to a relatively uniform final temperature over approximately the entire outer surface in the wrap area 23. With the recently greatly increased number of revolutions of the rollers 2 but also the temperature changes, which actually have the transported filaments when leaving the Umschlingungsbereiches 23, very quickly on big differences. This now requires a significantly more accurate measurement of the temperature as accurately as possible on the surface of the roll mantle 22, specifically in the area where the filament wraps around it.
It is proposed a new device for measuring the temperature of the roll 2 a Heizgalette.
For this purpose, the roller shell 22 is changed in its geometry so that from the mounting side a cylindrical air gap 3 can be arranged so that it is surrounded on three sides by the same material of the roll mantle 22. He is thus located approximately at the same radial distance from the shaft axis as the wrap 23 of the roller shell 22. The sensor 14 protrudes from the fixed part 11 of the heating galette laterally in this air gap 3. In the region of its free end, a probe 15 is arranged.
In Fig. 2, the new device for measuring the temperature of a heating galette according to the present invention is shown in the corresponding section. The roller shell 22 completely covers the short-circuit ring 21 here.
This means that the air gap 3, in which the sensor 14 protrudes, is completely surrounded by similar material. The heat transfer (shown with small arrows) from the short-circuit ring 21 in the material of the roller shell 22 has shorter paths and the contact area between the two is greater. The heat transfer is therefore better in and of itself. In order for the measuring sensor 14 to detect the temperature of the surface of the roll mantle 22 in the looping area 23 as accurately as possible, appropriate conditions must be created. This is done by extending the role itself terminal, that is, against the fixed mounting side of the Heizgalette out. The roller therefore has at this point a diameter which is greater than that in the wrapping area 23.
In the material, an approximately uniform heat flow takes place. In this extension, there is now the air gap 3. It has a cylindrical shape, which is surrounded on three sides by the same material of the roll mantle 22. The geometric center of the cross section of the air gap 3 is located at approximately the same height as the surface of the wrap-around region 23. Both have approximately the same radius from the shaft axis of the heating godet.
The sensor 14 is now arranged so that its probe 15 really approximately detects the temperature at the surface of the wrap 23. This is given by the described situation and by the heat-technical uniformity of the material surrounding the air gap.
Since the same material in the extended region 24 of the roller shell 22 also limits the air gap outside, a similar heat transfer always takes place in this outer extension. Here, due to the enlarged outer surface, a little more heat is continuously released into the ambient air than in the looping area. This greater heat output can now be optimized by increasing the outer surface in this area so that the additional dissipation of heat to the ambient air corresponds approximately to the amount of heat absorbed by the filament. By this measure, the surface temperature of the roll mantle 22 in the wrap 23 can be measured more accurately. The actual temperature in the filament surrounding the heating godet is better approximated.
By now possible regulation of the heating power, the temperature in the filament can be influenced more precisely, which is ultimately the desired end goal of the measurement.
The sensor 14 comprises a rod-shaped element which is fastened to a carrier 13. The carrier 13 is part of the fixed part 11 of the heating galette and thus together with this stationary relative to a mounting plate. The carrier can be configured as a heat sink. By dissipating heat transferred to the sensor 14 via the air, the measuring accuracy of the measuring probe 15 is further increased. In a further embodiment variant, the measuring sensor 14 itself is likewise designed as a cylindrical part which extends over the entire circumference.
This cylindrical part now protrudes from outside into the likewise cylindrical air gap, of course without contact. Over its entire circumference, one or more probes 15 are arranged distributed regularly. Between the individual probes 15 partial separation slots 17 can be arranged in the sensor 14. By averaging the signals of the probes 15, the measurement accuracy can be additionally increased.
The new device for measuring the temperature of the roller shell 22 a Heizgalette now allows a much faster Nachkorrigieren the heating power, so that a desired constancy of the temperature in the wrap 23 can be achieved. This is crucial to be able to obtain better filaments or yarn qualities.
