[0001] Die Erfindung betrifft eine Armbanduhr nach dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1. Solche Armbanduhren sind bekannt. Sie haben den Vorteil, dass das Armband bei Bedarf ohne Beizug eines Uhrmachers ohne Werkzeug und vergleichsweise einfach ausgewechselt werden kann. Es ist somit möglich, das Armband aus modischen Gründen wiederholt zu wechseln. Zudem kann ein beschädigtes Armband vom Besitzer selbst durch ein neues Armband ersetzt werden.
[0002] Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine Armbanduhr der genannten Art zu schaffen, die ein noch einfacheres Auswechseln des Armbandes ermöglicht. Sie soll dennoch kostengünstig herstellbar und in ästhetischer hervorragender Weise herstellbar sein.
[0003] Die Aufgabe ist gemäss Anspruch 1 gelöst. Das Armband wird von der Befestigungsspange am Gehäuse und diese Spange wird gleichzeitig vom Armband am Gehäuse fixiert.
Zum Auswechseln muss lediglich die Befestigungsspange vom Gehäuse abgehoben und nach dem Einziehen des neuen Armbandes wieder auf das Gehäuse aufgesetzt werden. Ist die Armbanduhr am Arm befestigt, so ist das Gehäuse unverlierbar zwischen dem Armband und der Befestigungsspange fixiert. Ausser dem Gehäuse besteht die Uhr vorzugsweise lediglich aus dem Armband und der Befestigungsspange. Die Montage eines neuen Armbandes ist sehr einfach und schnell mit wenigen Handgriffen ausführbar. Auch handwerklich wenig begabte Personen und auch Kinder können ohne weiteres das Armband auswechseln.
Ein weiterer Vorteil wird darin gesehen, dass das Armband die Rückseite des Gehäuses weitgehend abdecken kann, so dass ein Kontakt des Gehäuses mit dem Arm vermeidbar ist, was aus gesundheitlichen Gründen, beispielsweise aufgrund einer Allergie, gewünscht sein kann.
[0004] Eine besonders einfache und sichere Lagerung der Befestigungsspange am Gehäuse ergibt sich dann, wenn das Gehäuse gemäss einer Weiterbildung der Erfindung auf seiner Frontseite nutenförmige Vertiefungen aufweist, in welche die Befestigungsspange eingesetzt ist.
Die Befestigungsspange ist gemäss einer Weiterbildung der Erfindung als geschlossener Ring ausgebildet, was eine besonders robuste Konstruktion ermöglicht.

[0008] Die Armbanduhr 1 weist ein Gehäuse 2 mit einer Frontseite 16 und einer Rückseite 17, ein Armband 3 sowie eine Befestigungsspange 4 auf. An der Frontseite 16 ist ein an sich übliches Uhrglas 7 angeordnet, das mit dem Gehäuse 2 verbunden ist und unter dem eine hier nicht gezeigte Anzeige sichtbar ist. Im Gehäuse ist ein Uhrwerk untergebracht, von dem in den Fig. 1 und 2 lediglich die Krone 6 sichtbar ist.
[0009] Das Gehäuse 2 ist mit der Befestigungsspange 4 an einem flexiblen Armband 3 befestigt, das beispielsweise ein Textilband oder ein Lederband ist und dessen Enden 3a und 3b mit einem üblichen Verschluss 8 verbindbar sind. Die Befestigungsspange ist gemäss Fig. 4 ringförmig ausgebildet und weist zwei diametral gegenüberliegende Arme 12b auf, die jeweils mit einem Steg 13 versehen sind.
Die Arme 12b sind mit zwei teilkreisförmigen Bereichen 12a miteinander verbunden, die eine kreisförmige Öffnung 14 bilden, welche gemäss Fig. 1 das Uhrglas 7 aufnimmt. Wie die Fig. 2 und 3 zeigen, sind die Arme 12a ausgehend von der Frontseite 16 bogenförmig nach unten gebogen und untergreifen jeweils mit einem Steg 13 das Armband.
[0010] Zwischen jedem Arm 12b und der Rückseite 17 des Gehäuses 2 befindet sich ein schlitzförmiger Durchgang 15, dessen Breite der Breite des Armbandes 3 entspricht und durch den das Armband 3 hindurchgezogen ist. Wie ersichtlich, liegt das Armband an der Rückseite 17 des Gehäuses 2 an und ist in einer Vertiefung 18 des Gehäuses 2 seitlich geführt.
[0011] In das Gehäuse 2 sind gemäss Fig. 5 in spiegelbildlicher Anordnung zwei nutenförmige Vertiefungen eingearbeitet, welche jeweils einen Bereich 12a der Befestigungsspange 4 aufnehmen.
Die Befestigungsspange 4 ist lose oder unter Rastwirkung lösbar in die Vertiefungen 9 eingesetzt. Bei geöffnetem Armband 3 kann die Befestigungsspange 4 somit mit einem Handgriff vom Gehäuse 2 abgenommen werden. Die Befestigungsspange 4 ist vorzugsweise einstückig aus einem geeigneten Metall hergestellt. Denkbar ist jedoch auch eine Ausführung aus Kunststoff. In die Stege 13 ist jeweils eine halbkreisförmige Aussparung 18 eingearbeitet, die eine hier nicht ersichtliche Ausbuchtung des Armbandes 3 aufnehmen kann, die durch die Krone 6 verursacht ist.
[0012] Zum Auswechseln des Armbandes 3 wird dieses am Verschluss 8 geöffnet, falls dieser nicht schon offen ist. Dann wird die Befestigungsspange 4 vom Gehäuse 2 abgenommen. Das Armband 3 ist nun frei und kann aus der Befestigungsspange 4 herausgezogen werden.
Das neue Armband 3 wird nun zwischen die Befestigungsspange 4 und das Gehäuse 2 eingezogen und die Befestigungsspange 4 wird in die nutenförmigen Vertiefungen 9 eingesetzt. Die Armbanduhr 1 kann nun wie üblich angezogen und das Armband am Verschluss 8 geschlossen werden. Grundsätzlich können auch die Befestigungsspange 4 oder das Gehäuse 2 ausgewechselt werden. Mit einfachen Handgriffen ist damit möglich, die Armbanduhr 1 zu verändern und beispielsweise in modischer Hinsicht nach Wunsch neu zu gestalten.

The problem is solved according to claim 1. The bracelet is fastened by the fastening clip on the housing and this clip is fixed at the same time by the bracelet on the housing.
To replace only the attachment clip has to be lifted from the housing and put on the housing after retraction of the new bracelet. If the watch is attached to the arm, then the housing is captively fixed between the bracelet and the fastening clip. Apart from the housing, the watch preferably consists only of the bracelet and the fastening clip. The assembly of a new bracelet is very simple and fast executable in a few simple steps. Even less skilled craftspeople and children can easily replace the bracelet.
Another advantage is seen in the fact that the bracelet can cover the back of the housing largely, so that contact of the housing with the arm is avoidable, which for health reasons, for example due to an allergy, may be desired.
A particularly simple and secure mounting of the mounting clip on the housing results when the housing according to an embodiment of the invention on its front groove-shaped recesses, in which the fastening clip is inserted.
The fastening clip is formed according to an embodiment of the invention as a closed ring, which allows a particularly robust construction.

The wristwatch 1 has a housing 2 with a front side 16 and a back 17, a bracelet 3 and a fastening clip 4. On the front side 16 a per se conventional watch glass 7 is arranged, which is connected to the housing 2 and under which a display, not shown here is visible. In the case a clockwork is housed, of which in Figs. 1 and 2, only the crown 6 is visible.
The housing 2 is attached to the fastening clip 4 to a flexible bracelet 3, which is for example a textile tape or a leather strap and the ends 3a and 3b are connected to a conventional closure 8. 4, the fastening clip is of annular design and has two diametrically opposite arms 12 b, which are each provided with a web 13.
The arms 12b are connected to each other with two part-circular areas 12a, which form a circular opening 14 which receives the watch glass 7 according to FIG. As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the arms 12a, starting from the front side 16 bent arcuate downward and engage under each with a web 13, the bracelet.
Between each arm 12b and the back 17 of the housing 2 is a slot-shaped passage 15 whose width corresponds to the width of the bracelet 3 and through which the bracelet 3 is pulled. As can be seen, the bracelet rests on the back 17 of the housing 2 and is guided laterally in a recess 18 of the housing 2.
In the housing 2, two groove-shaped recesses are incorporated according to FIG. 5 in a mirror-image arrangement, which each receive an area 12 a of the fastening clip 4.
The mounting bracket 4 is loosely or releasably inserted under latching action in the recesses 9. When the bracelet 3 is open, the fastening clip 4 can thus be removed from the housing 2 with a handle. The fastening clip 4 is preferably made in one piece from a suitable metal. However, it is also conceivable a plastic version. In the webs 13, a semicircular recess 18 is incorporated in each case, which can accommodate a not apparent here bulge of the bracelet 3, which is caused by the crown 6.
To replace the bracelet 3 this is opened on the closure 8, if this is not already open. Then the fastening clip 4 is removed from the housing 2. The bracelet 3 is now free and can be pulled out of the fastening clip 4.
The new bracelet 3 is now drawn in between the fastening clip 4 and the housing 2 and the fastening clip 4 is inserted into the groove-shaped recesses 9. The wristwatch 1 can now be tightened as usual and the bracelet on the closure 8 are closed. In principle, the fastening clip 4 or the housing 2 can also be exchanged. With simple steps it is possible to change the wristwatch 1 and, for example, to redesign it as desired in terms of fashion.
