Description
The present invention relates to a substructure for the fastening of flat plates, in which supports are provided with support surfaces that run parallel to one another and are to be attached at a distance from a basic construction and to support the plates.
A wide variety of substructures are known in practice for fastening flat panels at a distance from a basic structure.
Regardless of whether the panels are provided with pre-drilled mounting holes or not, holes must be drilled in the supports of the substructure, which is quite complex together with the rest of the panel assembly.
The object of the present invention is to develop a substructure for flat panels in which, by means of suitable measures, a substantial rationalization in the assembly of the panels can be achieved without such measures being associated with an unreasonable increase in price.
This object was achieved according to the invention in a substructure of the type defined at the outset by the features of the characterizing part of claim 1.
Particular embodiments of the invention are defined in the dependent claims.
Particularly advantageous and simple is the use of square tubes with a longitudinal slot in the support surface, which slot for receiving and holding the fastening elements, e.g. of hollow rivets is provided.
The invention is explained in more detail below with reference to an embodiment shown in the drawing.
It shows the only figure:
The fastening of flat panels by means of a substructure according to the invention is purely schematic.
As can be seen from the drawing, flat plates 1, 2 are attached at a distance A in front of a basic structure 3.
Square tubes 7, 8, 9, each with a longitudinal slot 10, are provided as supports 4, 5 and 6 for the flat plates 1, 2. In each case parallel supports, individual supports 4 or supports 5, 6 connected in pairs via a web 11 can be used, the latter being particularly suitable for supporting and fastening adjacent edges 1 min, 2 min of two plates 1, 2.
The supports 4, 5, 6 are provided on the side facing away from the slot 10 with a foot 12 or 13 which, if necessary, is used for fastening to the basic structure 3 via further support elements 14. The effective height of the feet 12, 13 or supports 14 can optionally be adjusted to the desired size.
The holes 15, 16 etc. used for fastening in the plates 2 and 1 are rationally pre-drilled in the factory.
For the assembly of the plates 1, 2, these are placed against the supports 4, 5, 6 and through the holes 15, 16, etc. fastening elements in the form of e.g. Hollow rivets 17, 18 inserted through the slots 10 into the longitudinal recesses 7 min, 8 min, 9 min of the supports 4, 5, 6.
If the respective attachment point is to be designed as a so-called sliding point (leaves lateral play open and expansion movements in the longitudinal recesses of the supports), it is sufficient to close the rivet using the usual mandrel, as shown for the rivet 18.
Each plate 1, 2 should also be attached to at least one fixed point. In this case e.g. a sleeve 19 is placed on the rivet shaft and the rivets (see rivets 17) are in turn closed according to known technology. Not only is the hollow shaft of the rivet 17 expanded, but also the sleeve 19 placed thereon. The sleeve 19 itself fits exactly into the hole in the plate 1 in the upper part (no more radial play). The groove is drilled out to the hole diameter of the plate so that the rivet 17 can no longer move in the slot 10.
Thanks to the substructure designed according to the invention, flat plates can be assembled quickly and precisely in the simplest way.
