The invention relates to a device for distributing supply air into a room to be air-conditioned, which has openings intended for the flow of air, which are provided with numerous adjacent openings in an essentially flat wall of an air outlet housing.
Devices of the type mentioned are usually arranged in ceiling as a ceiling outlet and have the size of a ceiling panel, as are known for ceiling cladding.
In order not to let air flow out of the ceiling in a jet into the room, so that the noticeable air movements penetrate to the areas where the room is located, devices are known through which the air flows out largely along the ceiling. It is disadvantageous, however, that the flat outflow in the circumferential direction does not take place uniformly, so that between preferred outflow directions from the room secondary air flows in along the room ceiling to the device, with the result that dust particles are deposited on the room ceiling in the relevant areas and corresponding pollution patterns arise ,
The invention is based on the object to find a device of the type mentioned, which allows a good lateral spread of the air flowing into the room with a flat or at an acute angle exiting flow portion without causing a pollution-causing flow of secondary air along the ceiling. This object is achieved according to the invention in that the housing wall of the air outlet housing provided with the openings has an inner, larger opening having a wall part and an outer, smaller, surrounding wall part surrounding it.
The invention is explained in more detail below on the basis of exemplary embodiments illustrated in the drawings. It shows:

Fig. 10 is a view of the back of the device of FIG. 9 in a schematic representation.
A device 1, 1 min, 1 min min, 1 min min min according to the invention for the distribution of supply air into a room to be air-conditioned has openings 2, 3 for the through-flow of air, which with numerous neighboring openings 2, 3 in one essentially flat housing wall 4 of an air outlet housing 5 are provided. This essentially flat wall 4 is subdivided into an inner, larger openings 2 having wall part 6 and a surrounding, outer, smaller, smaller openings 3 having wall part 7 and enclosed by a flange-like projecting outer frame 8.
On the inside, the housing wall 4 provided with the numerous openings 2, 3 is enclosed in the manner of a pipe socket by a shaft wall 9 projecting vertically therefrom, which together with the frame 8 serves to connect to a ventilation duct (not shown) of an air conditioning system.
Since the larger openings 2 are formed by a nozzle channel which extends through a nozzle body 10 which is pivotally held in the wall part 6, the flat housing wall 4 is set back relative to the outer surface of the outer frame 8 via an inclined surface 11. In this way it is achieved that when the device is put down 1, 1 min, 1 min min, 1 min min min before it is assembled, there is no contact with the spherical bodies 10 leading to damage. Air outlets with such spherical bodies are known from DE-B-2 754 869 or CH-PS 664 211.
Instead of spherical bodies 10, the larger openings can also be provided in rotatable inclined nozzles, as are known from EP-B-164 738.
As the views of the front and rear sides of the illustrated exemplary embodiments show, the nozzle bodies 10 having the larger openings are provided in a close arrangement next to one another, so that e.g. 25 pieces are available.
The outer wall part 7, which has the much smaller openings 3, consists, for example, of a finely perforated perforated plate or a fine-meshed mesh, so that the openings 3 are formed by mesh holes.
In order not only to allow the air to flow out in larger quantities through the larger openings, not only due to the different sizes of the openings 2, 3 arranged inside and outside, in the exemplary embodiment according to FIGS. 1 to 4 there are baffle and deflecting walls 12 behind the outer wall part 7 attached, which extend obliquely inwards so that the air can only flow out after deflection along line 13 to the outer region of the device. A corresponding baffle and deflecting wall 14 which runs in a circular shape is also present in the exemplary embodiment according to FIGS.
The embodiment of FIGS. 7 and 8 differs from that of FIGS. 1 to 4 in that the baffle walls 15 are designed as a fine perforated plate and extend parallel to the outer wall part 7. The inflow to the outer wall part 7, which has the smaller openings 3, is only possible through these baffle walls 15, which extend to the corner regions of the device for 1 minute. This results from a peripheral boundary wall 16 which delimits the narrow space 17 between the outer wall part 7 and the baffle wall 15 towards the center of the device.
In the embodiment of FIGS. 9 and 10, the inflow to the outer area of the device is reduced by 1 min min min or to the wall part 7 with the smaller openings 3 by a filter mat 18 resting thereon.
For fastening devices according to the invention 1, 1 min, 1 min min, 1 min min min in the cutout of an air duct, a fastening bracket 19 extends across their rear side up to the outer frame 8. At the center thereof is a fastening bracket which extends into the air duct Attachment shaft 20 connected. In order to keep the inflow to the air outlet openings 2 arranged below the mounting bracket 19 free, the mounting bracket 19 is provided with holes 21 at the corresponding points.
By means of devices according to the invention or their outer area with a greatly reduced, uniform outflow, the resultant flow profile does not lie against the ceiling of the room surrounding the device, and consequently a flow profile that extends into the space to be ventilated is achieved without essential Secondary currents are induced, which would lead to contamination of the ceiling. In addition, such a flow profile reduces the heat exchange with the ceiling.
The shape of the balloon-like flow profile can be designed to adapt to the particular requirements for the air distribution by changing the outflow direction of the larger blow-out openings 2. These outflow directions are preferably directed outward on all sides as flat as possible, as shown in FIG. 2. Nevertheless, there is no Coanda effect on the ceiling, as this is prevented by the air flowing out slowed down in a wide outer area or by the wall part 7.
Since the outer wall part (7) with the smaller openings (3) completely encloses the inner wall part (6) that allows the air to pass through, it is also prevented that secondary air from the room to be ventilated can flow in at certain circumferential points along the ceiling.
One side of the outer frame 8 of the device 1 has, for example, a largest dimension of 624 mm, and the square, air-permeable overall area has a side length of 500 mm. The diameter of the larger openings is, for example, 12 mm, while the smaller openings have, for example, a width in the range of 1 to 2 mm or less, depending on the type of baffle or deflection wall arranged behind them.
