The invention relates to a system for transferring moldings, for example brick moldings, from a first storage device, in which at least two rows of moldings can be stored one behind the other at the same height, into a second storage device, in which the at least two rows of moldings can be stored vertically offset from one another. Such a system is used, for example, to transfer brick moldings from a storage frame, in which two or more rows of moldings are arranged one behind the other at the same height, into a scaffold wagon for subsequent drying of the moldings, in which a more uniform application of dry air to the front and rear row of bricks to ensure the rows of moldings are arranged vertically offset from each other.
According to the state of the art known to the applicant, it is known to transfer two or more rows of moldings located at the same height on molded carriers from a collecting frame into a scaffolding trolley for drying, offset in height, by a rake removing the at least two rows of moldings located at the same height in the collecting frame and initially also deposited at the same height in the scaffold truck. The rake is then moved back a bit, the front row is taken out of the scaffolding car again, raised or lowered to the desired second height, again moved into the scaffolding car and finally set down at the second height. This procedure requires the rake to be moved in and out several times and is therefore cumbersome and time-consuming.
The invention is therefore based on the object of creating a system with a transfer device for transferring moldings according to the preamble of claim 1, with which the transfer is simplified and can therefore take place in a time-saving manner.
This object is solved by the features of claim 1. The advantages of the invention lie in particular in the fact that the transfer process from the first storage device into the second storage device is simplified and thus a faster transfer of the molded articles is achieved.
To increase the capacity, the system with the transfer device can also be designed such that a plurality of rows of bricks can be transferred simultaneously one above the other.
In the development of the system according to the invention according to claim 3, the transfer device has a first and second support for gripping at least a first or at least a second row of moldings, at least one of which can be moved vertically independently of the other. To set down the moldings in the second transport device, the transfer device therefore only has to be moved once into the scaffolding car. These conditions can preferably be designed in the form of a rake.
In order to facilitate vertical displaceability, according to a development of the invention, the first rake-shaped support has an overall smaller width than the second rake-shaped support.
According to the development of the invention as claimed in claim 6, at least one of the two rake-shaped supports can also be displaced horizontally, for example by half a blank width, so as to also enable the rows of tablets to be displaced horizontally.
The conversion device is preferably arranged to be rotatable by up to 360 °, in particular by 90 ° or 180 °. This can either be suspended from the ceiling or a moving bridge, as described in claim 8, or, as described in claim 9, can be arranged to be movable on the floor.

Fig. 4c) is a top view of scaffolding wagons with six rows of brick moldings lying one behind the other.
In the exemplary embodiment of the system according to the invention with transfer device 5 shown in FIG. 1, brick moldings 1 on molding carriers 2 are fed to a collecting frame which serves as the first storage device 3 (on the right in the picture) and stored there. In the exemplary embodiment shown, the collecting frame contains two rows 4, 4 min of moldings, which are arranged at the same height. The transfer device 5, which can be rotated by 180 °, engages with two sets of rake-shaped supports 6, 6 min in the collecting frame and grips the two rows of moldings 4, 4 min. The entire transfer device 5 is then moved and rotated, a position rotated by 90 ° being shown in the center of FIG. 1.
Fig. 2 shows in detail the transfer device 5 in its first position for engagement in the collecting frame. The front row of moldings stored in the blank carrier 2 rests for 4 minutes on the first rake-shaped support 6 minutes, while the rear row of moldings 4 rests on the second rake-shaped support 6 at the same height. Before the molded articles are placed in the scaffolding carriage (second storage device 7), the first rake-shaped support 6 minutes or the second rake-shaped support 6 is moved vertically with respect to the other rake-shaped support 6, 6 min, so that the transfer device 5 is shown in FIG. 3 second position corresponding to the second bearing device 7.
As can be seen in particular from FIG. 3a), the front row of moldings 4 is held in a higher position by the rake-shaped support 6 minutes than the rear row of moldings 4 by the second rake-shaped support 6. In FIG. 3b) it can also be clearly seen that that the first rake-shaped support 6 min has an overall smaller width than the second rake-shaped support 6, so that both can easily be moved horizontally to each other. In the second position, the transfer device 5 is rotated by a further 90 ° according to the exemplary embodiment shown in FIG. 1, so that the collecting frame can be loaded by a single retraction of the transfer device 5, since the two rows of moldings 4, 4 min are already vertically displaced from one another.
Fig. 4 shows six fully equipped scaffolding wagons, each with six rows of moldings 4, 4 min arranged one behind the other, which are waiting for further transport for subsequent drying, for example.
From the description with the aid of a preferred exemplary embodiment, it can be seen that the transfer device 5 according to the invention makes it much easier to transfer brick moldings 1 or the like. is possible from a first bearing device 3 of the same level to a second bearing device 7 with height-offset rows of bearings.
