The invention relates to a support structure made of mullions and transoms, for supporting elements for facades or partitions, the transversely arranged transom lying between adjacent parallel mullions, with a position plate fastened to the post and with a transom connector located in the transom, which is form-fitting and detachable with the position plate is engaged.
It is known to provide the position plate and the bolt connector with a dovetail and with a dovetail guide which engage behind one another in a positive manner in the direction of the longitudinal direction of the bolt. Even with a long bar, e.g. 2 meters, it must then be ensured that the transom is moved exactly at right angles to the post in order to engage the dovetail and the dovetail guide. This means that the bolt has to enter the dovetail or the dovetail guide essentially simultaneously with its two ends; tilting does not allow this retraction. This is a significant disadvantage in the assembly.
So that the bolt can no longer be accidentally removed from the two neighboring posts, a clamping screw is usually used, which clamps the dovetail and dovetail guide together. Such a separate clamping screw represents an additional effort.
The aim is to create a supporting structure in which the aforementioned disadvantages can be avoided. The support structure according to the invention is characterized in that the position plate has a first hook that is open at the top, that the bolt connector has a second hook that is open at the bottom, so that both hooks engage behind one another in a form-fitting manner, that the position plate has a first rear grip shoulder and the bolt connector has a second rear grip shoulder for mutual positive engagement, and both rear shoulder shoulders are below the two hooks, and that the bolt connector is in the bolt with play downwards, for automatic displacement of the bolt and bolt connector to each other by gravity and thus mutual engagement of the two rear shoulder.
In the drawing, an embodiment of the subject matter of the invention is shown schematically, the drawing showing a front view of part of a post and part of a transom attached to it from the outside, so elements not shown for a facade or for partitions are attached to this outside .
The support structure shows a left post 1 and a bar 2; the right post is not shown. Posts 1 and transoms 2 have, in a known manner, longitudinal channels 3 and 4, into which fastening elements (not shown) are used, to which the elements mentioned for a facade or for partitions are then fastened. The two posts mentioned are parallel to each other, and the bar 2 is perpendicular to it, usually horizontally.
The bar 2 is attached with its two ends in the same way to the adjacent post; in the drawing, only the fastening of one bar end to the post 1 is shown. A position plate 5 is attached to the post 1. The position plate 5 has a first hook 6 which is open at the top and a first rear gripping shoulder 7 located underneath. In the latch 2, which is designed as a hollow profile, there is a latch connector 8 which is symmetrical with respect to a transverse plane 9. In the drawing, the right part of the bolt connector 8 is shown broken off. The bolt connector of 8 is inserted with play downwards, in bolt 2, i.e. with play in the drawing plane. As a result, the bolt connector 8 is offset from the bolt 2 by gravity, which pushes the bolt 2 down in the direction of an arrow 10.
As a result of this interlocking of bolt connector 8 and bolt 2, a gap 11 is formed between these two components at the top and a gap 12 at the bottom.
The bolt connector 8 has a downwardly open second hook 13 and a second rear gripping shoulder 14 underneath. This second rear gripping shoulder 14 is provided with a ramp 15 for the first rear gripping shoulder 7. The bolt connector 8 is further provided with a handle 16, which is formed in the example shown as two spaced-apart channels lying in the same plane. Since the bolt connector is symmetrical with respect to level 9, the same gutters are again available for 16 minutes.
From the drawing it can be seen that the first hook 6 and the second hook 13 engage behind one another in the direction of the length of the bolt 2. It can also be seen that the first rear gripping shoulder 7 and the second rear gripping shoulder 14 engage behind one another in the direction of the length profile of the post 1. The two rear gripping shoulders 7 and 14 lie below the two hooks 6 and 13.
The bolt connector 8, which is symmetrical with respect to the plane 9, can be inserted into both ends of the bolt 2 because of this symmetry, so that only one type of bolt connector is necessary for the suitable profile of the bolt 2. The latch connector 8 is expediently in the form of a casting, e.g. made of a light metal. As already mentioned at the beginning, the drawing is a schematic illustration, the latch connector in particular being drawn only schematically; in reality, the second hook 13 lies in the plane of the two channels 16 lying one below the other, so that the left end face of the transom 2 is also much more at the post 1.
In the drawing, the latch 2 is hung on the left post 1 by means of the two hooks 6 and 13 and this fastening is locked by the two rear gripping shoulders 7 and 14, so that the latch 2 does not move upwards, i.e. can be removed from post 1 within the drawing plane. This can only take place if the two rear gripping shoulders 7 and 14 are brought out of engagement with one another. This is done using a separate tool, not shown. This is disk-shaped and is inserted into the two channels 16, whereupon the tool is pivoted approximately in the direction of an arrow 17 about the axis of rotation when the two hooks 6, 13 are in mutual contact. This pivoting takes place counter to the direction of gravity 10.
By pivoting in the direction of arrow 17, the two rear gripping shoulders 7 and 14 are disengaged and the latch 2 can be moved upward and disengages from the post 1. In the same way, the other end of the latch, not shown, is the one in it inserted bolt connector pivoted by means of the tool so that the bolt 2 can then be removed from the two adjacent posts. When fastening the transom 2 to the post 1, only the transom with the hook 13 has to be placed on the position plate 5, the overrun shoulder 15 meeting the rear gripping shoulder 7, the transom connector and the position plate being moved apart in the lower region until the rear gripping shoulder 14 below the rear gripping shoulder 7 lies.
