L'invention a pour objet une chaussure pour patins comprenant une tige en cuir dont le bord inférieur est rabattu et fixé sur la face inférieure de la première de montage, un noyau de talon et une semelle et un talon terminés en matière synthétique surmoulée.
La chaussure selon l'invention est destinée à tous patins, à glace ou à roulettes, mais plus particulièrement destinée à un patin à glace pour la pratique du patinage artistique.
Ce type de chaussure est le plus largement utilisé. Lors de sa fabrication, le bord inférieur de la tige est entièrement rabattu et fixé sur la face inférieure de la première par agrafage et collage. Un noyau en matière synthétique destiné à constituer le talon est ensuite fixé à la première, également par agrafage et collage. La semelle est ensuite formée par surmoulage d'une matière synthétique qui termine également le talon. Le patin est fixé sur la partie avant de la semelle et au talon au moyen de vis, éventuellement remplacées par des rivets dans la partie avant. Lors du patinage, notamment lors de sauts, un effort d'arrachement important est exercé sur la lame du patin. En ce qui concerne le talon, la lame est généralement assez solidement fixée au talon pour qu'elle ne puisse se séparer du talon.
Par contre, l'effort d'arrachement exercé sur la semelle par le talon suffit parfois à arracher le talon.
La présente invention a précisément pour but d'augmenter la résistance du talon à l'arrachement.
A cet effet, la chaussure selon l'invention est caractérisée en ce que la tige est prolongée de manière à entourer partiellement le noyau de talon et qu'elle est fixée à ce noyau.
Le talon est ainsi intégré dans la tige de la chaussure.
La chaussure est en quelque sorte monolithique et l'effort d'arrachement sur le talon est supporté presque entièrement par la tige de la chaussure dont la résistance et la fixation relativement étendue sur le noyau du talon confèrent à la fixation une résistance élevée.
Le surmoulage de la semelle s'effectue bien entendu également autour de la partie de la tige entourant le noyau du talon, de telle sorte que la chaussure selon l'invention ne se distingue pas extérieurement d'une chaussure de conception traditionnelle.
L'invention a également pour objet un procédé de fabrication d'une chaussure de patin selon lequel on confectionne une tige en cuir dont on rabat le bord inférieur sur la face inférieure d'une première de montage munie d'un noyau de talon, on fixe la partie ainsi rabattue de la tige sur la première, par exemple par agrafage et collage, puis on forme une semelle et un talon par surmoulage d'une matière synthétique, caractérisé en ce qu'on fixe un prolongement de la tige au noyau de talon, par exemple par agrafage, avant de former la semelle et le talon final par surmoulage.
Le dessin annexé représente, à titre d'exemple, un mode d'exécution de l'invention.
La fig. 1 est une vue de côté d'une chaussure de patin artistique avant surmoulage de la semelle et du talon.

La chaussure sera décrite par son procédé de fabrication.
On confectionne tout d'abord une tige 1 en cuir constituée de deux quartiers et d'un renfort arrière la. La tige comporte deux épaisseurs de cuir, mais se distingue des tiges connues en ce que le cuir extérieur présente un prolongement 1b vers le bas dans la région du talon. Sur une première de montage 2, on fixe d'abord un noyau de talon 3 en matière synthétique dure, tel que du PVC dur ou du polyuréthane, on rabat le bord inférieur de la tige 1 sur la face inférieure de la première 2 et l'on fixe la partie ainsi rabattue à la première 2 par collage et agrafage au moyen d'agrafes 4. Le prolongement 1b de la tige vient entourer partiellement le noyau 3, c'est-à-dire sur toute sa partie arrondie, à l'arrière et sur les côtés.
La partie 1b est ensuite fixée au noyau 3 par des agrafes 5, dont le nombre est tel qu'il est pratiquement impossible de séparer la tige du noyau 3 par arrachement.
Une semelle 6 et un talon final sont ensuite formés par surmoulage d'une matière synthétique qui enveloppe totalement la partie 1b de la tige et les agrafes 5.
Le cuir intérieur pourrait également être prolongé et fixé au noyau de talon 3.
La fixation de la tige à la première de montage et au noyau de talon pourrait se faire par tout autre moyen approprié.
Le noyau de talon pourrait être venu d'une pièce avec la première de montage, par exemple par moulage d'une matière plastique, ce qui aurait pour effet de renforcer le caractère monolithique de la chaussure.

The heel is thus integrated into the upper of the shoe.
The shoe is in a way monolithic and the tearing force on the heel is supported almost entirely by the upper of the shoe whose resistance and the relatively extensive fixation on the core of the heel give the fixation a high resistance.
The molding of the sole is of course also carried out around the part of the upper surrounding the heel core, so that the shoe according to the invention is not distinguished from the outside by a shoe of traditional design.

The shoe will be described by its manufacturing process.
First of all, a leather upper 1 made up of two quarters and a rear reinforcement la. The upper has two thicknesses of leather, but is distinguished from known stems in that the outer leather has an extension 1b downwards in the heel region. On a first assembly 2, first a heel core 3 of hard synthetic material, such as hard PVC or polyurethane, is fixed, the lower edge of the rod 1 is folded down on the underside of the first 2 and the 'the part thus folded down is fixed to the first 2 by gluing and stapling by means of staples 4. The heel core could have come in one piece with the first mounting, for example by molding a plastic material, which would have the effect of reinforcing the monolithic character of the shoe.
