Abstract

The frame has several e.g. four fastening brackets (4,27) with fastening points (5a,27e) to mount it on a wall. Two or more brackets each have a wider contact face extending over the fastening points, with additional fastening points (5,27f) e.g. long bores. Screws are fitted into the additional points, if any of the original points are not useable. Two or more brackets are double brackets. The brackets are horizontally adjustable. The frame contains a flush-mounted lavatory cistern.

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Montagerahmen für Sanitärapparate, mit mehreren Befestigungslaschen, die zur Befestigung des Montagerahmens an einer Gebäudewand jeweils eine Befestigungsstelle aufweisen. Bei vermörtelten Gebäudewänden, alten Befestigungsstellen an der Gebäudewand, bei Festigkeitsunterschieden im Untergrund und auch bei ungenauem Vorbohren führte die Montage solcher Montagerahmen oft zu schwierigen und zeitaufwendigen Arbeiten, insbesondere Reparaturarbeiten an der Gebäudewand. Der Sanitärmonteur ist bei der Montage eines erfindungsgemässen Montagerahmens nicht mehr darauf angewiesen, dass er an der zentralen Befestigungsstelle eine Befestigungsschraube in der Gebäudewand verankern kann, da er nötigenfalls eine zusätzliche Befestigungsstelle benutzen kann, die im Abstand zur zentralen Befestigungsstelle angeordnet ist. Alte Befestigungsstellen oder ungenaue Vorbohrungen können damit umgangen und aufwendige Reparaturarbeiten an der Gebäudewand in den meisten Fällen vermieden werden. Die Fig. 1 zeigt einen U-förmigen, aus Blech hergestellten Montagerahmen-Körper 26, 28, in den von oben ein Unterputzspülkasten 2 eingesetzt ist. Dieser besitzt eine übliche Abdeckplatte 7 und ist an ein Ablaufrohr 8 angeschlossen. Die in Fig. 1 rechts gezeigte Seitenwand 26 besitzt die gleiche dargestellte Doppelbefestigungslasche, jedoch in spiegelbildlicher Ausführung. Sollte beispielsweise auf Grund einer alten Befestigungsstelle in der Gebäudewand das Durchgangsloch 27e nicht geeignet sein, so könnte das Langloch 27f oder nach dem Herausbiegen der Teillasche 27b die Löcher dieser benutzt werden. Dem Sanitärmonteur stehen somit mehrere Ausweichstellen zu Verfügung. Wie ersichtlich, besitzt jede Befestigungslasche 4 ein horizontal oder vertikal verlaufendes Langloch 5a, sowie schräg zur Lotrichtung verlaufende Langlöcher 5. Bei der Befestigung des Montagerahmens 1 an einer Gebäudewand wird durch die zentralen Langlöcher 5a oder nötigenfalls durch je eines der Langlöcher 5 eine Befestigungsschraube 10 eingesetzt und in einen in der Mauer verankerten Dübel eingedreht. Die entsprechenden Dübellöcher können mittels einer Bohrmaschine 11, die am entsprechenden Loch 5 bzw. 5a angesetzt wird, in die Gebäudewand eingearbeitet werden. Die Fig. 2 zeigt das Eindrehen einer Befestigungsschraube 10 mittels eines Steckschlüssels 12, wobei das zentrale Befestigungsloch 5a benutzt wird. Die übrigen zusätzlichen Löcher 5 sind in diesem Fall nicht benutzt. Claims

1. Mounting frame for sanitary appliances, with a plurality of fastening tabs (4, 27, 15, 19) which each have a fastening point (5a, 27e, 16a, 20a) for fastening the mounting frame (1, 13) to a building wall, characterized in that at least two fastening tabs (4, 27, 15, 19) fixedly or detachably attached to the mounting frame body (26, 28) each have a widened bearing surface that goes significantly beyond the said fastening point and additional fastening points (5, 27f, 16, 20) in this bearing surface are incorporated, into each of which a fastening screw can be inserted if the fastening point (5a, 27e, 16a, 20a) cannot be used.
