Erfindungsgemäß wird diese Aufgabe durch die Merkmale der Ansprüche 1 und 4 gelöst. Vorteilhafte Ausgestaltungen der Erfindung sind in den nachgeordneten Ansprüchen enthalten.

Die erfindungsgemäße Vorrichtung zur Montage und Halterung eines Heizkörpers umfasst mindestens ein an einer Befestigungsfläche 20 lösbar montierbares Wandelement 1 sowie ein mit demselben in einer Wirkverbindung stehendes Halterungselement 2, mit welchem der Heizkörper 10 lösbar verbunden ist. Das Wandelement 1 weist einen Montageabschnitt 1.1 und einen Halterungsabschnitt 1.2 auf. Im Bereich des Montageabschnitts 1.1 sind eine Langlochscheibe 3 und ein auf die Langlochscheibe 3 wirkender erster Gewindestift 6 integriert. Über eine die Langlochscheibe 3 durchgreifende Dübel- Schrauben-Verbindung 4, 5 erfolgt die Montage an der Befestigungsfläche 20 (Fig. 2). Im Bereich des Halterungsabschnitts 1.2 ist eine erste Aufnahme 1.2a zur Aufnahme des Halterungselements 2 vorgesehen, welches über mindestens einen zweiten Gewindestift 7 im Halterungsabschnitt 1.2 des Wandelements 1 fixierbar ist. Im Ausführungsbeispiel werden zwei Gewindestifte 7,7' verwendet, die vertikal entgegengesetzt auf das Halterungselement 2 wirken. Das Halterungselement 2 ist dabei mittels kraft- und/oder formschlüssiger Verbindungsmittel am Heizkörper 10 und in der ersten Aufnahme 1.2a des Halterungsabschnitts 1.2 fixierbar.
Das Wandelement 1 wird mit Langlochscheibe 3, Schraube 4 und Dübel 5 an die Befestigungsfläche 20 (z.B. eine Wand) montiert, wobei die Schraube 4 nur soweit eingedreht wird, dass sich das Wandelement 1 noch seitlich und in der Höhe verschieben lässt. Der erste Gewindestift 6 zur Höhenverstellung kommt dabei auf der oberen Fläche der Langlochscheibe 3 zu liegen bzw. zum Angriff. Das Wandelement 1 weist zur Aufnahme des Halterungselements 2 eine rechteckige Aussparung 1.2a auf. An der unteren Fläche dieser Aussparung ist zudem ein erster stufenförmiger Absatz 1.2b ausgebildet. Das Halterungselement 2 wird in die zweite Aufnahme 10.1 am Heizkörper 10 eingebracht. Im Fügebereich vom Halterungselement 2 zum Wandelement 1 ist das Halterungselement 2 mit einem Abschnitt 2.1 mit einem rechteckigen Querschnitt ausgeführt. Außerdem ist ein zweiter Absatz 2.2 vorgesehen. Für die Funktion des Halterungselements 2 mit dem Wandelement 1 ist eine lagerichtige Positionierung am Heizkörper erforderlich. Der zweite stufenförmige Absatz 2.2 muss nach unten gerichtet sein. Im hier gezeigten Ausführungsbeispiel ist das Halterungselement 2 in den Heizkörper 10 eingeschraubt. Für die lagerichtige Position wird er deshalb nur bis zur letztmöglichen Ausrichtung des Absatzes 2.2 nach unten eingedreht und dann mit dem dritten Gewindestift 8 zur Fixierung des Halterungselements 2 im Heizkörper 10 gekontert, damit er diese Position beibehält.

The wall element 1 is mounted with a slot plate 3, screw 4 and dowel 5 to the mounting surface 20 (eg a wall), wherein the screw 4 is only screwed in so far that the wall element 1 can still move laterally and in height. Die Höhenverstellung erfolgt durch Drehen des Gewindestiftes 6, der sich an der Langlochscheibe 3 abstützt und nimmt dabei über das Wandelement 1 und das Halterungselement 2 den Heizkörper 10 mit. Der Verstellbereich ergibt sich aus der Höhe bzw. Länge des Gewindestiftes 6. Wird der Heizkörper seitlich bewegt wird dies über die senkrechten Flächen des rechteckigen Querschnitts (2.1) am Halterungselement 2 und die rechteckige Aussparung 1.2a am Wandelement lauf diese übertragen. Der Verstellbereich ist durch die Abmaße des Langlochs der Langlochscheibe 3 gegeben. Von der Wand bzw. zur Wand durch Schieben innerhalb des freien Bereichs zwischen Stufe und Wand. Abschließend wird die eingestellte Montageposition durch das vollständige Eindrehen der Schraube 4 in die Wand 20 und durch Anziehen der Gewindestifte 7 zur Fixierung des Halterungselements 2 im Wandelement 1 fixiert. Claims (4)

  1. Device for mounting and securing a radiator (10), with at least one wall element (1) which can be detachably mounted on a securing surface (20) and, standing in a working connection with this, a securing element (2), to which the radiator (10) can be detachably connected, wherein the wall element (1) comprises a mounting section (1.1) and a securing section (1.2),
    - integrated in the region of the mounting section (1.1) are a longitudinal perforated disk (3) and a threaded pin (6) taking effect on the longitudinal perforated disk (3), and the mounting to the securing surface (20) is effected by means of a dowel-screw connection (4, 5) engaging through the longitudinal perforated disk (3),
    - provided in the region of the securing section (1.2) is a first receiver (1.2a) for receiving the securing element (2), which can be fixed by means of a second threaded pin (7) in the wall element (1), and the securing element (2) can be fixed by non-positive and/or positive connecting means in and/or at the radiator (10) and in the receiver (1.2a) of the securing section (1.2), characterised in that
    - the receiver (1.2a) is configured as an opening with a rectangular cross-section, and provided in the lower surface of this receiver is a first step-shaped element (1.2b), wherein the securing element (2) comprises a section (2.1) with a rectangular cross-section, which comprises on its underside a second step-shaped element (2.2), which stands in an effect connection with the step-shaped element (1.2b) of the receiver (1.2a), and a bolt-shaped section (2.3) is also provided, directed towards the radiator (10), which can be connected by a third threaded pin (8) to a second receiver (10.1) provided at the radiator (10).
  2. Device according to claim 1, characterised in that the threaded pin (6) takes effect on the upper surface of the longitudinal perforated disk (3), and is provided in order to carry out the height adjustment of the radiator (10).
  3. Device according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that a cladding (9) can be applied onto the wall element (1), which is preferably configured as two-part.
  4. Radiator with at least one radiator securing device and, provided in a profile of the radiator (10), a receiver (10.1) for mounting and securing the radiator (10) to the radiator securing device, characterised in that the receiver (10.1) is configured as a blind hole with an internal thread, and the radiator securing device is configured in accordance with any one of claims 1 to 3.
