Die Erfindung betrifft einen Beutel gemäss dem Oberbegriff des ersten Patentanspruchs.
Beutel dieser Art sind zum Beispiel in EP-A 368 145 und EP-A 515 896 beschrieben. Ein Nachteil solcher Beutel liegt darin, dass sie schlaff werden, ihre Standfestigkeit verlieren und unangenehm in der Handhabung sind, sobald ein grosser Teil ihres Inhalts entnommen wurde. Deshalb werden Beutel dieser Art vorzugsweise als einmal zu entleerende Nachfüllpackungen verwendet.
Es stellt sich somit die Aufgabe, einen Beutel der eingangs genannten Art bereitzustellen, der die Nachteile des Standes der Technik mindestens teilweise vermeidet, einfach herzustellen ist und als Gebrauchsbeutel verwendet werden kann. Diese Aufgabe wird vom Beutel gemäss Anspruch 1 gelöst.
Dank der erfindungsgemässen Konstruktion kann der Beutel je nach Füllzustand in zwei oder mehreren verschiedenen Lagen aufgehängt werden. Dies wird erreicht indem das Aufhängeorgan entlang des im Randbereich des Beutels ausgeformten Schlitzes verschoben wird.
Herstellungstechnisch ist die Lösung sehr einfach zu realisieren, da im Beutel bei der Herstellung lediglich noch der Schlitz auszustanzen und das Aufhängeorgan darin zu befestigen ist.
Vorzugsweise weist der Beutel ein Ausgussorgan auf, wobei der Beutel je nach Lage des Aufhängeorgans mit dem Ausgussorgan nach oben oder nach unten aufgehängt werden kann. Insbesondere wenn er nur noch wenig gefüllt ist, kann er also kopfüber aufgehängt werden, so dass der Restinhalt leichter entnehmbar ist. Andererseits kann er in vollem oder stark gefülltem Zustand mit dem Ausgussorgan nach oben aufgehängt werden.
In dieser Position weist der Beutel eine höhere Stabilität auf.
Besonders vorteilhaft ist eine Ausführung, bei der sich ein Ausgussorgan in einem Eckbereich des Beutels befindet und der Schlitz im gegenüberliegenden vertikalen Randbereich verläuft. In diesem Falle kann der Beutel kopfüber so aufgehängt werden, dass sich das Ausgussorgan am tiefsten Punkt des Beutels befindet. Das Ausgussorgan kann aber auch oben am Beutel oder in den Seitenwänden angeordnet sein.
Der erfindungsgemässe Beutel eignet sich nicht nur als Nachfüllpackung sondern besonders auch als Gebrauchspackung zur portionenweise Entnahme des Inhalts.
Weitere Vorteile und Anwendungen des Beutels ergeben sich aus der nun folgenden Beschreibung anhand der Figur, welche eine bevorzugte Ausführung des erfindungsgemässen Beutels zeigt.
Ein Beutel gemäss der Figur besteht aus thermoplastischen, flexiblen Kunststoff-Folien. Zwei solche Folien bilden die Seitenwände 1, eine weitere den Bodenbereich. Die Seitenwände sind in einem oberen Randbereich 3 und zwei vertikalen Seitenbereichen 4, 5 miteinander verschweisst. Im Bodenbereich sind die Seitenwände mit der Bodenfolie 2 verbunden, so dass sich der Bodenbereich im gefüllten Zustand des Beutels spreizen und eine Standfläche bilden kann. Beutel mit dieser Grundkonstruktion sind zum Beispiel aus EP-A 368 145 bekannt. Die Erfindung kann aber auch bei einem nicht stehfähigen Flachbeutel ohne Bodenfolie angewandt werden.
Im vorliegenden Beispiel ist ein oberer Eckbereich 6 des Beutels abgeschrägt. In diesem Eckbereich ist ein Ausgussrohr 7 mit Verschlussdeckel 8 eingeschweisst. Der Verschlussdeckel kann zur Inhaltsentnahme geöffnet und sodann wieder geschlossen werden.
Im vertikalen Randbereich 5, der dem Eckbereich 6 gegenüber liegt, ist ein Schlitz 10 angeordnet. Dieser Schlitz verläuft gerade und in vertikaler Rich tung. Er hat einen Zentralbereich 11, der durch einen einfachen Schnitt durch die Folien 1 im Randbereich 5 gebildet wird. Der Schnitt mündet beidseitig in abgerundete, im wesentlichen kreisförmige Endbereiche 12, 13. Im vorliegenden Beispiel erstreckt sich der Schlitz 10 über etwa 80% der Beutelhöhe. Dank der abgerundeten Form der Endbereiche 12, 13 wird ein Ausreissen des Schlitzes vermieden.
Eine Kordel 14, die als Aufhängeorgan dient, verläuft durch den Schlitz 10. Die Kordel 14 ist im vorliegenden Beispiel als endlose Schlaufe ausgeführt. Sie kann entlang des Schlitzes 10 von einem Endbereich 12 oder 13 in den anderen Endbereich 13 bzw. 12 verschoben werden. Ihr Durchmesser ist grösser als jener des Zentralbereichs 11, so dass sie nicht von alleine von einem Endbereich in den anderen rutschen kann. Dank der flexiblen Eigenschaften des Beutelmaterials kann sie jedoch mit wenig Kraft von Hand zwischen den Endbereichen 12, 13 verschoben werden. Natürlich können zusätzlich zu den Endbereichen noch andere Positionen entlang des Schlitzes einstellbar sein, indem dort Ausstanzungen im Seitenbereich 5 entlang des Schlitzes vorgesehen sind, in welche die Kordel 14 einhängbar ist.
Wird der Beutel an der Kordel 14 aufgehängt, wenn sich die Kordel im oberen Endbereich 12 befindet, so hängt der Beutel so, dass das Ausgussorgan 7, 8 in einem oberen Bereich liegt. Wenn sich die Kordel im Endbereich 12 befindet, kann der Beutel auch aufgestellt werden. In diesem Falle hängt die Kordel am Beutel herunter und stört nicht.
Wird der Beutel aufgehängt, wenn sich die Kordel im Endbereich 13 befindet, so hängt er kopfüber. Da sich der Endbereich 13 in der dem Ausgussorgan 7, 8 gegenüberliegenden Ecke des Beutels befindet, liegt das Ausgussorgan in dieser Stellung im tiefsten Punkt des Beutels. Somit sammelt sich der Restinhalt beim Ausgussorgan und kann bei Bedarf einfach entnommen werden.
Der Beutel eignet sich also ausgezeichnet als Gebrauchspackung und erlaubt es, den Beutelinhalt bis zum letzten Rest bequem zu entnehmen. Er kann zur Aufbewahrung verschiedenster fliessfähiger Güter verwendet werden, wie zum Beispiel von Flüssigkeiten, Pasten oder Pulvern.

Bags of this type are described, for example, in EP-A 368 145 and EP-A 515 896. A disadvantage of such bags is that they become limp, lose their stability and are uncomfortable to use as soon as a large part of their content has been removed. Bags of this type are therefore preferably used as refill packs to be emptied once.
It is therefore the object of providing a bag of the type mentioned at the outset which at least partially avoids the disadvantages of the prior art, is simple to produce and can be used as a utility bag. This object is achieved by the bag according to claim 1.
Thanks to the construction according to the invention, the bag can be hung in two or more different layers depending on the filling condition. This is achieved by moving the suspension element along the slot formed in the edge region of the bag.
In terms of production technology, the solution is very simple to implement, since only the slot has to be punched out in the bag during manufacture and the suspension element has to be fastened therein.
The bag preferably has a pouring element, the bag being able to be hung up or down with the pouring element, depending on the position of the hanging element. In particular, if it is only slightly full, it can be hung upside down so that the remaining contents can be removed more easily. On the other hand, it can be hung up with the pouring spout in full or full condition.
In this position, the bag is more stable.
An embodiment in which a pouring element is located in a corner region of the bag and the slot runs in the opposite vertical edge region is particularly advantageous. In this case, the bag can be hung upside down so that the spout is at the lowest point of the bag. The pouring element can also be arranged on the top of the bag or in the side walls.
The pouch according to the invention is suitable not only as a refill but also particularly as a use pack for removing the contents in portions.
Further advantages and applications of the bag result from the following description with reference to the figure, which shows a preferred embodiment of the bag according to the invention.
A bag according to the figure consists of thermoplastic, flexible plastic films. Two such foils form the side walls 1, another the floor area. The side walls are welded to one another in an upper edge region 3 and two vertical side regions 4, 5. In the bottom area, the side walls are connected to the bottom film 2, so that the bottom area can expand when the bag is filled and form a standing area. Bags with this basic construction are known for example from EP-A 368 145. However, the invention can also be applied to a flat bag that cannot stand without a base film.
In the present example, an upper corner region 6 of the bag is chamfered. In this corner area, a pouring spout 7 with sealing cover 8 is welded in. The cap can be opened to remove content and then closed again.
A slot 10 is arranged in the vertical edge region 5, which lies opposite the corner region 6. This slot runs straight and in the vertical direction. It has a central area 11, which is formed by a simple cut through the films 1 in the edge area 5. The cut ends on both sides in rounded, essentially circular end regions 12, 13. In the present example, the slot 10 extends over approximately 80% of the bag height. Thanks to the rounded shape of the end regions 12, 13, tearing out of the slot is avoided.
A cord 14, which serves as a suspension element, runs through the slot 10. In the present example, the cord 14 is designed as an endless loop. It can be moved along the slot 10 from one end region 12 or 13 to the other end region 13 or 12. Its diameter is larger than that of the central area 11, so that it cannot slip from one end area into the other on its own. Thanks to the flexible properties of the bag material, however, it can be moved between the end regions 12, 13 by hand with little force. Of course, in addition to the end regions, other positions along the slit can be adjustable by providing punched-out areas in the side region 5 along the slit, into which the cord 14 can be hung.
If the bag is hung on the cord 14 when the cord is in the upper end region 12, the bag hangs in such a way that the pouring element 7, 8 lies in an upper region. If the cord is in the end region 12, the bag can also be set up. In this case the cord hangs from the bag and does not interfere.
If the bag is hung up when the cord is in the end region 13, it hangs upside down. Since the end region 13 is located in the corner of the bag opposite the pouring element 7, 8, the pouring element lies in the lowest point of the bag in this position. The remaining content collects at the pouring spout and can easily be removed if necessary.
The bag is therefore ideally suited as a consumer pack and allows the contents of the bag to be easily removed to the last rest. It can be used to store a wide variety of flowable goods, such as liquids, pastes or powders.
