Beschreibung description
The invention relates to a flexible insulation plate with a fiber material. Such known insulation boards are e.g. used in the construction industry for both thermal and acoustic insulation. The known flexible insulation panels consist of mineral fiber material (glass wool, rock wool), which is problematic both economically * and ecologically. The aim is to create a flexible insulation plate in which the various disadvantages with regard to economic and ecological nature no longer exist.
The flexible insulation plate according to the invention with a fiber material is characterized by a cellulose-containing fiber material for an inner part of the insulation plate and a film-like covering as the outer part of the insulation plate.
In the drawing, an embodiment of the subject matter of the invention is shown in section, the film-like covering being shown thicker for the sake of clarity.
The flexible insulation plate has an inner part 1, which consists of a cellulosic fiber material. Furthermore, the flexible insulation plate has a film-like covering 2 as the outer part, which in the exemplary embodiment shown comprises sections 3, 4 and 5. Since the inner part 1 is encased, the cellulose-containing fiber material is not exposed on any surface of the insulation plate, so that sections 2 to 5 have two further sections on the two non-visible end faces of the insulation plate. The cellulose-containing fiber material of the inner part 1 is compressed and can advantageously be mixed with a binder, so that a plate-shaped molded body is present which is therefore not rollable, i.e. does not represent a mat, but is only compressed to the extent that it is flexible under the loads that occur is. As a result, the width B of the plate is somewhat compressible and can thus e.g. between two rafters. In practice, the width B of the insulation plate is produced in standard dimensions, so that the insulation plate is not cut during installation.
The cellulose-containing fiber material of the inner part 1 preferably consists of lignocellulose. The fiber material can thus be obtained from wood, waste paper or suitable plants. In a known manner, the cellulose-containing fiber material can also be mixed with a fire protection agent, insect protection agent or fungus protection agent.
If the insulation plate shown is rectangular, it has four narrow plates 6 (two of which are not visible) and two plate bases 7 and 8. The covering 2 can consist partly of a vapor-permeable film part and partly of a steam-impermeable film part. These two film parts lie at the two plate bases 7 and 8. The covering can be composed of different film sections, a lower film part 9 and an upper, hood-shaped film part 10 being present in the example shown. These two film parts 9 and 10 are glued, welded or sewn together at points 11. In addition to its covering for the inner part 1 of the plate, the lower film part 9 simultaneously forms two mounting tabs 12, so that it can be said that the covering 2 is provided with mounting tabs 12. A wide variety of materials can be used for the film-like covering 2, such as Paper, plastic material or aluminum, or combinations of these materials, so that the covering is at least partially made of paper, plastic material or aluminum. The covering 2 could also consist at least partially of a nonwoven.
Since the flexible insulation plate with its width B, e.g. can be clamped between rafters, the covering 2 could at least partially have a structured, non-smooth surface, in particular in the narrow plate surfaces 6, so that the mentioned clamping effect is increased. Since the flexible insulation plate should not be cut during assembly, the mounting tabs 12 serve for further possible attachment of the insulation plate to a carrier, not shown.
The explained flexible insulation plate with the cellulose-containing fiber material and the film-like covering of this fiber material has many advantages in economic and ecological terms. The cellulose-containing fiber material can thus be produced with less energy than mineral fiber material. Furthermore, the flexible insulation plate can be installed dust-free due to the film-like covering. Cellulose-containing fiber material is a renewable raw material and even old insulation panels (except for the cover made of plastic material or aluminum) are biodegradable, i.e. also compostable. The insulation plate according to the invention has a coefficient of thermal conductivity in the range from 0.03 to 0.05 W / mK and a very high specific heat capacity of 0.75 Wh / kg K (2700 J / kg K); that's about three times higher than mineral fibers. Thanks to these properties, the insulation panel according to the invention is outstandingly suitable for the thermal or acoustic insulation of buildings. Since the flexible insulation plate has a certain elastic resilience when its width B is compressed, it is chosen somewhat wider than the rafter spacing during assembly and then clamped between the roof beams by simply pressing it in. A similar installation is also possible for walls. Another use of the flexible insulation panel is the support on suspended ceiling panels as an acoustic absorber layer.
In addition to the above-mentioned composting of old insulation panels, the inner part of the panel consisting of cellulose-containing fiber material can also be burned, giving off three times the energy that was required to produce the cellulose-containing fiber material.
For production, the cellulose-containing fibers containing 5 to 20% moisture are formed into a fiber felt using air as a means of transport on a rotating sieve belt, which is then
